Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
The invention provides a plant alkaloid algicide, which mainly comprises mimosine.
In particular, alkaloids, which are one of the allelochemicals produced by plants, are a class of natural organic compounds containing nitrogen, and have a wide variety of structures and biological activities. By analyzing the growth and reproduction mechanism of algae in a water body environment and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various algae inhibiting technologies, the function of the alkaloid compounds in the aspect of algae inhibiting has the characteristics of rapidness, easy control, small ecological hazard and the like compared with physical and chemical methods.
The mimosine selected in the embodiment of the invention can be a commercial product, and can also be extracted from mimosa and/or albizia julibrissin.
Mimosine is a nonprotein amino acid, is rich in tropical leguminous plants, such as albizia julibrissin and other leguminous plants belonging to mimosa, has wide sources, has a structure highly similar to that of thymine, and has a good algae-lysing effect. The invention provides a plant alkaloid algaecide in a second aspect, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6-10 parts of mimosine and 0.5-3 parts of EDTA-2Na (disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate). Preferably, the weight ratio of mimosine to EDTA-2Na is 9: 1. EDTA-2Na is an important chelating agent, can chelate metal ions in the solution, can effectively prevent mimosine from losing activity due to the metal ions in water, can effectively reduce the content of magnesium ions in the water, can block the synthesis of algae chlorophyll a, and plays a role in assisting in algae removal.
The third aspect of the invention provides a plant alkaloid algicide, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-8 parts of mimosine and 2-5 parts of cinnamic acid. Preferably, the weight ratio of mimosine to cinnamic acid is 6: 4. The cinnamic acid is an organic acid separated from cinnamon bark or benzoin, has good algae killing capacity, and can stably coexist with sensitive plants, thereby playing a role in synergistic algae dissolving.
The invention provides a method for applying the plant alkaloid as the algaecide, when in use, the plant alkaloid is added into the water body containing the blue algae according to the preset adding amount and is uniformly dispersed and dissolved in the water body. Wherein: the cyanobacteria is preferably anabaena or microcystis, and the microcystis aeruginosa is the dominant alga species of cyanobacterial bloom, can form a water bloom at the water temperature of about 30 ℃, and has good ecological significance for inhibiting the microcystis aeruginosa, so the microcystis aeruginosa in the embodiment is preferably the microcystis aeruginosa. Preferably, the dosage of the plant alkaloid is 40-80mg/L, namely the concentration of the dispersed plant alkaloid in each liter of water containing blue algae is 40-80 mg/L.
The plant alkaloid algicide provided by the invention selects plant alkaloid taking mimosine as a main component as the algicide, is environment-friendly, has high algae removal rate and low cost, and has economic value of large-scale popularization and utilization.
