Abstract
本发明提供了一种组配式可加压钉桩融合装置,所述组配式可加压钉桩融合装置包括钉臂、桩臂、连接锁钉和加压钳,所述钉臂和桩臂构成插入式组配结构,所述加压钳对所述插入式组配结构进行加压,并通过所述连接锁钉连接固定。将本发明组配式可加压钉桩融合装置的各部分进行组合连接,可有效实施并控制两个骨面间的加压,以及将两个骨面进行连接固定,可提高骨融合的效率,降低内植物断裂、失效的概率,加快康复进程。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于对两个骨面间进行加压固定的技术领域,特别是一种组配式可加压钉桩融合装置。
背景技术
目前存在的对两个骨面间进行加压并固定的技术主要有松质骨螺钉、骑缝钉、外固定架、钢板螺钉等,其缺陷在于固定强度不足,对骨质疏松情况固定力学强度不能满足要求,对骨面间没有加压效果,因而存在一定程度上的骨面延迟愈合和不连接的风险。需要使用该技术的情况较广泛,例如行关节融合术、骨折内固定术等。因此,亟需一种可以方便调节两个骨面间压力,可连接、组配式的可加压融合装置解决这种问题,以便减少骨延迟愈合风险,提高固定强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组配式可加压钉桩融合装置,可有效实施并控制两个骨面间的加压,以及将两个骨面进行连接固定,可提高骨融合的效率,降低内植物断裂、失效的概率,加快康复进程。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种组配式可加压钉桩融合装置,所述组配式可加压钉桩融合装置包括钉臂、桩臂、连接锁钉和加压钳,所述钉臂和桩臂构成插入式组配结构,所述加压钳对所述插入式组配结构进行加压,并通过所述连接锁钉连接固定,用于两个骨面间的加压并将两个骨面进行连接固定。
如上所述的组配式可加压钉桩融合装置,所述钉臂包括呈直角连接的底板和锯齿钉两部分,所述锯齿钉包括横梁和与横梁两端连接的两个外缘带倒齿的锯齿臂,所述锯齿臂的末端尖锐,所述两个锯齿臂呈向内的15°-30°会聚角,所述横梁中部设有方向相反的加压槽和尖刺,所述尖刺朝向与所述底板垂直;所述底板的底部带有中空,所述底板下部中央开有豆荚形螺孔。
如上所述的组配式可加压钉桩融合装置,所述桩臂包括呈直角连接的桩柱和连接板两部分,所述桩柱为圆柱状,头端圆钝;所述连接板临近所述桩柱的一端中央设有加压槽,另一端中央开有豆荚形螺孔,其直径小于所述钉臂底板的豆荚形螺孔的直径,所述连接板能够插入所述钉臂底板的中空并与其相适配,构成所述插入式组配结构,所述连接锁钉分别依次穿过底板和连接板的豆荚形螺孔将二者连接固定。
如上所述的组配式可加压钉桩融合装置,所述连接锁钉包括头部和尾部,所述头部和尾部上均设置外螺纹,所述头部外螺纹直径与所述连接板的豆荚形螺孔直径相同,所述尾部外螺纹直径与所述底板的豆荚形螺孔直径相同。
如上所述的组配式可加压钉桩融合装置,所述加压钳的头部设置凸起,所述凸起宽度与所述加压槽相同。

本发明提供的组配式可加压钉桩融合装置,由钉臂、桩臂、连接锁钉和加压钳组成,钉臂分为底板和锯齿钉两部分,底板和锯齿钉呈直角连接,锯齿钉有两个外缘带倒齿的锯齿臂,末端尖锐,两个锯齿臂呈向内的15°会聚角,横梁连接两个锯齿臂;横梁中部有一个加压槽和一个尖刺,尖刺朝向与与底板垂直。底板的一部分为中空,下部中央开有豆荚形螺孔,螺孔内带有螺纹。桩臂分为桩柱和连接板两部分,二者呈直角连接。桩臂为圆柱状,头端圆钝;连接板下部中央有一个加压槽,上部中央开有豆荚形螺孔,螺孔内带有螺纹,直径小于钉臂底板的豆荚形螺孔的直径。连接锁钉头部外螺纹直径与连接板豆荚形螺孔相同,尾部外螺纹直径与底板豆荚形螺孔相同。加压钳头部凸起宽度与加压槽相同。
将上述的结构进行连接并用加压钳进行加压,可实施两个骨面间的加压,以及将两个骨面进行连接固定。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果是:本发明一种组配式可加压钉桩融合装置使用方便,安装及组配操作简单,设计新颖合理。锯齿臂的外缘倒齿可以增强与骨质的把持力,防止退出,横梁上的尖刺也可辅助固定,提高固定强度。底板和连接板的插入式组配使得骨面间的加压微动成为可能,并且可方便地在合适位置进行钉臂和桩臂的连接锁定,从而实现两个骨面间的融合加压,锯齿臂和桩柱对骨面施加的压力也减少了骨延迟愈合和骨不连接的风险。连接锁钉头部和尾部的外螺纹与连接板和底板的豆荚形螺孔锁定,减少了组配件之间的微动,降低了断裂失效的风险。

具体实施方式
在许多情况下,需要将两个骨面间进行加压并固定,例如关节融合术,以及其他需要将骨面间进行连接的情况。目前存在的方式有松质骨螺钉、骑缝钉、外固定架、钢板螺钉等,但均存在固定强度不足,对骨质疏松情况固定力学强度不能满足要求,对骨面间没有加压效果,因而存在一定程度上的骨面延迟愈合和不连接的风险。为解决此类问题,本发明设计了一种组配式可加压钉桩融合装置,可方便地实现对骨面间的加压固定,可减少骨延迟愈合风险,提高固定强度。
下面结合附图,通过具体实施例对本发明的实现方式进行具体说明:
如图1-6所示,是根据本发明组配式可加压钉桩融合装置一个具体实施例的结构示意图,该组配式可加压钉桩融合装置包括钉臂10、桩臂20、连接锁钉30和加压钳40,上述各部分结构均由金属或合金制成,钉臂10和桩臂20构成插入式组配结构,加压钳40对插入式组配结构进行加压,并通过连接锁钉30连接固定,用于两个骨面间的加压并将两个骨面进行连接固定。
如图1-2所示,钉臂10包括呈直角连接的底板11和锯齿钉12两部分,锯齿钉12包括横梁121和与横梁121两端连接的两个锯齿臂122,两个锯齿臂122外缘带有倒齿123,锯齿臂122的末端尖锐,两个锯齿臂122呈向内的15°会聚角,横梁121中部设有方向相反的加压槽124和尖刺125,尖刺125朝向与底板11垂直,锯齿臂122的外缘倒齿可以增强与骨质的把持力,防止退出,横梁11上的尖刺125也可辅助固定,提高固定强度。底板11的底部带有中空112,底板11下部中央开有豆荚形螺孔111。
如图3所示,桩臂20包括呈直角连接的桩柱21和连接板22两部分,桩柱21为圆柱状,头端圆钝;连接板22临近桩柱21的一端中央设有与横梁上的加压槽宽度相同的加压槽23,另一端中央开有豆荚形螺孔24,其直径小于钉臂底板的豆荚形螺孔111的直径,如图4所示,连接板22插入钉臂底板的中空112并与其相适配,构成插入式组配结构;底板11和连接板22的插入式组配使得骨面间的加压微动成为可能,并且可方便地在合适位置进行钉臂10和桩臂20的连接锁定,从而实现两个骨面间的融合加压,锯齿臂122和桩柱21对骨面施加的压力也减少了骨延迟愈合和骨不连接的风险。如图5所示,连接锁钉30包括头部31和尾部32,头部31和尾部32上均设置外螺纹,头部31外螺纹直径与连接板的豆荚形螺孔24直径相同,尾部32外螺纹直径与底板的豆荚形螺孔111直径相同,连接锁钉30分别依次穿过底板的豆荚形螺孔111、连接板的豆荚形螺孔24后将二者连接固定,连接锁钉头部和尾部的外螺纹与连接板和底板的豆荚形螺孔锁定,减少了组配件之间的微动,降低了断裂失效的风险,而且豆荚形螺孔使得连接锁钉30固定的位置可以根据实际情况进行微调固定。
如图6所示,加压钳40的头部设置凸起41,凸起41宽度与钉臂和桩臂上的加压槽宽度相同。
本发明的上述实施例利用植入器械将其分别植入待加压融合的两个骨面,利用加压钳对钉臂和桩臂进行加压,再利用连接锁钉将钉臂和桩臂进行连接并锁定,即可实现对骨面间的加压固定,可减少骨延迟愈合风险,提高固定强度。
应用时,先对拟加压融合的两个骨面间进行粗糙化处理,如去除软骨和间隙内的软组织,打磨毛糙,然后在一端适当位置用钻头钻孔,直径与深度均与桩柱21相同;在骨面另一端合适位置分别用细钻头钻2个孔。将桩柱21一部分插入所钻的孔内,再将桩臂20的连接板22插入钉臂10的底板中空112至一定深度,将锯齿臂122分别插入细钻头所钻的孔内,将锯齿臂122敲击进入骨质,同时将桩柱21剩余部分完全敲击进入骨孔内。将加压钳40的2个头端凸起41分别放入钉臂10和桩臂20的加压槽内,施加压力,使两个骨面间接触并压紧。将连接锁钉30插入豆荚形螺孔内,拧紧之,使连接锁钉30的头部31和连接板的豆荚形螺孔24内螺纹锁定,尾部32与底板豆荚形螺孔111内螺纹锁定,即可完成加压固定过程。

1.一种组配式可加压钉桩融合装置,其特征在于:所述组配式可加压钉桩融合装置包括钉臂、桩臂、连接锁钉和加压钳,所述钉臂和桩臂构成插入式组配结构,所述加压钳对所述插入式组配结构进行加压,并通过所述连接锁钉连接固定,用于两个骨面间的加压并将两个骨面进行连接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组配式可加压钉桩融合装置,其特征在于:所述钉臂包括呈直角连接的底板和锯齿钉两部分,所述锯齿钉包括横梁和与横梁两端连接的两个外缘带倒齿的锯齿臂,所述锯齿臂的末端尖锐,所述两个锯齿臂呈向内的15°-30°会聚角,所述横梁中部设有方向相反的加压槽和尖刺,所述尖刺朝向与所述底板垂直;所述底板的底部带有中空,所述底板下部中央开有豆荚形螺孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组配式可加压钉桩融合装置,其特征在于:所述桩臂包括呈直角连接的桩柱和连接板两部分,所述桩柱为圆柱状,头端圆钝;所述连接板临近所述桩柱的一端中央设有加压槽,另一端中央开有豆荚形螺孔,其直径小于所述钉臂底板的豆荚形螺孔的直径,所述连接板能够插入所述钉臂底板的中空并与其相适配,构成所述插入式组配结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组配式可加压钉桩融合装置,其特征在于:所述连接锁钉包括头部和尾部,所述头部和尾部上均设置外螺纹,所述头部外螺纹直径与所述连接板的豆荚形螺孔直径相同,所述尾部外螺纹直径与所述底板的豆荚形螺孔直径相同。
5.根据权利要求3所述的组配式可加压钉桩融合装置,其特征在于:所述加压钳的头部设置凸起,所述凸起宽度与所述加压槽相同。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组配式可加压钉桩融合装置,其特征在于:所述组配式可加压钉桩融合装置的各部分结构,均由金属或合金制成。
