When the food needs to be insulated, the product is moved until the hemispherical cover body completely covers the food needing to be insulated, the heating button is pressed, the controller controls the heater 51 to work, the air flowing through the air guide pipe 124 is heated to the first temperature by the heater 51, and the air flowing into the flexible cover 2 is changed into hot air. The hot air is sprayed outwards through the inner discharge openings 23 uniformly arranged in the flexible cover 2, so that the inside of the hemispherical cover body is uniformly heated, the food in the hemispherical cover body is kept at a relatively constant temperature, the freshness and the delicacy of the food are ensured, the cold rice and the cold dish can be eaten at any time, and convenience is added for life. Similarly, when the frozen food needs to be defrosted, the product is moved to the hemispherical cover body to completely cover the food needing to be defrosted, the hot air in the hemispherical cover body enables the frozen food to be heated uniformly, the food is defrosted gradually from outside to inside, long waiting is not needed, and the frozen food is defrosted quickly, and is convenient and fast. The "heat" button is pressed again and the heater 51 stops heating.
When the tableware and other articles need to be disinfected, the product is moved to the hemispherical cover body to completely cover the articles to be disinfected, the disinfection button is pressed down, and the controller controls the heater 51 to work so that the air flowing through the air guide pipe 124 is heated to a second temperature which is higher than the first temperature. The high-temperature air enters the hemispherical cover body through the inner discharge opening 23 and heats the inside of the hemispherical cover body, and the high-temperature air kills bacteria microorganisms and the like attached to the articles to be disinfected, so that the aim of disinfection is fulfilled, the articles are more sanitary and safe to use, and the operation is simple and convenient. The "sterilization" button is pressed again and the heater 51 stops heating.
After the use, when the product needs to be stored, the 'storage' button is pressed, the controller controls the motor 32 to reversely rotate, the fan 31 reversely rotates to reversely circulate air, the air in the flexible cover 2 is pumped out, and if the heater 51 is in a working state at this time, the controller synchronously controls the heater 51 to stop heating. The fan 31 continuously rotates, so that the flexible cover 2 is gradually atrophic into a sheet shape, meanwhile, the reverse rotation of the fan 31 enables the outer ring gear 311 to drive the unidirectional transmission gear 44 to reversely rotate, a ratchet pawl mechanism is arranged between the unidirectional transmission gear 44 and the input gear 43, the unidirectional transmission gear 44 can only reversely rotate to drive the input gear 43 to rotate, and when the fan 31 positively rotates to charge air into the flexible cover 2, the input gear 43 does not rotate. The rotation of the input gear 43 is transmitted through a gear set in the gearbox 41 to enable the output gear 42 to rotate, and the rotation of the output gear 42 drives the synchronous belt to rotate so as to enable the screw rod 71 to rotate.
When the flexible cover 2 is not further shrunken, the adjusting lever 62 is pressed down to move to the inner limit position, the adjusting lever 61 moves inwards to enable the driving inclined surface 622 to drive the driven inclined surface 612 to move, and then the lower pressing plate 61 moves downwards to the limit position, and meanwhile the first spring 63 is compressed. The lower pressing plate 61 moves downwards to drive the upper prop 82 to move downwards, so that the sliding head 821 is propped against the screw rod 71, the second spring 83 is compressed, meanwhile, the rotating screw rod 71 enables the sliding head 821 to slide into the spiral groove, and the sliding head 821 moves towards and away from the communication port 101 under the guiding action of the screw rod 71. The sliding head 821 moves to slide the upper jack 82 along the lower through groove 1211, and at the same time, the upper jack 82 drives the sliding plate 81 to move in a direction away from the communication port 101. With the continuous movement of the upper prop 82, when the sliding plate 81 moves to the limit position far away from the communication port 101, the upper prop 82 moves to the upper end under the elastic force of the second spring 83 when the upper prop 82 no longer abuts against the lower end of the lower pressure plate 61, so that the sliding head 821 is separated from the screw 71, and the screw 71 rotates to no longer move the sliding plate 81. Immediately, the adjusting rod 62 is released, the lower pressing plate 61 moves upwards to the limit position under the action of the elastic force of the first spring 63, the lower pressing plate 61 moves upwards to enable the driven inclined surface 612 to drive the driving inclined surface 622 to move, and then the adjusting rod 62 moves to the original position, and at the moment, the upper jacking column 82 can slide to the position right below the lower pressing plate 61 again.
