Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a three-dimensional toilet seat covering the upper part of a seat of a western-style toilet, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for using the same.
Background
Conventionally, covers for covering toilet seats made of synthetic resin have been used to avoid a cool feeling when sitting on the toilet seats directly.
In recent years, a pair of crescent-shaped base fabric covers that are used by being stuck to the surface of a toilet seat have been the mainstream. It is mostly called a "toilet seat sheet". As a method for adhering a toilet seat sheet to a toilet seat surface, a method of laminating a self-adhesive resin on a base cloth is generally employed (for example, Japanese patent laid-open No. 2002-233476). Although the toilet seat sheet has advantages such as easy cleaning and easy installation, the flat shape makes it impossible to avoid the situation where a human body directly contacts the toilet seat at the edge of the sheet, and thus the demand cannot be sufficiently satisfied.
In order to solve this problem, the present applicant proposed a new configuration of a toilet seat sheet (japanese patent application laid-open No. 2015-131073) and named "toilet seat cushion" having a sufficient size and shape to cover the range of contact of the thighs with the toilet seat and to such an extent that the action of the washing nozzle is not hindered.

Patent document
Patent document 1: japanese laid-open patent publication No. 2002-233476
Patent document 2: japanese patent laid-open No. 2015-
The products of Japanese patent laid-open No. 2015-131073 are generally well-documented, but a new problem arises when trying to expand the sales channels to hospitals and facilities requiring nursing care. That is, when the toilet seat is soiled, the soiled portion can be clearly distinguished, and the soil can be immediately wiped off with a sterilized wet tissue or the like without cleaning. This is to maintain a clean and aesthetic toilet seat visually and hygienically. The products of Japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2015-131073 have a surface texture such as a velvet (Pile) texture and a sponge layer thereunder, and thus cannot sufficiently cope with such a problem.
Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
The present invention addresses this problem and has an object to provide a toilet seat integrally molded with a soft foamed resin as a whole. Another object of the present invention is to provide such a method for manufacturing a toilet seat.
Means for solving the problems
The present invention relates to a toilet seat having a pair of left and right symmetrical bodies, each having a three-dimensional body in such a manner that: substantially following the shape of various toilet seats and their substantially equivalent equivalents sold by toilet seat manufacturers in the past or now, the toilet seat is characterized in that the toilet seat has a size and a shape substantially covering the range where the thighs of the user are in contact with the toilet seat, and the main body portion is integrally molded with a soft foamed resin, and further, all the contours of the toilet seat are formed of curved surfaces, and there are substantially no straight portions.
Regarding the three-dimensional shape, it is preferable that, in fig. 5, when each toilet seat is measured in a planar shape, H is 380mm to 450mm, W is 170mm to 210mm, W1 is 100mm to 140mm, W2 is 110mm to 140mm, and W3 is 100mm to 130mm, where H is a longitudinal length of the toilet seat, W is a lateral length of the toilet seat, W1 is a width-wise length of the toilet seat at a point a forward of 100mm from a point 0 of the toilet seat, W2 is a width-wise length of the toilet seat at a point b forward of 200mm from a point 0 of the toilet seat, W3 is a width-wise length of the toilet seat at a point c shifted in parallel by 40mm from a center line of the toilet seat, and point 0 is a rear side where a center line of the toilet seat intersects with a center opening of the toilet seat. W1, W2, and W3 are values measured when the three-dimensional toilet seat is spread out to be flat.
Preferably, the flexible foaming resin is a polyethylene foam or an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) foam.
In addition, it is preferable that the color of the soft foam resin is a high-brightness color in the finished product. This is because it is easy to visually confirm when dirt adheres to the toilet seat during use. Specifically, the luminance of 10 levels (0 (black) to 10 (white)) used in the munsell color system is about 7 to 10. Particularly preferred is white (10) or light cream color.
Further preferably, a fixing portion for preventing slipping is attached to the rear surface of the toilet seat so that the toilet seat can be stably attached without displacement.
The method for manufacturing a toilet seat according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: preparing upper and lower molds having a complementary recess of a toilet seat; heating a plate-like soft foam resin material at 100 to 150 ℃; a step of placing the soft foam resin material between the upper and lower molds and forming the material into the shape of a toilet seat; and a step of removing burrs by taking out the toilet seat from the mold.
Preferably, the flexible foaming resin is a polyethylene foam or an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) foam.
Preferably, a plurality of air discharge holes are provided in the mold to eliminate a depression occurring at an upper end of the toilet seat.
The invention also relates to a using method of the toilet seat, which is characterized in that 2-5 toilet seat sheets are stacked in the vertical direction for use.
Effects of the invention
The toilet seat cushion is three-dimensional and is easy to place in a toilet. Further, since the soft foamed resin is integrally molded, it is easy to discriminate dirt and immediately wipe it off. In addition, the toilet seat pad of the present invention has a size and a shape that substantially cover a range in which thighs of a user are in contact with the toilet seat, so that a cool feeling when the user directly sits on the toilet seat can be avoided. Further, it is also possible to stably adjust the height by stacking a plurality of toilet seats.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the toilet seat 1 is formed as a pair in a bilaterally symmetrical manner, is used by being mounted on a toilet seat 5 at the upper end of a toilet bowl 4, and is disposed so as not to interfere with the operation of a cleaning nozzle (not shown).
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the toilet seat 1 includes a modified crescent-shaped main body 2 and a fixing portion 3 to be fitted to the toilet seat. As is clear from the respective drawings of fig. 2, the toilet seat 1 is three-dimensional, and is mounted on the toilet seat 5 so as to cover the toilet seat 5 along the three-dimensional shape of the toilet seat 5. The main body 2 has a distinct raised portion (an outer raised portion 22 and an inner raised portion 23) formed on both longitudinal side portions thereof. All the contours of the toilet seat are formed of curved surfaces, and there are no straight portions. In many conventional products, synthetic resins such as polyethylene, EVA, and sponge are punched out and hot-pressed in a planar manner, and therefore, they are easily formed in a linear or planar manner.
As shown in FIG. 6, the size of the body 2 is 380mm to 450mm in H, 170mm to 210mm in W, 100mm to 140mm in W1, 110mm to 140mm in W2, and 100mm to 130mm in W3 when measured in a planar manner. Here, H is a longitudinal length of the toilet seat 1, W is a lateral length of the toilet seat 1, W1 is a width-directional length of the toilet seat 1 at a point a 100mm forward from a 0 point of the toilet seat, W2 is a width-directional length of the toilet seat 1 at a point b 200mm forward from a 0 point of the toilet seat, W3 is a width-directional length of the toilet seat 1 at a point c shifted 40mm in parallel from a center line of the toilet seat, and 0 is a rear side where the center line of the toilet seat intersects with a center opening of the toilet seat. W1, W2, and W3 are values measured when the three-dimensional toilet seat is spread out to be flat.
The size is a sufficient size and shape to cover at least a range where thighs contact the toilet seat 5 among various toilet seats and equivalents thereof sold by toilet seat manufacturers in the past or at the time of this application. The basis thereof is described in Japanese patent laid-open Nos. 2015-131073 by the applicant in the specifications [0009] to [0014 ].
Two bands as the anti-slip fixing portions 3 shown in fig. 2 (e) and 3 (a) are provided on the back surface of the main body 2. The fixing portion 3 has an adhesive layer, a base fabric layer, an adsorbing material layer, and a release paper layer in this order from the toilet seat 1 side toward the outside.
As shown in fig. 3 (c), the center portion 31 of the fixing portion 3 is an unfixed portion that is bonded to the toilet seat main body 2 without an adhesive layer. This is to cope with the case where the shapes of toilet seats manufactured by a plurality of toilet seat manufacturers are subtly different. That is, to avoid the following: when the center portion 31 is in close contact with the toilet seat main body 2 via the adhesive layer, it is suitable for some manufacturers, but the adhesion is poor in other manufacturers, and the suction surface cannot be secured, so that a sufficient fixing force cannot be obtained.
The three-dimensional toilet seat 1 is manufactured as follows.
First, the mold 6(61, 62) shown in fig. 4 is produced. The mold used in this case is synthesized by scanning toilet seats of a plurality of toilet seat manufacturers using industrial X-ray CT and performing 3D data formation. The raw material of the mold is preferably aluminum or steel.
Next, the material 7 of the toilet seat cut into a predetermined size is heated. Then, the heated material is sandwiched between upper and lower molds 61, 62, molded, and naturally cooled (fig. 4 (b)). As the material 7 of the toilet seat, polyethylene foam, EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) foam, butadiene copolymer latex (MBR, NBR, SBR), PVC (polyvinyl chloride) can be used. Among them, polyethylene foam and EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) foam are preferable.
At this time, the raised portions 22 and 23 of the side portions of the toilet seat cannot be formed with a uniform thickness (fig. 5 (a)) and many depressions 24 are formed (fig. 5 (b)) simply by sandwiching the material 7 of the toilet seat between the upper and lower molds 61 and 62. This is considered to be because the air sandwiched between the upper and lower molds 61, 62 loses the release space and pushes the material 7 of the toilet seat inward. Although it does not cause trouble in function due to the presence of the recess 24, it deteriorates the appearance.
In order to eliminate the recess 24 and to make the thickness as uniform as possible as shown in fig. 5 (a), it is preferable to provide an air vent 63 in the mold (fig. 4 (b)).
As polyethylene foam, particularly preferred are: the apparent density is 30 to 120kg/m3More preferably 40 to 100kg/m3Most preferably 50 to 80kg/m3And the 25% compressive stress is 45 to 240kPa, more preferably 70 to 200kPa, most preferably 120 to 140 kPa. Specifically, for example, "sunfelca" (registered trademark) "L-1500" of samshu chemical company, republic of japan may be used.
As EVA foam, particular preference is given to: the apparent density is 0.170-0.065 kg/m3More preferably 0.080 to 0.055kg/m3Most preferably 0.090~0.050kg/m3And 25% compression hardness of 20.0 to 10.0N/cm2More preferably 15.0 to 7.0N/cm2Most preferably 12.0 to 4.0N/cm2. Specifically, for example, "Transform" (registered trademark) "TC-1000" of the first chemical of japan, ltd.
The raw material 7 may be colored in various ways, but is preferably about 7 to 10 in terms of 10 levels (0 (black) to 10 (white)) of brightness used in the munsell color system, and particularly preferably white (10) or light cream color. This is because it is easy to determine the dirt on the toilet seat.
The thickness of the raw material 7 is preferably about 10 to 13mm before processing and about 8mm after processing. The thickness after processing can be further increased according to the use.
The heating may be performed at 100 to 150 ℃, preferably at 120 to 130 ℃.
Thus, a three-dimensional toilet seat 1 is obtained as shown in fig. 4 (c). After that, the burr 21 is removed, and the fixing portion 3 on the back surface is attached.
The toilet seat 1 manufactured as above is three-dimensional so as to be easily seated on a toilet seat sold by each toilet manufacturer. In addition, the toilet seat 1 has a size and a shape that substantially cover a range in which the thighs of the user are in contact with the toilet seat, so that a cool feeling when the user directly sits on the toilet seat can be avoided.
Further, since the toilet seat 1 is integrally molded with the soft foam resin, even when the toilet seat 1 is soiled during defecation, the soil can be easily identified and immediately and completely wiped off with a wet disinfectant. The toilet seat pad of the invention is suitable for being used in hospitals and facilities needing nursing.
As described above, the thickness of the product as the toilet seat of the present embodiment is about 8 mm. However, it is also possible to stack about 2 to 5 sheets, preferably 3 to 4 sheets, depending on the application. In fig. 7, 3 sheets are stacked. The three-dimensional toilet seat pad of the invention can be easily adjusted in the height direction because even if a plurality of toilet seat pads are stacked, the toilet seat pads are closely attached to each other and stably maintain the shape. As an example of the use where a high toilet seat is preferable, a person using a wheelchair sits on the toilet seat. When moving from the wheelchair to the toilet seat, the difference in height between the two may be too large to allow smooth movement. At this time, if the height can be made uniform by the stacked toilet seat, the movement becomes easy.
