FIG. 1 is a schematic flow diagram of a method for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for a dishwasher, applied to a data platform, the data platform may communicate with a plurality of dishwashers, each dishwasher may be provided with at least one image acquisition device inside, and the method may include the following steps.
In step S11, an image of the dishes inside the dishwasher collected by the image capturing device of each dishwasher is acquired. In an embodiment of the invention, the data platform is a platform for acquiring data and storing data. The data platform can be communicated with a plurality of dishwashers, so that data of the dishwashers can be acquired, and data sharing is realized. At least one image capture device is disposed within the interior of each dishwasher such that the data platform can capture images of the dishware within the interior of each dishwasher. The image capturing device may include, but is not limited to, a camera, a video camera, a scanner, and other devices with a camera function. The dish image refers to an image containing the dishes inside the dishwasher, which may include, but are not limited to, bowls, plates, chopsticks, spoons, soup cups, and the like. One or more image capturing devices may be provided in the interior of the dishwasher to capture images of the interior of the dishwasher in all directions. In one example, the image capture device may take a picture of the interior of the dishwasher and synchronize the real-time image with a data platform that may acquire the image of the interior of the dishwasher in real time. In another example, the image capture device may capture the dishwasher interior at set intervals, for example, 5s intervals. In another example, the image capturing device may also capture images according to a capture instruction sent by the dishwasher. For example, the control device of the dishwasher generates a photographing instruction according to a washing course of the dishwasher or according to an operation of a user, and transmits the photographing instruction to the image capturing apparatus.
In step S12, user data of the dishwasher is determined from the dish image. In embodiments of the present invention, the user data may include, but is not limited to, the user's dietary preferences, eating preferences, dining information, and the like. In one example, a user's dietary preferences may be determined from the utensil image, and by identifying the contaminant class of the utensil image, the dietary preference corresponding to the contaminant class is determined. For example, the food preference is classified according to the dish system, the data platform identifies chopped chili, fish head, chili and fried meat in the tableware image, and the food preference of the user can be determined to be Hunan dish. For another example, the meal preferences are classified according to a recipe, and the data platform identifies the food items to which the contaminants specifically correspond in the tableware image, thereby inferring the type of food items preferred by the user. In another example, a user's cutlery preferences may be determined from the cutlery image, which may include the price of the cutlery, the texture of the cutlery, the name plate of the cutlery, the color of the cutlery, and so forth. The data platform can determine the favorite tableware style of the user by identifying the lines of the tableware image, such as the northern Europe style, the American style, the Japanese style, the Chinese style and the like. The data platform can also determine the expense interval of the tableware selected by the user through identifying the nameplate of the tableware image, so that the consumption capacity information of the user can be acquired. The data platform can also acquire the color preferred by the user by identifying the color of the tableware image. In another example, the user's meal information may be determined from the dish images, e.g., the number of user meals may be inferred from the number of dishes washed by the dishwasher. It should be noted that the determination of the user data of the dishwasher is not limited to the method described in the above example, but may be other methods of determining the user data of the dishwasher.
In step S13, the user data is stored in the database. In an embodiment of the invention, the data platform may establish a database for each dishwasher after establishing communication with each dishwasher. The data platform can establish a unique database corresponding to each dishwasher according to the unique identification information, such as the coding information, of each dishwasher. The user data is stored in the database so that the data platform can acquire the user data of each dish washing machine, and meanwhile, the data platform can share the data of each dish washing machine according to the acquired user data. For example, if the user of the number 1 dishwasher prefers Hunan dishes and Chinese style tableware, the data platform may push the menu of Hunan dishes, Chinese style tableware, etc. to the user of the number 1 dishwasher. Further, the data platform can share data through the mobile terminal which is communicated with each dishwasher, and a user can check the data shared by the data platform while operating the dishwashers. Therefore, data sharing can be accurately carried out according to the requirements of users, and the effectiveness of data sharing is improved. It should be noted that the database may be continuously updated, and the data platform may obtain the tableware images inside the dish washer collected by the image collecting device of each dish washer for many times, and then determine the user data of the dish washer according to the current tableware images and the historical user data. The dishwasher's user data is stored in a variety of ways, in one example, the data platform overrides historical user data with the most recent user data. In another example, the data platform may store both up-to-date user data and historical user data.
Through the technical scheme, the data platform is communicated with the dish washing machines, the tableware images in the dish washing machines collected by the image collecting devices of each dish washing machine are obtained, the user data of the dish washing machines are determined according to the tableware images, and then the user data are stored in the database, so that merchants can conveniently obtain the user data of different dish washing machines through the data platform, and accurate data sharing can be carried out on different users.
In an embodiment of the invention, the database may comprise at least one of:
a food preference database, a tableware preference database and a dining information database.
In particular, the data platform may establish a database for each dishwasher after establishing communication with each dishwasher. The data platform can establish a unique database corresponding to each dishwasher according to the unique identification information, such as the coding information, of each dishwasher. The database for each dishwasher may include a plurality of databases for storing different aspects of data for the user. The dietary preference refers to the dietary taste of the user, and the dietary preference can be divided according to various rules, such as a cuisine or a recipe. The tableware preference refers to the preference of the user for the price, style, color, etc. of the tableware. Meal information may include, but is not limited to, the number of people the user has a meal, the time of the meal, etc. The data platform can acquire data in various aspects of users by establishing a plurality of databases corresponding to each dish washing machine, and the data are classified and stored, so that the data in the databases used by the data platform subsequently are more efficient.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method for determining user data of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, the step S12 of determining the user data of the dishwasher based on the tableware image may include:
step S21, identifying the pollutant category of the tableware image;
and step S22, determining the dietary preference corresponding to the pollutant category according to the pollutant category.
In an embodiment of the invention, the user data may be dietary preference data of the user. The data platform acquires the tableware images inside the dish washing machines acquired by the image acquisition equipment of each dish washing machine, and can identify the pollutant types of the tableware images. The contaminant category refers to a category to which contaminants remaining on the dishes belong, and the contaminant category may be a certain kind of dishes. In one example, the data platform can identify the dish categories of the pollutants through deep learning of the neural network model, and the neural network model is continuously updated according to each identification result, so that the identification of the pollutants by the data platform is more accurate. After the data platform identifies the category of the contaminant, the user's dietary preferences may be determined based on the contaminant category. The dietary preference refers to the dietary taste of the user, and the data platform can divide the dietary preference in various ways, such as by cuisine or by recipe. In one example, the data platform may classify the dietary preferences by cuisine, e.g., the data platform identifies chopped peppers, fish heads, peppers, fried meats in the tableware image, may determine that the user's dietary preferences are Hunan cuisine. In another example, the data platform may classify the dietary preferences by recipe, the data platform identifying contaminants in the dish image that specifically correspond to the dish, thereby inferring the type of dish preferred by the user. In embodiments of the present invention, the data platform may determine a plurality of types of dietary preference data for a user. The data platform can identify the pollutant category of the tableware image for multiple times, store the diet preference corresponding to the pollutant determined each time, and determine the diet preference type with the largest proportion as the diet preference data of the user. By identifying the type of the pollutant of the tableware image, the diet preference of the user can be accurately acquired.
In an embodiment of the present invention, determining the dietary preference corresponding to the pollutant class according to the pollutant class may include:
storing a menu of a plurality of cuisine categories to a diet preference database;
and matching the pollutant category with the recipes of the plurality of recipe categories to determine the recipe category corresponding to the pollutant category.
In particular, the data platform may partition the user's dietary preferences by cuisine category. The cuisine refers to a set of self-made cooking skills and flavors formed through long-term evolution in a certain area due to different climates, geographies, histories, physical products and dietary customs. The cuisine generally has a distinctive local flavor. The cuisine can include but is not limited to cuisine such as Sichuan cuisine, Hunan cuisine, Lucai, Guangdong cuisine, Sucai, Zhejiang cuisine, Mincuisine, Huisian cuisine and the like. The data platform may save a recipe for a plurality of cuisine categories to the dietary preference database, and may subsequently continuously update the dietary preference database. After the contaminant category of the tableware image is identified, the contaminant category is matched to a recipe of a plurality of cuisine categories to determine a cuisine category to which the contaminant category may correspond. For example, the pollutant types are identified as chopped chili peppers and fish heads, the chopped chili peppers and the fish heads are matched with the recipes of a plurality of recipe categories, the matching result of the chopped chili peppers and the fish heads with the recipes in the Hunan cuisine can be obtained, and therefore the recipe category corresponding to the pollutant category is determined to be Hunan cuisine. Therefore, the data platform can recommend Hunan cuisine and related menu information of Hunan cuisine when the data platform shares the data with the dish-washing machine.
FIG. 3 is a flow chart illustrating a method for determining user data of a dishwasher according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, the step S12 of determining the user data of the dishwasher based on the tableware image may include:
step S31, identifying the texture information of the tableware image;
and step S32, determining the style of the tableware according to the texture information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the user data may be tableware preference data of the user. The data platform acquires the tableware images in the dish washer acquired by the image acquisition equipment of each dish washer, and can identify the texture information of the tableware in the tableware images. The tableware styles can comprise Chinese style, American style and European style, wherein the European style can be further divided into English style and French style. The textures of different tableware styles have unique patterns or lines, for example, English style is simple in modeling, and French style is grandeur. The data platform can identify the tableware style corresponding to the tableware image through deep learning of the neural network model. In embodiments of the present invention, the user's cutlery preference data determined by the data platform may have a variety of styles. The data platform can recognize the texture information of the tableware image for many times, store the tableware style determined each time, and determine the tableware style with the most proportion as the tableware segmentation preferred by the user. By identifying the type of the pollutant of the tableware image, the tableware preference data of the user can be accurately acquired. In this way, the data platform can be facilitated to recommend relevant style information when sharing with the dishwasher data.
FIG. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a method for a dishwasher according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the method may further include:
step S41, washing data of each dishwasher is obtained;
and step S42, determining the daily meal times according to the washing data.
In embodiments of the present invention, the data platform may also acquire washing data for each dishwasher. The washing data may include, but is not limited to, washing time, washing times, washing pattern, etc. of the dishwasher. The number of daily meals by the user can be determined from the wash data. The number of times the dishwasher is used in different households is different, for example, a general office worker has one to two meals, and a general family with an elderly person may have three meals. From the wash data of each dishwasher, the daily meal times of each household can be deduced, in order to subsequently deduce the number of persons in that household.
FIG. 5 is a flow chart illustrating a method for determining user data of a dishwasher according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the step S12 of determining the user data of the dishwasher according to the meal image may include:
step S51, identifying the quantity of the tableware in the tableware image;
and step S52, determining the number of the diners according to the number of the diners and the daily diner frequency.
In embodiments of the present invention, the data platform may identify the number of utensils for the utensil image based on the number of meals per meal. The number of dinning people of a family corresponding to each dishwasher can be further determined according to the number of the dinnerware and the daily number of dinning, so that the data platform can share data according to the number of the dinning people and the daily number of dinning while sharing the data.

In an embodiment of the invention, the processor 610 may be further configured to:
determining a dietary preference corresponding to the contaminant category based on the contaminant category includes:
storing a menu of a plurality of cuisine categories to a diet preference database;
and matching the pollutant category with the recipes of the plurality of recipe categories to determine the recipe category corresponding to the pollutant category.
In an embodiment of the invention, the processor 610 may be further configured to:
determining user data for the dishwasher from the dish image comprises:
identifying texture information of the tableware image;
and determining the tableware style of the tableware according to the texture information.
In an embodiment of the invention, the processor 610 may be further configured to:
acquiring washing data of each dishwasher;
the daily meal times are determined from the wash data.
In an embodiment of the invention, the processor 610 may be further configured to:
determining user data of the dishwasher from the meal image includes:
identifying the number of the tableware image;
and determining the number of the diners according to the number of the diners and the daily dinning times.
