the sliding groove adjusting seat is fixed on the fixed frame and comprises an accommodating space for accommodating the scale adjusting seat, one side surface of the sliding groove adjusting seat is fixed on the fixed frame, a horizontally arranged slotted hole is formed in one side surface, away from the fixed frame, of the sliding groove adjusting seat, and the slotted hole is matched with the side damping seat; a mounting seat is fixed on the lower section of one side surface of the sliding groove adjusting seat, which is far away from the fixed frame;
