Description

ED treatment head and ED therapeutic instrument
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of shock wave treatment, in particular to an ED treatment head and an ED treatment instrument.
Background
Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is the most common type of male sexual dysfunction, meaning that the penis continues to fail to achieve or maintain an adequate erection to complete a satisfactory sexual life. Over the past 20 years, although treatments for Erectile Dysfunction (ED) including oral PDE5i drug therapy, transurethral administration of prostaglandin E and intracavernosal injection of vasodilators, vacuum negative pressure erection aids, penile prosthesis implants have been greatly enriched and have been shown to be effective and safe, most of them remain "on-demand" and efficacy is maintained for a relatively short period of time. Low-energy extracorporeal shock wave therapy (LIST) is a very promising treatment method which fundamentally improves the vascular endothelial function of penis of ED patients, increases the blood flow of penis and improves the erectile function so as to improve the satisfaction degree of sexual life of the patients at present. Animal experiment research and human clinical research data at home and abroad show that the low-energy shock wave promotes angiogenesis, causes vasodilatation, recruits endogenous stem cells, activates a treatment mechanism of Schwann cells and can improve local perfusion to promote wound healing. The low-energy external shock wave is used for treating the peyronie disease for the first time in 1989, and a good effect is achieved. The european urinary surgery association (EAU) guidelines have listed low energy extracorporeal shock wave therapy as the first line treatment for ED for 5 years.
