随着经济飞速发展、人民生活水平的提高及生活方式的改变,超重/肥胖已经成为世界范围内严重威胁人类健康的流行疾病,且发病率呈不断增长趋势。《中国居民营养与慢性病状况报告(2015)》显示,2012年全国18岁及以上成人超重率(25kg/m2≤BMI(身体质量指数)<30kg/m2)为30.1%,肥胖率(BMI≥30kg/m2)为11.9%,比2002年分别上升了7.3和4.8个百分点。大量流行病学研究结果证实,超重和肥胖是心血管病、糖尿病、慢性肾病、多种癌症和一系列骨骼肌肉病的风险因素,使患者生活质量下降,严重者甚至会影响预期寿命。肥胖已然成为国之重患,不容小视。
胃食管反流病(gastroesphageal reflux disease,GERD)是由胃内容物反流引起不适症状和(或)并发症的一种疾病,烧心和反流(反食、泛酸)是本病的特征性症状,主要发病机制是食管下括约肌的一过性松弛,从而导致胃内容物反流入食管。GERD是日常消化道诊疗患者中最常见的症状,每3-4个人中就有1人如此,虽然内镜检查没有食管病变,但有自觉症状,并且对生活质量产生影响。
多项研究发现,肥胖人群的GERD发病率较正常体重人群高,研究认为,肥胖人群可能由于周围脂肪组织压缩胃部,以及腹内压力增加,影响胃排空,降低食管下括约肌压力,增加一过性食管下括约肌松弛频率,从而导致食管酸反流增加。肥胖人群发生食管裂孔疝的风险增加,后者能直接导致抗反流屏障障碍,导致GERD发生。
虽然目前治疗肥胖的方法有很多,但还无相关伴随胃食管反流症状的肥胖症患者的减肥新方法的报道,因此,亟需一种新的减肥方法来帮助伴随胃食管反流症状的肥胖症患者成功减重。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种减肥组合物及其制备方法,以解决现有技术中的不足。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种减肥组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:交联羧甲基纤维素0.5-50份、魔芋粉0.2-2份、柠檬酸0.1-5份、酸樱桃粉0.1-1份、维生素B1 0.00005-0.0025份、维生素B20.00005-0.0025份、维生素B6 0.00005-0.0025份和维生素B12 0.0000002-0.0000015份。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明减肥组合物具有pH依赖性,高pH比低pH具有更大的介质摄取率。当与食物一起食用,胃pH升高,本发明减肥组合物首先在胃中溶胀,交联羧甲基纤维素和魔芋粉的双重作用使组合物漂浮在胃液上方,当出现反流症状时,所形成的漂浮物筏优先被推动回流到食管中,黏附在食管表面,作为一种胃食管物理屏障保护粘膜,保证胃食管不被胃酸、酶及食物侵蚀,从而舒缓胃灼热、烧心和反流的症状,而当食物排空时,pH下降,本发明减肥组合物收缩,其从胃转移至小肠,在小肠内再次溶胀,占用小肠内的体积和/或向小肠壁施加压力从而增加饱腹感,减少食物摄入量。
具体的,交联羧甲基纤维素作为一种溶胀性材料,表现出明显的pH依赖性,在较高pH时比在较低pH时观察到更大的溶胀。具体表现在,在胃液中不会显著地溶胀,但当存在食物和/或水时,胃内容物pH升高,交联羧甲基纤维素在胃中溶胀,随后当胃排空,pH下降,交联羧甲基纤维素塌陷并进入小肠,在小肠的较高pH环境下,交联羧甲基纤维素再次溶胀,占据小肠体积和/或对小肠壁施加压力,最终在结肠中被降解。
魔芋粉中90%左右为葡甘露聚糖,该物质具有强大的膨胀力和吸水性,同时有较强的粘韧度,溶于水形成粘稠的溶胶。研究显示,高粘度膳食饱腹感和充实感强于低粘度膳食,同时,较高粘度膳食胃排空速度较慢,饱腹感增强。葡甘露聚糖食用后不在胃中消化,能有效地吸附胆固醇和胆汁酸,并抑制肠道对胆固醇和胆汁酸的吸收,具有降脂、降血压、开胃、通便、防癌等功能。同时可填充胃肠,消除饥饿感,尤其所含热量微乎其微,故可控制体重,具有减肥和降脂的功效。本发明减肥组合物中使用魔芋粉,除了饱腹和降低胃排空作用外,还能起到增稠作用,使组合物分散均匀,稳定性高,同时加固漂浮筏,使其能够快速均匀漂浮在胃液上方,然而用果胶和黄原胶代替魔芋粉未显示出相似效果。
酸樱桃粉能预防缓解贫血,尤其能防止缺铁性贫血的出现,而缺铁性贫血是过度减肥人群或一些素食者的常见并发症,因此加入樱桃粉对减肥人群显得尤为重要。另外,酸樱桃粉能够阻止热量在人体堆积,净化血液,清理血液中的胆固醇和甘油三酯,加快身体内脂肪的燃烧,进一步起到减肥作用,同时其还能抗癌抗氧化,调理肠胃,美颜驻容,滋润嫩白皮肤,有效抵抗黑色素形成,促进角质层形成等功效,使人体持久保持年轻健康状态。
柠檬酸作为pH调节剂,一方面保证本发明减肥组合物的水溶液粘稠度适中,便于口服,另一方面能够增强本发明减肥组合物的稳定性。
B族维生素尤其是维生素B1、B2、B6和B12在减肥期间必不可少,因为它与热量代谢直接相关,不仅是瘦身的必须营养品,更可以维持神经系统的健康,稳定情绪,对减肥大有裨益。其中,维生素B1又称硫胺素,其重要功能是调节体内糖代谢,加速肝糖消化,促进胃肠蠕动,尤其是女性补充维生素B1可促进新陈代谢,促进消化,美化肌肤。同时,维生素B1又被称为精神性维生素,其对精神组织和精神状态有良好影响,可改善神经状况,消除疲劳,有助于神经系统的正常活动。维生素B2又称核黄素,是体内许多重要辅酶类的组成成分,这些酶能在体内物质代谢过程中传递氢,它还是蛋白质、糖、脂肪酸代谢和能量利用与组成所必须的物质,帮助脂肪燃烧。维生素B6在代谢中起重要作用,参与蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸的代谢,让肌肉牢固,使线条更优美。维生素B12具有抗脂肪肝,促进维生素A在肝中的贮存,促进细胞发育成熟和机体代谢,提高脂肪、糖类、蛋白质代谢利用率。总之,维生素B1、B2、B6和B12的加入能够加速葡萄糖被利用转换热量,加速肝糖消化,帮助脂肪燃烧,调节新陈代谢,维持皮肤和肌肉的健康,增进免疫系统和神经系统的功能,促进细胞生长和分裂,使细胞能够正常工作代谢脂肪,是减重期间必不可少的补充剂。
进一步,本发明减肥组合物还包含以下一种或多种化合物,如pH调节剂、矫味剂、粘合剂、抗氧化剂及着色剂等用于改善组合物或胶体的味道、稠度、颜色和储存期间稳定性的相关方面。本发明减肥组合物通过物理吸附膨胀从而抑制食物摄取并抑制反流症状的出现,副作用小,安全性高。
进一步,上述交联羧甲基纤维素的制备方法为:将纤维素和酸溶于水中得到混合溶液,然后加热干燥,粉碎,过筛网,于80-180℃反应1-8h,用水反复清洗,干燥,即得所述交联羧甲基纤维素。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果在于,其制备工艺简单,重现性好,易于产业化生产,且环境友好。
进一步,上述纤维素为C1-C6-烃基纤维素、烃基-C1-C6-烃基纤维素、羟基-C1-C6-烃基-C1-C6-烃基纤维素、取代的淀粉、取代的葡聚糖、糖胺聚糖、取代的多糖醛酸、藻酸盐、壳聚糖、聚烯丙醇和聚乙烯醇中的至少一种。
更进一步,上述C1-C6-烃基纤维素为甲基纤维素或乙基纤维素;上述烃基-C1-C6-烃基纤维素为乙基羟乙基纤维素;上述羟基-C1-C6-烃基-C1-C6-烃基纤维素为羟乙基纤维素、羟基-正丙基纤维素、羟基-正丁基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素和羧甲基纤维素中的至少一种;上述取代的淀粉为甲基淀粉;上述取代的葡聚糖为硫酸葡聚糖、磷酸葡聚糖和二乙氨基葡聚糖中的至少一种;上述糖胺聚糖为肝素、透明质酸、软骨素、硫酸软骨素和硫酸类肝素中的至少一种;上述取代的多糖醛酸为聚葡糖醛酸、聚甘露糖醛酸、聚半乳糖醛酸和聚阿糖酸中的至少一种。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果在于,本发明所选纤维素材料具有超吸收性且可生物降解。
进一步,上述酸为柠檬酸、丙二酸、戊二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、苹果酸、马来酸、琥珀酸、苯二甲酸、邻苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸、异柠檬酸、丙烷-1,2,3-三羧酸和丁烷四羧酸等有机或无机二羧酸、三羧酸或四羧酸中的至少一种。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果在于,柠檬酸类天然无毒,易于获得,尤其用于商业化生产可大大降低成本,提高收益,另一方面,用柠檬酸类可进一步稳定纤维素,提高其粘弹性和吸收性。
进一步,上述纤维素的质量百分数为0.5%-6%,酸的质量百分数为0.1%-3%。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果在于,在上述质量浓度范围内,能够用最少的时间在最适宜的温度合成吸收性能最优异的纤维素类材料。
进一步,上述加热干燥的温度为25-80℃,时间为1-48h。
进一步,上述筛网的目数为8~60目。
上述减肥组合物的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述减肥组合物的重量份数称取各原料;
(2)将维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6和维生素B12按等量递加法混合均匀,得到维生素混合粉;
(3)将维生素混合粉、交联羧甲基纤维素、魔芋粉、柠檬酸和酸樱桃粉混合均匀,装袋,即得所述减肥组合物。
进一步,上述步骤(2)中,所述等量递加法具体为:先将维生素B2和维生素B12按等量递加法混合,然后将混合后的物料和维生素B1、维生素B6总混。
进一步,上述步骤(2)和(3)中,所述混合的转速均为10-30rpm,混合时间均为10-30min。
采用上述进一步技术方案的有益效果在于,能够将较少量的维生素(尤其是维生素B12)以最优工艺混合均匀且不易分层。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明减肥组合物的外观为白色至类白色颗粒状粉末,粒度分布在100-1000μm之间,堆密度≥0.6g/mL,溶胀比≥100倍,粘度为100-1000mpa.s,弹性模量≥350Pa,pH为3-6,优选为4-5。
2、本发明减肥组合物具有pH依赖性,在肠道偏碱环境下通过物理溶胀达到抑制食欲、控制能量摄入的目的,从而有效减轻体重或治疗肥胖,同时,本发明减肥组合物在结肠降解,与药疗和手术治疗相比,安全性高,副作用小。
3、本发明减肥组合物适口性好,微量元素丰富,通过物理溶胀漂浮在胃液上方用于缓解和治疗肥胖症患者伴随的胃灼热、烧心和反流等症状,与化学和生物手段相比,安全性更高,副作用更小,尤其适用于乳糜泻患者。
4、本发明减肥组合物不需要通过产气即能达到成筏漂浮的目的,避免了产气导致的胃过度扩张及对患有胃溃疡的患者造成胃穿孔的风险。
5、本发明减肥组合物能够补充因减肥而导致的缺铁性贫血和维生素缺乏的症状,从而实现减肥的良性循环。
6、本发明制备工艺简单,条件温和,可生物降解,环境友好,易于产业化生产。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
减肥组合物,包括以下重量的原料:交联羧甲基纤维素1.0g、魔芋粉0.5g、柠檬酸0.3g、酸樱桃粉0.3g、维生素B1 0.2mg、维生素B2 0.2mg、维生素B6 0.2mg和维生素B120.225μg;
其中,交联羧甲基纤维素的制备方法为:将6g纤维素和0.3g酸溶于100mL水中得到混合溶液,然后加热至50℃干燥24h,粉碎,过12目筛网,于120℃反应5h,用水反复清洗,干燥,即得交联羧甲基纤维素。
上述减肥组合物的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述减肥组合物的重量称取各原料;
(2)将维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6和维生素B12按等量递加法以15rpm的转速混合15min,得到维生素混合粉;
(3)将维生素混合粉、交联羧甲基纤维素、魔芋粉、柠檬酸和酸樱桃粉以15rpm的转速混合15min,装袋,即得减肥组合物。
实施例2
减肥组合物,包括以下重量的原料:交联羧甲基纤维素0.5g、魔芋粉0.2g、柠檬酸5g、酸樱桃粉1g、维生素B1 2.5mg、维生素B2 2.5mg、维生素B6 2.5mg和维生素B12 1.5μg。
其中,交联羧甲基纤维素的制备方法为:将0.5g纤维素和0.1g酸溶于100mL水中得到混合溶液,然后加热至25℃干燥48h,粉碎,过8目筛网,于80℃反应8h,用水反复清洗,干燥,即得交联羧甲基纤维素。
上述减肥组合物的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述减肥组合物的重量称取各原料;
(2)将维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6和维生素B12按等量递加法以10rpm的转速混合30min,得到维生素混合粉;
(3)将维生素混合粉、交联羧甲基纤维素、魔芋粉、柠檬酸和酸樱桃粉以10rpm的转速混合30min,装袋,即得减肥组合物。
实施例3
减肥组合物,包括以下重量的原料:交联羧甲基纤维素50g、魔芋粉2g、柠檬酸0.1g、酸樱桃粉0.1g、维生素B1 0.05mg、维生素B2 0.05mg、维生素B6 0.05mg和维生素B120.2μg。
其中,交联羧甲基纤维素的制备方法为:将6g纤维素和3g酸溶于100mL水中得到混合溶液,然后加热至80℃干燥1h,粉碎,过60目筛网,于180℃反应1h,用水反复清洗,干燥,即得交联羧甲基纤维素。
上述减肥组合物的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述减肥组合物的重量称取各原料;
(2)将维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6和维生素B12按等量递加法以30rpm的转速混合10min,得到维生素混合粉;
(3)将维生素混合粉、交联羧甲基纤维素、魔芋粉、柠檬酸和酸樱桃粉以30rpm的转速混合10min,装袋,即得减肥组合物。
性能测试
1、产品特性
取实施例1制得的减肥组合物,平均分为六份,分别测定其外观、溶胀比、粒度分布、堆密度、粘度和弹性模量。测试结果如表1所示。
其中,溶胀比(SR)是产品吸收水的能力的量度。SR通过在平衡时的溶胀测量(例如使用灵敏度为10-5的Mettler Toledo天平)而获得并通过下式进行计算:SR=(Ws-Wd)/Wd;其中,Ws是减肥组合物在蒸馏水中浸泡4h后的重量,Wd是浸泡前减肥组合物的重量。
粘度是利用剪切应力或拉伸应力(在材料表面的平行方向或切面方向所施加的应力)发生变形的流体的阻力的量度。
弹性模量是当向物体或物质施加力时该物体或物质发生弹性变形(即非永久性)的倾向的数学描述。除非另有说明,否则本说明书中使用的术语“弹性模量”是指减肥组合物分散在蒸馏水中所进行的测量。该减肥组合物胶体在蒸馏水中至少约350Pa、500Pa或更大的弹性模量。

由表1可知,本发明实施例1减肥组合物的外观、溶胀比、粒度分布、堆密度、粘度和弹性模量均符合相应产品规格。
2、体外摸索
(1)起漂时间及持续漂浮时间
取6袋实施例1制得的减肥组合物,平均分为三份,每份2袋,分别分散在200mL水中得到分散物,然后将分散物分别置于胃液(SGF)、SGF/水(1:8)以及肠液(SIF)中,测试实施例1减肥组合物分散物的起漂时间及持续漂浮时间。测试结果如表2所示。

由表2可知,实施例1减肥组合物分散物在胃液中迅速沉降至底部,可能和其溶胀小有关;而在SGF/水(1:8)和SIF中具有较大的溶胀比,因此能迅速漂浮在溶液上方,且持续3h未见显著下降。
(2)溶胀比
取6袋实施例1制得的减肥组合物,平均分为三份,每份2袋,分别浸入37℃模拟100%胃液(SGF)、SGF/水(1:8)或肠液(SIF)中,并允许溶胀直到达到平衡条件。依照中国药典制备SGF和SIF,同时记录不同时间点减肥组合物的溶胀比。结果如表3-5所示。

(3)模拟塌缩动力学
取2袋实施例1制得的减肥组合物,首先将其分散在SGF/水(1:8)中,然后依次加入不同体积的SGF,最后将塌缩的胶体拿出放入SIF中,整个过程随时记录溶液pH和样品溶胀比。结果如表6所示。由表6的体外溶出现象预测实施例1减肥组合物通过胃肠道时的行为示意图如图1所示。

由表3-6和图1可知,实施例1减肥组合物呈现出pH依赖性。在SGF/水(1:8)中溶胀,随着胃液的加入,pH降低,胶体逐渐坍塌,但是将坍塌的胶体置于SIF溶液中,胶体再次溶胀,说明实施例1减肥组合物在胃液中不溶胀或溶胀比小,但当存在食物和/或水时,胃pH升高,胶体在胃中溶胀,随后当胃排空,pH下降,胶体坍塌,塌陷的胶体进入小肠,在小肠的较高pH环境下,胶体再次溶胀。
(4)对大鼠进食行为的影响
取2袋实施例1制得的减肥组合物,在大鼠正常喂食30min之前,将其分散在200mL纯化水中,然后通过灌胃给于大鼠,监控并记录12h内SD大鼠食物摄取情况。正常饮食为空白对照组,魔芋粉为平行对比组(共18只雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分为三个重量匹配组,服用后每1h监控食物和水摄取,连续12h)。除非另外指明,否则结果表示为平均值±SEM。数据的统计评价通过使用单向或双向方差分析(ANOVA)来进行。结果如图2所示。
图2的数据显示,实施例1减肥组合物和魔芋粉在1-4h内引起食物摄取显著下降,但减肥组合物组对食物摄取抑制优于魔芋粉;而且,减肥组合物组在4-8h内仍有显著抑制作用。这些结果表明,减肥组合物组具有较慢的胃肠排空率因此能够更显著的引起动物饱腹感进而抑制食物摄取,且抑制时间持续超过4h。
3、体内摸索
为了测量实施例1减肥组合物的功效而进行人体研究。
将60名平均BMI为30且有轻度烧心和反流(反食、泛酸)现象的受试者随机分三组(每组30人),分别给予实施例1减肥组合物、魔芋粉或安慰剂。
用法用量:在午餐和晚餐前30min,受试者用纯化水送服。安慰剂组含微晶纤维素和麦芽糊精混合物。所有受试者接受被设计成使其热量摄入比每日需求低600千卡/天的膳食咨询。通过分析ITT群的协方差(ANCOVA)模型并以基线体重、性别、BMI状态及胃食管反流(烧心、反流)初始人数作为协变量来评估主要功效终点体重及胃食管反流(烧心、反流)人数自基线变化。
功效终点:
主要终点:体重、胃食管(烧心、反流)反流人数;
次要终点:体重反应者;腰围;脂肪质量以及无骨骼无脂肪质量;食欲;食物摄取(24h饮食回顾)。
研究持续时间:8周+7天治疗后随访期。

(2)体重增加人数或减轻人数及胃食管反流(烧心、反流)人数结果如表8所示。安慰剂组、魔芋粉组和减肥组合物组对伴随胃食管反流症状的患者的体重变化(%自基线的变化,平均值±SEM)如图3所示。

表8和图3的结果显示,相较于安慰剂组,魔芋粉组的受试者体重有降低趋势,胃食管反流症状(主要指烧心和反流)有些微降低,而减肥组合物组对受试者的体重减轻趋势更加显著,尤其对有胃食管反流症状患者的改善上(表8),具有显著效果。
(3)安慰剂组、魔芋粉组和减肥组合物组的受试者(受试者人数如表9所示)由肥胖状态向超重状态及超重状态向正常体重状态的转化率(受试者%)如图4所示。

表9和图4的结果显示,相较于安慰剂组,魔芋粉组和减肥组合物组的受试者的肥胖状态向超重状态转化及超重状态向正常体重状态转化的转化率高,尤以减肥组合物组的转化率最显著,效果最好。
(4)安慰剂组、魔芋粉组和减肥组合物组空腹血糖变化(%自基线的变化)图(n=30)如图5所示。
图5的结果显示,相较于安慰剂组,魔芋粉组和减肥组合物组的受试者均能改善血糖控制,且减肥组合物组对血糖控制效果更显著。

1.一种减肥组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:交联羧甲基纤维素0.5-50份、魔芋粉0.2-2份、柠檬酸0.1-5份、酸樱桃粉0.1-1份、维生素B10.00005-0.0025份、维生素B20.00005-0.0025份、维生素B60.00005-0.0025份和维生素B120.0000002-0.0000015份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减肥组合物,其特征在于,所述交联羧甲基纤维素的制备方法为:将纤维素和酸溶于水中得到混合溶液,然后加热干燥,粉碎,过筛网,于80-180℃反应1-8h,用水反复清洗,干燥,即得所述交联羧甲基纤维素。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种减肥组合物,其特征在于,所述纤维素为C1-C6-烃基纤维素、烃基-C1-C6-烃基纤维素、羟基-C1-C6-烃基-C1-C6-烃基纤维素、取代的淀粉、取代的葡聚糖、糖胺聚糖、取代的多糖醛酸、藻酸盐、壳聚糖、聚烯丙醇和聚乙烯醇中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种减肥组合物,其特征在于,所述C1-C6-烃基纤维素为甲基纤维素或乙基纤维素;
所述烃基-C1-C6-烃基纤维素为乙基羟乙基纤维素;
所述羟基-C1-C6-烃基-C1-C6-烃基纤维素为羟乙基纤维素、羟基-正丙基纤维素、羟基-正丁基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素和羧甲基纤维素中的至少一种;
所述取代的淀粉为甲基淀粉;
所述取代的葡聚糖为硫酸葡聚糖、磷酸葡聚糖和二乙氨基葡聚糖中的至少一种;
所述糖胺聚糖为肝素、透明质酸、软骨素、硫酸软骨素和硫酸类肝素中的至少一种;
所述取代的多糖醛酸为聚葡糖醛酸、聚甘露糖醛酸、聚半乳糖醛酸和聚阿糖酸中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种减肥组合物,其特征在于,所述酸为柠檬酸、丙二酸、戊二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、苹果酸、马来酸、琥珀酸、苯二甲酸、邻苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸、异柠檬酸、丙烷-1,2,3-三羧酸和丁烷四羧酸中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种减肥组合物,其特征在于,所述混合溶液中,纤维素的质量百分数为0.5%-6%,酸的质量百分数为0.1%-3%。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种减肥组合物,其特征在于,所述加热干燥的温度为25-80℃,时间为1-48h。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种减肥组合物,其特征在于,所述筛网的目数为8-60目。
9.一种减肥组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)按权利要求1所述减肥组合物的重量份数称取各原料;
(2)将维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6和维生素B12混合均匀,得到维生素混合粉;
(3)将维生素混合粉、交联羧甲基纤维素、魔芋粉、柠檬酸和酸樱桃粉混合均匀,装袋,即得所述减肥组合物。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种减肥组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)和(3)中,所述混合的转速均为10-30rpm,混合时间均为10-30min。
