Abstract
本发明公开了美白防敏抗皱霜及其制备方法,包括以下原料:熊果苷、丁二醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇乙基己酸酯、硬脂氧聚甲硅氧烷/聚二甲硅氧烷共聚物、异硬脂酸异丙酯、生育酚乙酸酯、透明质酸钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷、甘油、EDTA二钠、α‑红没药醇、光果甘草根提取物、苯氧乙醇、月桂醇聚醚‑7、抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁以及去离子水余量。该美白防敏抗皱霜以光果甘草根提取物为主要的活性成分,甘草提取物能深入皮肤内部并保持高活性,有效抑制黑色素生成过程中多种酶的活性,加速新陈代谢,从而使得皮肤嫩白和富于弹性,该配方简单,原料成本低,条件易控,工艺稳定,可工业化生产,能推广应用,制备的美白防敏抗皱霜具有优异的稳定性能够长期的储存。

本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,具体为美白防敏抗皱霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展及生活水平的提高,越来越多的女性关注皮肤美白,皮肤的色素物质包括黑素、胡萝卜素等,黑素是由皮肤中的黑素细胞产生的,是决定皮肤颜色的主要因素,由于皮肤受紫外线照射的影响,导致黑素代谢异常,分泌的黑素增加并使局部皮肤变黑,因此,美白霜受到人们的青睐,越来越多的女性对于美白霜的需求逐渐变大,美白霜是一种常见的膏霜类化妆品,主要作用为:由内而外促进肌肤美白更新,水润肌肤,长效保湿,有效提亮肤色,让肌肤健康有光彩,柔嫩肌肤,改善肤质以及肌肤紧致有弹性。
现有的美白霜在使用的过程中虽然能达到快速美白的功效,但是在使用的过程中容易出现刺激性以及致敏性等不良反应,降低了使用过程中的安全性,因此要选用具有多功能、稳定且具有抗敏性的美白霜,为此,我们提出了美白防敏抗皱霜及其制备方法来解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了美白防敏抗皱霜及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:美白防敏抗皱霜,包括以下重量份数的原料:熊果苷3-5份、丁二醇6-10份、鲸蜡硬脂醇乙基己酸酯1-3份、硬脂氧聚甲硅氧烷/聚二甲硅氧烷共聚物1-2份、异硬脂酸异丙酯1-2份、生育酚乙酸酯0.05-0.3份、透明质酸钠0.1-0.2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1-3份、甘油1-3份、EDTA二钠0.5-1.5份、α-红没药醇0.05-1份、光果甘草根提取物8-10份、苯氧乙醇0.3-0.5份、月桂醇聚醚-70.5-3份、抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁1-3份以及去离子水余量。
美白防敏抗皱霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、原料油相处理:按质量份数称取鲸蜡硬脂醇乙基己酸酯、硬脂氧聚甲硅氧烷/聚二甲硅氧烷共聚物、异硬脂酸异丙酯以及聚二甲基硅氧烷放入油相锅中,搅拌并加热形成油相,搅拌均匀后保温备用,得到所需油相原料,备用;
S2、原料水相处理:按重量份数称取甘油、丁二醇、EDTA二钠、α-红没药醇、苯氧乙醇、月桂醇聚醚-7、抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁以及去离子水,放入水相锅中,搅拌并加热形成水相,搅拌均匀后保温备用,得到所需的水相原料,备用;
S3、原料的乳化:将步骤S1中制备的油相原料和步骤S2中制备的水相原料分别用真空抽进乳化锅内,利用搅拌器进行乳化均质操作;
S4、原料的添加:向步骤S3中的乳化锅中加入光果甘草根提取物,并开启均质机,利用搅拌器再次进行均质操作,保温搅拌后开始降温处理,得到乳化后的原料,备用;
S5、混合均质:将步骤S4中制备的得到的乳化后的原料降温处理,并依次加入生育酚乙酸酯和透明质酸钠,搅拌均匀,搅拌至混合原料透明化,备用;
S6、抗皱霜的制备:将步骤S5中混合均质后的原料,开启弱均质处理,使得混合原料的外观细腻,得到均匀膏体,制得所需的美白防敏抗皱霜;
S7、检验、灌装和入库:将步骤S5中制备的美白防敏抗皱霜进行检验,待检验合格后准备灌装、包装,再检验成品,检测合格后即可入库。
进一步优化本技术方案,所述步骤S4中的光果甘草根提取物的制备方法为:将重量份数的光果甘草根中加入去离子水,在75℃下浸泡45min,煎煮2h后合并煮液并过滤,将滤液加入羟苯甲酯溶液中浸泡,然后利用超声-微波辅助萃取,将萃取滤液真空冷冻干燥得到光果甘草根提取物。
进一步优化本技术方案,所述步骤S1中的油相锅和步骤S2中的水相锅在使用之前用去离子水洗净后再用高温蒸汽消毒处理。

实施例一:
请参考图1所示,本发明公开了美白防敏抗皱霜及其制备方法,包括以下重量份数的原料:熊果苷4份、丁二醇8.0份、鲸蜡硬脂醇乙基己酸酯2份、硬脂氧聚甲硅氧烷/聚二甲硅氧烷共聚物2份、异硬脂酸异丙酯1份、生育酚乙酸酯0.05份、透明质酸钠0.15份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、甘油2份、EDTA二钠0.5份、α-红没药醇1份、光果甘草根提取物9份、苯氧乙醇0.4份、月桂醇聚醚-71.5份、抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁2份以及去离子水余量。
美白防敏抗皱霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、原料油相处理:按质量份数称取鲸蜡硬脂醇乙基己酸酯、硬脂氧聚甲硅氧烷/聚二甲硅氧烷共聚物、异硬脂酸异丙酯以及聚二甲基硅氧烷放入油相锅中,搅拌并加热形成油相,搅拌均匀后保温备用,得到所需油相原料,备用,聚二甲基硅氧烷和鲸蜡硬脂醇乙基己酸酯为润肤剂;
S2、原料水相处理:按重量份数称取甘油、丁二醇、EDTA二钠、α-红没药醇、苯氧乙醇、月桂醇聚醚-7、抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁以及去离子水,放入水相锅中,搅拌并加热形成水相,搅拌均匀后保温备用,得到所需的水相原料,备用,丁二醇和甘油为保湿剂,α-红没药醇为防敏剂,月桂醇聚醚-7为增稠剂,苯氧乙醇为防腐剂,步骤S1中的油相锅和步骤S2中的水相锅在使用之前用去离子水洗净后再用高温蒸汽消毒处理;

S5、混合均质:将步骤S4中制备的得到的乳化后的原料降温处理,降温处理后的温度为45℃,并依次加入生育酚乙酸酯和透明质酸钠,生育酚乙酸酯为抗氧化剂,搅拌均匀,搅拌至混合原料透明化,备用;
S6、抗皱霜的制备:将步骤S5中混合均质后的原料,开启弱均质处理,使得混合原料的外观细腻,得到均匀膏体,制得所需的美白防敏抗皱霜;
S7、检验、灌装和入库:将步骤S5中制备的美白防敏抗皱霜进行检验,待检验合格后准备灌装、包装,再检验成品,检测合格后即可入库。
实施例二:

S5、混合均质:将步骤S4中制备的得到的乳化后的原料降温处理,降温处理后的温度为42℃,并依次加入生育酚乙酸酯和透明质酸钠,生育酚乙酸酯为抗氧化剂,搅拌均匀,搅拌至混合原料透明化,备用;
S6、抗皱霜的制备:将步骤S5中混合均质后的原料,开启弱均质处理,使得混合原料的外观细腻,得到均匀膏体,制得所需的美白防敏抗皱霜;
S7、检验、灌装和入库:将步骤S5中制备的美白防敏抗皱霜进行检验,待检验合格后准备灌装、包装,再检验成品,检测合格后即可入库。
实施例三:

S5、混合均质:将步骤S4中制备的得到的乳化后的原料降温处理,降温处理后的温度为50℃,并依次加入生育酚乙酸酯和透明质酸钠,生育酚乙酸酯为抗氧化剂,搅拌均匀,搅拌至混合原料透明化,备用;
S6、抗皱霜的制备:将步骤S5中混合均质后的原料,开启弱均质处理,使得混合原料的外观细腻,得到均匀膏体,制得所需的美白防敏抗皱霜;
S7、检验、灌装和入库:将步骤S5中制备的美白防敏抗皱霜进行检验,待检验合格后准备灌装、包装,再检验成品,检测合格后即可入库。
判断标准:美白防敏功效验证
将实施例1-3制得的美白防敏抗皱霜产品,与市售的美白霜、防敏抗皱霜进行脸部使用试验对比,选取60名女性,年龄在25-50岁,涂抹美白防敏抗皱霜后使用效果。

由表1可知,本发明制备的美白防敏抗皱霜使用的过程中肤感较好,使用后无刺痛感以及红肿现象,使皮肤长时间保持充足的水分,还能使皮肤更加嫩白和富于弹性,该美白霜美白补水效果明显,见效快,天然安全,进而达到极佳的美白防敏抗皱作用,通过三个实施例对比,效果最佳者为实施例一,因此,选择实施例一为最佳实施例,具体对量的改变,也属于本技术方案保护的范围。
抗皱功效验证:
对实施例1-3制备的抗皱霜进行试用检测效果,同时以一款市售的抗皱霜为对照组。
测试对象:各实验组均为30名女性(25-50岁);测试区域:脸部;测试仪器:皮肤弹性仪(Cutometer MPA 580)。使用:每天2次,持续使用4周;测试项目:皮肤抗皱。
方法:受试者测试当天洁面后在室温24℃、相对湿度55%的环境静坐25min后,瞩其放松面部肌群,轻轻闭上双眼。用Elastimeter皮肤弹性测量仪测量其脸部皮肤即时弹性,测量时探头在同一受测区域重复测量3次,取平均值,使用探头时用力要均匀,施加的压力应该恒定,受试者使用1周、2周、3周、4周后再次测量受试区域的弹性值。
测试结果与评价:受试者受试区域使用产品前后,弹性的测试值数据分析比较见表2:
由表2可知,本发明制备的美白防敏抗皱霜使用的过程中抗皱效果好,使用后皮肤富于弹性,起到较好的抗皱效果,利于对皮肤进行美容护理,通过三个实施例对比,效果最佳者为实施例一,因此,选择实施例一为最佳实施例,具体对量的改变,也属于本技术方案保护的范围。
本发明的有益效果:
1、该美白防敏抗皱霜及其制备方法,本发明制备的美白防敏抗皱霜以光果甘草根提取物为主要的活性成分,甘草提取物能深入皮肤内部并保持高活性,有效抑制黑色素生成过程中多种酶的活性,加速新陈代谢,从而使得皮肤嫩白和富于弹性,同时使用配合添加润肤保湿抗敏成分,消除了顾客对美白产品刺激性强,容易过敏的忧虑,抗氧化剂的添加有效地改变皮肤角质层的屏障作用,有助于功效性成分的透皮速度或透皮量的增加,提高肌肤的渗透性能;
2、本发明美白防敏抗皱霜的配方简单,原料成本低,且制备方法简单,条件易控,工艺稳定,可工业化生产,能够推广应用,制备的美白防敏抗皱霜具有优异的稳定性能够长期的储存,进而使得其具有更有益的实用性,此外该制备方法具有工序简单和原料易得的优点。
3、该配方为熊果苷、丁二醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇乙基己酸酯、硬脂氧聚甲硅氧烷/聚二甲硅氧烷共聚物、异硬脂酸异丙酯、生育酚乙酸酯、透明质酸钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷、甘油、EDTA二钠、α-红没药醇、光果甘草根提取物、苯氧乙醇、月桂醇聚醚-7、抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁以及去离子水余量,各功能性成分除发挥自身所具有的基本功效以外,还意外的表现出了协同增效作用,能够从人体代谢层面调节人体内分泌及机能,从根本上起到润肤护肤美白抗皱的作用,该美白防敏抗皱霜具有良好的美白抗皱效果,适于皮肤干燥起皱的人群使用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.美白防敏抗皱霜,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:熊果苷3-5份、丁二醇6-10份、鲸蜡硬脂醇乙基己酸酯1-3份、硬脂氧聚甲硅氧烷/聚二甲硅氧烷共聚物1-2份、异硬脂酸异丙酯1-2份、生育酚乙酸酯0.05-0.3份、透明质酸钠0.1-0.2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1-3份、甘油1-3份、EDTA二钠0.5-1.5份、α-红没药醇0.05-1份、光果甘草根提取物8-10份、苯氧乙醇0.3-0.5份、月桂醇聚醚-70.5-3份、抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁1-3份以及去离子水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美白防敏抗皱霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、原料油相处理:按质量份数称取鲸蜡硬脂醇乙基己酸酯、硬脂氧聚甲硅氧烷/聚二甲硅氧烷共聚物、异硬脂酸异丙酯以及聚二甲基硅氧烷放入油相锅中,搅拌并加热形成油相,搅拌均匀后保温备用,得到所需油相原料,备用;
S2、原料水相处理:按重量份数称取甘油、丁二醇、EDTA二钠、α-红没药醇、苯氧乙醇、月桂醇聚醚-7、抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁以及去离子水,放入水相锅中,搅拌并加热形成水相,搅拌均匀后保温备用,得到所需的水相原料,备用;
S3、原料的乳化:将步骤S1中制备的油相原料和步骤S2中制备的水相原料分别用真空抽进乳化锅内,利用搅拌器进行乳化均质操作;
S4、原料的添加:向步骤S3中的乳化锅中加入光果甘草根提取物,并开启均质机,利用搅拌器再次进行均质操作,保温搅拌后开始降温处理,得到乳化后的原料,备用;
S5、混合均质:将步骤S4中制备的得到的乳化后的原料降温处理,并依次加入生育酚乙酸酯和透明质酸钠,搅拌均匀,搅拌至混合原料透明化,备用;
S6、抗皱霜的制备:将步骤S5中混合均质后的原料,开启弱均质处理,使得混合原料的外观细腻,得到均匀膏体,制得所需的美白防敏抗皱霜;
S7、检验、灌装和入库:将步骤S5中制备的美白防敏抗皱霜进行检验,待检验合格后准备灌装、包装,再检验成品,检测合格后即可入库。
3.根据权利要求2所述的美白防敏抗皱霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中的光果甘草根提取物的制备方法为:将重量份数的光果甘草根中加入去离子水,在75℃下浸泡45min,煎煮2h后合并煮液并过滤,将滤液加入羟苯甲酯溶液中浸泡,然后利用超声-微波辅助萃取,将萃取滤液真空冷冻干燥得到光果甘草根提取物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的美白防敏抗皱霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中的油相锅和步骤S2中的水相锅在使用之前用去离子水洗净后再用高温蒸汽消毒处理。
5.根据权利要求2所述的美白防敏抗皱霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S5中的生育酚乙酸酯为抗氧化剂,所述步骤S2中的丁二醇和甘油为保湿剂。
6.根据权利要求2所述的美白防敏抗皱霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中的α-红没药醇为防敏剂,所述步骤S1中的聚二甲基硅氧烷和鲸蜡硬脂醇乙基己酸酯为润肤剂。
7.根据权利要求2所述的美白防敏抗皱霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中的月桂醇聚醚-7为增稠剂,所述步骤S2中苯氧乙醇为防腐剂。
8.根据权利要求2所述的美白防敏抗皱霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中搅拌均质的转速为3000-3500rpm,搅拌时间为4-6min,所述步骤S4中再次搅拌均质的转速为3000-4000rpm,搅拌时间为3-5min。
9.根据权利要求2所述的美白防敏抗皱霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S5中降温处理后的温度为40-50℃。
