Abstract

The invention provides a doll-type toy which is less restricted in the shape after assembly. The doll has a plurality of parts accommodated in the accommodating body (11), and the doll is formed by at least a part of the plurality of parts and at least a part of the accommodating body (11), and at least a part of the lower body part (30) is formed by a part of the accommodating body (11). Therefore, the restriction of the shape of the assembled doll-type toy (10A) can be reduced. Thus, a doll-type toy (10A) with less restriction on the shape after assembly can be provided.

Conventionally, there has been known an assembly toy in which various components are housed in a substantially spherical capsule (housing body) and sold, and after a purchaser takes out the various components from the capsule, the capsule itself is also used as a component and assembled and played (see patent document 1).

In the assembly toy described in patent document 1, a pair of arm members and foot members are housed in a substantially spherical capsule, and the extracted arm members and foot members are engaged with engagement holes provided in the capsule to be assembled. At this time, the capsule itself is used as the head and body portions.

Problems to be solved by the invention

However, in the above-described assembly toy, the parts other than the head portion housed in the capsule have to be smaller than the capsule serving as the head portion. Therefore, the shape of the assembled doll toy is limited to a shape in which the portion other than the head is deformed to a small extent, and there is a problem that a realistic doll toy close to a human cannot be formed.

The invention aims to provide a doll-type toy with less restriction on the shape after assembly.

Means for solving the problems

The doll-type toy of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a hollow accommodating body; and a plurality of components housed in the housing body, wherein a doll can be formed by at least a part of the plurality of components and at least a part of the housing body, and a part of the housing body forms at least a part of a lower body portion of the doll.

In the doll-type toy of the present invention, a part of the housing may be configured to resemble a skirt.

In the doll-type toy of the present invention, the housing may house a soft sheet.

In the doll-type toy of the present invention, a slit may be formed in a surface of a part of the housing.

In the doll-type toy of the present invention, the component may include a component forming an upper body portion, and the slit may be formed in a back surface of the component forming the upper body portion.

In addition, at least a part of the lower body of the doll-type toy of the present invention forms at least a part of a container capable of containing an article.

In addition, the doll-type toy of the present invention can form at least a part of a housing capable of housing an article by recombining at least a part of the lower body portion.

In addition, at least a part of the storage body capable of storing the article of the doll-type toy of the present invention forms at least a part of the lower body portion.

Detailed Description

(embodiment 1)

First, embodiment 1 of the present invention will be explained. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the overall configuration of a doll-type toy according to embodiment 1 of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, doll-type toy 10A includes upper body portion 20, lower body portion 30 provided below upper body portion 20, and head 40 provided above upper body portion 20 via neck 25.

The upper body portion 20 has: an upper body 21, which is a body part of the doll, is worn with a garment 23, and has a neck 25; and a pair of left and right arm portions 22 attached to the upper body 21. The upper body 21, the arm part 22, and the clothing 23 may be integrated in advance.

The arm part 22 may be fixed to the upper body 21 without movement, or may be movable such as rotatable.

The lower body portion 30 is a portion supporting the doll-type toy 10A, and is constituted by a skirt member 31. The skirt member 31 includes a 1 st skirt member 311, a 2 nd skirt member 312, and a 3 rd skirt member 313, and each has a hollow inside. The skirt member 31 has, for example, a 1 st skirt member 311 as the lowermost portion, and a 2 nd skirt member 312 is stacked on the 1 st skirt member 311, and a 3 rd skirt member 313 is stacked on the 2 nd skirt member 312, thereby forming the skirt member 31, and the whole has a shape with a wider lower side.

The surfaces of the 1 st skirt member 311, the 2 nd skirt member 312, and the 3 rd skirt member 313 are provided with a plurality of pleats or textures to present a soft skirt. The 1 st skirt member 311, the 2 nd skirt member 312, and the 3 rd skirt member 313 are hard members having a certain degree of strength such as plastic, and are supported so as not to fall over the doll toy 10A.

The head 40 is not shown using a part of the housing 11, and therefore, the size of the head 40 may be the size that can be housed in the housing 11. Therefore, the head 40 can be set to a size that is close to the ratio of the human head to the whole body.

Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing an external appearance of a housing in which a plurality of components of a doll-type toy are housed as articles, and fig. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which the housing is disassembled and the housed plurality of components (articles) are taken out. As shown in fig. 2, the housing 11 is a container that houses all components therein and is joined into a substantially spherical shape, and is sold by a vending machine or the like in this shape. The housing 11 is formed of a 1 st skirt member 311 having the largest internal space and a 2 nd skirt member 312 having a second largest internal space. In other words, the 1 st skirt member 311 and the 2 nd skirt member 312, which are part of the lower body portion 30 of the doll-type toy 10A, form at least part of the housing 11, and in other words, the 1 st skirt member 311 and the 2 nd skirt member 312, which are part of the lower body portion 30, are recombined to form at least part of the housing 11.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the outer diameter of the lower opening 311a of the 1 st skirt member 311 is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the lower opening 312a of the 2 nd skirt member 312.

As shown in fig. 3, in the lower opening 311a of the 1 st skirt member 311, a plurality of (here, for example, 3) projections 311b are provided in an arc shape along the lower opening 311 a. The outer surface of the 1 st skirt member 311 is provided with the above-described texture. Further, a spherical surface 311c is formed on the top of the 1 st skirt member 311.

On the other hand, in the lower opening 312a of the 2 nd skirt member 312, a plurality of grooves 312b are provided in an arc shape corresponding to the projections 311b of the 1 st skirt member 311. The width of the groove 312b is equal to the width of the protrusion 311b or slightly smaller than the width of the protrusion 311 b. Therefore, the lower opening 311a of the 1 st skirt member 311 and the lower opening 312a of the 2 nd skirt member 312 are joined together, and the projection 311b of the 1 st skirt member 311 is press-fitted into the groove 312b of the 2 nd skirt member 312, whereby the 1 st skirt member 311 and the 2 nd skirt member 311 are joined together in a substantially spherical shape, whereby the housing 11 can be formed (see fig. 2 and 4). That is, in other words, by recombining the 1 st skirt member 311 and the 2 nd skirt member 312, which are part of the lower body portion 30, at least a part of the housing 11 can be formed. Further, a cylindrical portion 312c is provided inside the top portion of the 2 nd skirt member 312. A slope that rises inward is provided on the distal end surface (lower end surface) of the cylindrical portion 312c (see fig. 5 a and 5B).

The 2 nd skirt member 312 is spherical, has a top portion 312g provided with no texture, and is textured on the lower side of the top portion 312g (around the edge of the lower opening 312a of the 2 nd skirt member 312). The textured upper end surface 312f has a constant width (see fig. 4).

As shown in fig. 3, the 3 rd skirt member 313 is housed in the housing body 11. Thus, the 3 rd skirt member 313 is smaller than the 1 st skirt member 311 and the 2 nd skirt member 312. The 3 rd skirt member 313 is superposed on the 2 nd skirt member 312 to constitute the lower body portion 30 of the doll (see fig. 4). In the present embodiment, the 3 rd skirt member 313 is a spherical portion having a diameter larger than that of the 2 nd skirt member 312 when the skirt member is regarded as a spherical shape (see fig. 4). Further, a circular upper body attachment hole 313a, for example, is provided in the top of the 3 rd skirt member 313.

In addition, the head 40 is also accommodated in the accommodating body 11. A head portion mounting hole (not shown) for mounting to the neck 25 of the upper body portion 20 is provided at a lower end portion of the head portion 40.

As shown in fig. 3, the upper body half 20 is also accommodated in the accommodating body 11. In other words, at least a part of the portion other than the lower body portion 30 can be accommodated in the accommodating body 11. Then, the neck 25 of the upper body portion 20 is provided with a head mounting projection 251 projecting upward. The head mounting projection 251 has a columnar or cylindrical shape, and has an outer diameter equal to or slightly larger than a mounting hole (not shown) provided at a lower end portion of the head 40.

The head mounting protrusion 251 may be a columnar member having a cross section other than a circular cross section, for example, an elliptical or polygonal cross section. In particular, a polygonal member is preferable when the orientation of the head 40 attached to the neck 25 is defined.

Further, an upper body attachment projection 211 is provided downward from the lower end surface of the upper body 21. The upper body attachment projection 211 has a columnar or cylindrical shape, and has an outer diameter equal to or slightly larger than the inner diameter of the upper body attachment hole 313a provided in the 3 rd skirt member 313.

The upper body attachment projection 211 may be a columnar member having a cross section other than a circular cross section, for example, an elliptical or polygonal cross section. In particular, the upper body 21 is preferably formed in an elliptical or polygonal shape when defining the orientation with respect to the lower body 30.

Next, a method of assembling doll-type toy 10A will be described. Fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the doll-type toy, fig. 5 (a) is a front view partially in section showing a state before the 2 nd skirt member 312 is stacked on the 1 st skirt member 311, and fig. 5 (B) is a front view partially in section showing a state after the 2 nd skirt member 312 is stacked on the 1 st skirt member 311.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5 (a), the 2 nd skirt member 312 is placed on the 1 st skirt member 311 placed with the lower opening 312a facing downward, similarly with the lower opening 311a facing downward. At this time, the cylindrical portion 312c of the 2 nd skirt member 312 is placed on the upper surface of the spherical surface 311c of the 1 st skirt member 311, and the 2 nd skirt member 312 is positioned with respect to the 1 st skirt member 311. Since the lower end surface of the cylindrical portion 312c of the 2 nd skirt member 312 is provided with the inclination 312e which rises inward, the second skirt member 312 can be stably stacked on the spherical surface 311c of the 1 st skirt member 311.

Then, the 3 rd skirt member 313 is superposed on the 2 nd skirt member 312 (see fig. 5B). The upper end surface 312f of the ridge of the 2 nd skirt member 312 has the same shape as the lower end surface of the ridge of the 3 rd skirt member 313, and has a height equal to the thickness of the lower end portion of the 3 rd skirt member 313. Therefore, when the 3 rd skirt member 313 is placed on the top portion 312g of the 2 nd skirt member 312, the 3 rd skirt member 313 is positioned and supported by the upper end surface 312f of the ridge, and the ridges of the 2 nd skirt member 312 and the 3 rd skirt member 313 are smoothly continuous.

Next, as shown in fig. 4, the upper body attaching projection 211 of the upper body 21 is fitted into the upper body attaching hole 313a of the 3 rd skirt member 313 located at the uppermost part of the lower body portion 30.

Finally, a head mounting hole (not shown) of the head 40 is fitted over the head mounting projection 251 of the neck 25, and the head 40 is mounted.

Next, the operation and effect of doll toy 10A according to embodiment 1 will be described.

The doll toy 10A according to embodiment 1 includes a plurality of components housed in a housing 11, and a doll can be formed by at least a part of the plurality of components and at least a part of the housing 11, and a part of the housing 11 forms at least a part of a lower body portion 30 (a skirt member 31 in the present embodiment). In other words, in the state where the lower body portion 30 is formed, as a part of the housing 11 forming the lower body portion 30, the 1 st skirt member 311 and the 2 nd skirt member 312, which are parts of the housing 11 in which the sectional area of the horizontal plane becomes larger as it goes away from the upper body portion 20 (downward) at least in the initial stage in the direction away from the upper body portion 20 (downward), are employed.

Therefore, in doll-type toy 10A according to embodiment 1, the restriction on the shape of doll-type toy 10A to be assembled can be reduced. This can provide the doll-type toy 10A with less restriction on the shape after assembly.

Further, since a part of the housing 11 of the doll-type toy 10A according to embodiment 1 imitates a skirt, an internal space capable of housing parts can be formed large inside the housing 11 by setting the skirt large.

(embodiment 2)

Next, embodiment 2 of the present invention will be explained.

Parts common to those of the doll-type toy 10A of embodiment 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted. Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing the overall configuration of a doll-type toy according to embodiment 2 of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 6, the doll-type toy 10B of embodiment 2 is a so-called torso image having only an upper body part 50 as a body part other than the head, arms, feet, or five bodies of a human.

Further, the upper body portion 50 is supported by a pillar portion 70 constituting a lower body portion 60 to be discussed later. The doll-type toy 10B can be used for a clothes change game.

As shown in fig. 6, doll-type toy 10B has an upper body portion 50 and a lower body portion 60 supporting upper body portion 50. Upper body portion 50 has an upper body 51 and a neck 52 disposed above upper body 51. The upper body cloth 54 is attached to the upper body 51.

A lower body portion 60 is mounted to the lower side of the upper body portion 50. The lower body portion 60 is covered with a skirt 62 and a lace 63 which are soft sheets.

Further, a support member 61 for supporting the skirt 62 and the like, a support column portion 70 for supporting the upper body portion 50, and the like are provided inside the skirt 62 and the lace 63, and are shielded by the skirt 62 and the like so as not to be visible from the outside. The support member 61 is formed to be wider on the lower side (lower end opening side) in a state of being attached to the lower side of the upper body portion 50, so that the lower body portion 60 is formed to be wider on the whole in a state where the skirt 62 and the lace 63 cover the lower body portion. In other words, in the state where the lower body portion 60 is formed, the supporting member 61, which is a part of the housing 11 in which the sectional area of the horizontal surface becomes larger as it goes away from the upper body portion 50 (downward), is used as a part of the housing 12 forming the lower body portion 60 at least in the initial stage in the direction away from the upper body portion 50 (downward).

Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing an appearance of a housing in which a plurality of components (articles) of the doll-type toy are housed.

As shown in fig. 7, the housing 12 is a container in which all components are housed and joined into a substantially spherical shape, and is sold by a vending machine or the like in this shape. The lower end opening of the support member 61 whose lower side is expanded into a substantially hemispherical shape is joined to the lower end of the base 65, and the lower cover member 81 of a substantially hemispherical shape is joined to the end of the base 65 on the side opposite to the side where the support member 61 is joined, whereby the housing 12 is formed into a substantially spherical shape. In other words, the supporting member 61 of the doll-type toy 10B, which is a part of the lower body portion 60, forms at least a part of the housing 12.

The lower lid member 81 is used only when stored, and is not used after the storage body 12 is opened.

Fig. 8 (a) is a perspective view of the inside of the support member as viewed from below, and fig. 8 (B) is a cross-sectional view of the support member taken along the slit.

As shown in fig. 8 (a) and 8 (B), the support member 61 includes: a substantially hemispherical outer member 61 a; and an inner member 61b mounted along the inner surface of the outer member 61a and smaller than the outer member 61 a. The outer member 61a and the inner member 61b are not bonded over the entire surface, but are bonded only at, for example, the upper ends. Therefore, a gap can be provided between the outer member 61a and the inner member 61 b.

In the following description, the outer member 61a and the inner member 61b will be collectively referred to as the support member 61.

A plurality of slits 613 are cut in the outer member 61 a. On the other hand, the inner member 61b corresponding to the position of the slit 613 is not cut. Therefore, a groove-like slit 613 is provided in the vertical direction (i.e., radially from the support hole 612) on the surface of the support member 61. A circular support hole 612 is provided in the top of the support member 61, and when the container 12 is used, a substantially disc-shaped upper cover member 611 is attached to the support hole 612 (see fig. 7).

As shown in fig. 7, the base 65 has a substantially circular truncated cone shape having a lower end with an outer diameter equal to the outer diameter of the lower end opening of the support member 61 and an upper end with an outer diameter equal to the outer diameter of the opening of the lower cover member 81. The center of the upper surface is slightly raised upward, and a pillar attachment hole 651 (see fig. 9) is provided at the tip end thereof.

Therefore, the housing 12 forms an internal space in which various components are housed by engaging the lower end of the base 65 with the lower end opening of the support member 61 that widens downward and engaging the lower cover member 81 with the upper end of the base 65. In other words, the supporting member 61 of the doll-type toy 10B, which is a part of the lower body portion 60, forms at least a part of the housing 12.

As shown in fig. 9, when the housing body 12 is disassembled into the supporting member 61, the base 65, and the lower lid member 81, the upper body 51 and the upper body cloth 54 constituting the upper body portion 50, the skirt cloth 62 and the lace 63 constituting the lower body portion 60, the 1 st supporting member 71 and the 2 nd supporting member 72 constituting the supporting member 70, and the like are housed in the housing body 12. That is, in other words, at least a part of the portion of the doll toy 10B other than the lower body portion 60 can be accommodated in the accommodating body 12. Then, the 1 st pillar member 71 and the 2 nd pillar member 72 can be joined. Further, the 1 st pillar member 71 is attached to the pillar attachment hole 651 of the base 65. Further, a shovel (ヘラ)82 used when replacing the upper body cloth 54 is also housed inside the housing body 12.

As shown in fig. 9, a supporting member attaching projection 515 to which the supporting member 61 of the lower body portion 60 is attached is provided in a substantially circular shape on the lower end surface of the upper body 51. The support member attachment projection 515 is formed in a standing wall shape by an elastically deformable thin member. The support member attachment projection 515 is slightly smaller than the support hole 612 of the support member 61, and is sized to be engageable with the support member 61 by inserting the support member attachment projection 515 into the support hole 612. A support insertion hole 514 for connecting the upper end portion of the support portion 70 is provided in the center of the support member attachment projection 515 on the lower end surface of the upper body 51.

As shown in fig. 11 (a), a back slit 512 for fixing the upper body cloth 54 is provided along the vertical direction at the back 511 of the upper body 51. The back slit 512 is opened in a rectangular shape, and a plurality of pressing pieces 513 are provided inside from the left and right toward the center. The pressing pieces 513 are formed of, for example, a thin plastic material that can be elastically deformed to some extent, and are provided in a comb-like shape from the left and right of the ridge slit 512, and a gap is provided between each pressing piece 513 and the adjacent pressing piece 513.

As shown in fig. 9, the skirt cloth 62 covering the support member 61 is a cloth having a substantially circular shape as a whole, and a cloth wearing hole (cloth wearing hole) 621 is provided in the center. Desirably, the cloth wearing hole 621 is the same as or smaller than the support hole 612 of the support member 61.

In addition, the upper side of the skirt 62 is covered with a lace 63. The lace 63 is a cloth having a slightly smaller overall size than the skirt 62 and a substantially circular shape, and has a lace wearing hole (レース wearing hole) 631 at the center. The size of the lace wearing hole 631 is substantially the same as the size of the cloth wearing hole 621.

The skirt 62 may be a hard member, but a soft sheet may be used.

Next, a method of assembling doll-type toy 10B will be described.

As shown in fig. 9, the housing 12 is first disassembled into the support member 61, the base 65, and the lower cover member 81. The lower cover member 81 is not used later and is therefore discarded. Further, the upper cover member 611 of the support member 61 is removed to expose the support hole 612. The upper cover member 611 is not used after the operation, and is discarded.

Fig. 10 is an exploded perspective view of the doll-type toy.

As shown in fig. 10, the lower end of the 1 st column member 71 is inserted into and fitted into the column mounting hole 651 of the base 65, and the 2 nd column member 72 is further fitted to the upper side of the 1 st column member 71. The 1 st pillar member 71 can also be fixed by cutting threads into the outer peripheral surface of the lower end portion of the 1 st pillar member 71 and the inner surface of the pillar attachment hole 651 and screwing them in. Similarly, a 1 st male screw portion 711 is formed at the upper end of the 1 st pillar member 71, and a 2 nd female screw portion 721 is formed at the lower end of the 2 nd pillar member 72, and the 1 st pillar member 71 and the 2 nd pillar member 72 can be coupled by screwing each other.

Further, an upper half body attachment projection 722 is provided at the upper end of the 2 nd pillar member 72.

Next, the skirt 62 is placed on the upper side of the support member 61 with the lower end opening facing downward, and the skirt 62 is press-fitted into the slit 613. The skirt 62 is pressed into and fixed between the outer member 61a and the inner member 61b of the support member 61 through the slit 613. Then, the lace 63 is placed on the skirt 62. Then, the support member attachment projection 515 provided on the lower end surface of the upper body 51 is inserted from above through the cloth wearing hole 621 of the skirt cloth 62 and the lace wearing hole 631 of the lace 63, and the support member attachment projection 515 is inserted into the support hole 612 of the support member 61, thereby connecting the support member 61 and the upper body 51. Thereby, the skirt 62 and the lace 63 are sandwiched and fixed between the upper body 51 and the support member 61. In this way, the supporting member 61, which is a part of the housing 12, forms at least a part of the lower body portion 60.

Thereafter, the upper body attaching projection 722 of the 2 nd support member 72 is inserted into the support insertion hole 514 of the lower surface of the upper body 51, and supports the upper body 50.

Further, the strut insertion hole 514 and the 2 nd strut member 72 may be screwed by providing screw portions.

As shown in fig. 11 (B), one end of the upper body cloth 54 is pressed into the back slit 512 of the back of the upper body 51, and is pressed and fixed by the pressing piece 513. Thereafter, the upper body cloth 54 is wound around the back from the chest, and the other end of the upper body cloth 54 is pressed into the dorsal slit 512. When the shovel 82 stored in the storage body 12 is used to press the upper body cloth 54 into the dorsal slit 512, the upper body cloth 54 can be easily attached.

Further, by detaching the upper body 51 from the support member 61, the skirt 62, the lace 63, and the upper body cloth 54 can be detached and replaced with the skirt 62, the lace 63, and the upper body cloth 54 other than the stored articles. By variously replacing the skirt fabric 62, the lace 63, and the upper body fabric 54 in this manner, the garment can be replaced.

Next, the operation and effect of doll toy 10B according to embodiment 2 will be described.

In the doll-type toy 10B according to embodiment 2, the restriction on the shape of the doll-type toy 10B to be assembled can be reduced, as in the doll-type toy 10A according to embodiment 1. This can provide the doll-type toy 10B with less restriction on the shape after assembly.

Further, since the skirt 62, the lace 63, and the upper body cloth 54, which are soft sheets stored in the storage body 12, are easily detached from the support member 61 and the upper body 51, it is possible to enjoy changing clothes by replacing the skirt 62, the lace 63, and the upper body cloth 54 with other cloths or the like.

In the doll-type toy 10B according to embodiment 2, the slit 613 is formed in a part of the housing 12 and on the surface of the support member 61 that supports the skirt 62 and the like, and therefore the skirt 62 can be supported so as not to fall off. In addition, the skirt 62 can be detached.

In addition, in the doll-type toy 10B according to embodiment 2, the upper body portion 50 is formed as a component housed in the housing 12, and a dorsal slit 512 is formed on the dorsal surface of the upper body portion 50. Therefore, a game such as changing various clothes can be played by winding a cloth or the like around the upper body part 50 and pressing the cloth or the like into the dorsal slit 512.

The doll-type toy of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be modified and improved as appropriate. For example, as described above, the doll-type toys 10A according to embodiment 1 and the doll-type toys 10B according to embodiment 2 have been described, in which a part of the housing is not used in both the head and the upper body. That is, the present invention does not exclude the use of a part of the housing for a part of the doll other than the lower body part, such as the head part and the upper body part, and may form a part of the lower body part of the doll with a part of the housing and form at least a part of the doll other than the lower body part, such as the head part and the upper body part, with another part of the housing.

Claims

1. A doll-type toy, comprising:

a hollow accommodating body; and

a plurality of components housed in the housing body,

a doll formed by at least a portion of the plurality of components and at least a portion of the housing,

a portion of the receptacle forms at least a portion of a lower body portion of the doll.

2. The doll-type toy of claim 1 wherein,

a portion of the receptacle mimics a skirt.

3. The doll-type toy of claim 1 or 2, wherein,

the housing accommodates a soft sheet.

4. The doll-type toy of claim 3, wherein,

a slit is formed on the surface of the housing.

5. The doll-type toy of claim 1 wherein,

the component includes a component forming an upper body portion, and a slit is formed on a back surface of the component forming the upper body portion.

6. A doll-type toy in which a doll-type toy,

at least a part of the lower body portion forms at least a part of a container capable of containing an article.

7. A doll-type toy in which a doll-type toy,

by recombining at least a part of the lower body portion, at least a part of a container capable of containing an article can be formed.

8. A doll-type toy in which a doll-type toy,

at least a part of the container capable of containing the article forms at least a part of the lower body.

9. A doll-type toy in which a doll-type toy,

at least a part of the lower body is formed by recombining at least a part of the housing capable of housing the article.

10. The doll-type toy of any one of claims 6 through 9,

the housing body can house at least a part of the part other than the lower body part.
