Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and relates to a tracheal catheter with a mouth pad, which is suitable for gastroscope treatment.
Background
At present, a gastroscope is not only an examination tool but also a good treatment tool, can complete the excision of pathological changes of a stomach wall, an esophagus mucosa layer or an intrinsic muscle layer, and provides high-quality and minimally invasive treatment for patients. However, these treatments are usually completed under general anesthesia of the tracheal intubation, which is bound to the situation that the oral cavity of a patient needs to occupy two pipelines of a gastroscope and a tracheal catheter at the same time, and brings great inconvenience to doctors during treatment operation.
At present, the tracheal catheter used in the market only has a single pipeline, and when the operation is performed, an additional mouth pad is almost needed to be arranged to separate the two pipelines, and then the tracheal catheter and the tooth pad are wound together by medical adhesive plaster and are adhered to the skin of the head and the face of a patient. At this time, if the tracheal catheter is not fixed properly or soaked in adhesive tape, saliva or blood, etc., the adhesiveness is easily lost, and the tracheal catheter slips. And the operation of fixing the tracheal cannula by an anaesthetist needs to be carried out in multiple steps, so that the operation cannot be completed in one step, and the working efficiency is reduced.
Furthermore, hospital staff is now very limited in number and there is significant uncertainty in the number of patients. If the number of patients suddenly increases in a certain time period, the medical staff can not be busy.
In order to improve the working efficiency and the safety factor of a hospital, reduce the pain of a patient as much as possible and improve the satisfaction degree of the patient, some less important steps are automated in the treatment process, so that the hands of people can be well saved, and the workload of medical care is reduced. Thus, more patients are treated in the same time period, with the same number of patients.

When the device is not in use, the door plate 351 can be used to cover the placing bin after the grabbing mechanical arm 4 is detached.
The manual use of an endotracheal tube includes several steps.
Before use, the mouth pad is clamped at the near-mouth end of the tracheal catheter, and a plastic sheet is clamped between the inner wall of the mouth pad and the tracheal catheter, so that the mouth pad is prevented from easily sliding before use.
Inflating the balloon after inserting the tube; when the mouth pad needs to be used, the plastic sheet is pulled out in front, so that the mouth pad can freely slide up and down in the conduit.
According to the inserting depth of the tracheal catheter, the mouth pad slides downwards to a proper position, and the buckle teeth on the outer side wall of the tracheal catheter are meshed and fixed with the buckle teeth on the inner side wall of the mouth pad.
In order to prevent the mouth pad from sliding too deeply, a protective tooth is arranged on the lower edge of the guide pipe buckle tooth, and the tooth pad cannot cross the position.
After the catheter and the mouth pad are fixed and stabilized, the rubber elastic band on the edge of the mouth pad is sleeved on the head and the neck of a patient, and the tightness degree of the elastic band can be adjusted by using the buckle head until the catheter, the mouth pad and the patient are fixed and stabilized.
The gastroscope can be placed at the gastroscope placing hole for relevant examination and treatment.
After the use, the head elastic band is loosened, and after the air of the saccule is pumped out, the head elastic band and the mouth pad are removed together with the catheter.
Automatic insert endotracheal tube work, mainly rely on deciding the positive light detection probe who sets up of arc jack catch 621 and carry out discernment work: after the light emitting part 61 emits yellow light and the yellow light is reflected by the reflective ring 25, the light detection probe detects the yellow light and determines the position of the catheter in sequence, and then the catheter working head 6 is moved to the position to perform clamping work.
Two visual monitoring probes 513 are provided on the manipulator mount 51 to determine the position of the patient's mouth and the position of the catheter. When inserting the catheter, the medical staff props up the mouth of the patient, the catheter manipulator 5 clamps the catheter where the end part reflective ring 25 is located, plugs the catheter into the mouth of the patient, moves the position, clamps the catheter where the last point reflective ring 25 is located, and plugs the catheter into the mouth of the patient; by analogy, the catheter is slowly inserted. Until the operation of plugging the catheter is completed, and then other subsequent treatment operations are performed.
