s1, putting raw materials and auxiliary materials of the water-based paint into a stirring bin (5) through a feeding hole (12) and a feeding pipe (13), starting an upper stirring motor (14) and a lower stirring motor (15) to rotate in opposite directions, and driving a lower stirring frame (9) and an upper stirring frame (11) to rotate in opposite directions by an upper stirring shaft (10) and a lower stirring shaft (8) respectively;
s2, opening a second electromagnetic valve (32), leading the stirred water-based paint into a defoaming bin (6) through a first liquid guide pipe (16), starting a defoaming motor (17) to drive a driving rotating shaft (22) to rotate, and enabling a connecting cross rod (18) and a defoaming steel wire (19) to rotate along with the rotation of the driving rotating shaft (22) so as to remove bubbles in the water-based paint in the defoaming bin (6);
s3, opening the first electromagnetic valve (21), discharging the defoamed water-based paint into the anti-settling bin (7) through the second liquid guide pipe (20), driving the driving gear (23) to rotate along with the rotation of the driving rotating shaft (22), driving the driven rotating shaft (25) and the spiral blade (26) to rotate through the driven gear (24), and continuously lifting the water-based paint at the bottom of the anti-settling bin (7) to the upper part;
and S4, opening a paint discharging valve (29) during filling, and filling the water-based paint in the anti-settling bin (7) into a container through a cone-shaped paint discharging groove (27) and a paint discharging pipe (28).
