对生产线(例如在填充机或相关系统中进行密封包装的制造)中机器部件的状态监测对于确保一段时间内所需的功能来说至关重要。包装容器经历在生产线中执行的一系列操作。例如,执行不同的密封操作,其中包装材料的相对侧被按压在一起并紧密密封,以便形成最终的包装容器。对于这种密封(例如感应密封或超声波密封)使用不同的密封方法。为了优化过程并获得高质量的包装容器,需要在这种密封操作中仔细监测生产参数。现有技术的问题是缺乏对在生产线的更复杂的包装机系统中实施的密封操作的可靠且资源高效的监测。例如,已经提出了基于线性马达技术的输送机系统来操纵生产线中的包装容器。这些输送机系统通常包括闭环轨道和多个可移动物体或推车,该可移动物体或推车通过分别控制沿轨道的多个螺线管而沿轨道独立地移动。可独立移动的推车被控制为在各种操作(例如密封操作)中接合包装容器。在这种输送机系统中实施密封系统增加了在维持对生产参数的精确监测方面的挑战。现有解决方案的问题是系统的复杂性增加,这需要更多的资源和维护。维护需求的增加以及密封系统的复杂性的增加也可能降低生产线的吞吐量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是至少部分地克服现有技术的一个或多个限制。特别地,一个目的是提供一种用于在包装机中密封包装材料的改进的密封系统,特别是允许便于对密封操作的状态监测,并且特别是在包括沿轨道的多个可独立移动推车的输送机系统中实施时。一个目的是提供一种用于这种密封系统中的状态监测的相关方法。
在本发明的第一方面中,这是通过一种用于在包装机中密封包装材料的密封系统来实现的,该密封系统包括可移动地安装在轨道上的可独立移动的密封设备;控制器,其与可独立移动的密封设备通信以控制其沿轨道的路径的位置;发电机,其与密封设备通信以通过电力通信线路提供用于所述密封的一定频率的功率信号,其中,密封设备包括壳体、布置在壳体中以记录其中的环境和/或与所述密封相关的密封参数的检测数据的检测设备,以及连接到检测设备的传输器,该传输器包括编码器以将检测数据转换为至少一个频率脉冲,由此传输器通过电力通信线路将至少一个频率脉冲作为检测信号传送到接收器;以及控制监测器,其连接到接收器以监测在沿路径的密封设备的位置处通过电力通信线路从密封设备接收的检测信号。

现在将在下文中参考附图更全面地描述本发明的实施方案,其中示出了本发明的一些但不是全部实施方案。本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实施,并且不应被解释为限于在此阐述的实施方案。

检测设备108被配置为记录壳体107中的环境的检测数据或传感器数据。替代地或附加地,检测设备108被配置为记录与包装材料的密封过程相关的密封参数的检测数据或传感器数据。密封设备101包括连接到检测设备108的传输器109。传输器包括编码器110,以将检测数据或传感器数据转换为至少一个频率脉冲(p2)。图2示出了有关这种频率脉冲(p2)的示例的图。例如,在检测数据包括数字数据的情况下,编码器110可以被配置为将数据比特编码为包含在频率脉冲(p2)中的限定的频率。在检测数据包括模拟信号的情况下,编码器110可以被配置为将模拟数据编码为这种限定频率,其中,无论检测数据的类型如何,限定频率可以与检测数据的限定信号特性相关联。传输器109被配置为通过电力通信线路106将至少一个频率脉冲(p2)作为检测信号传送到接收器111。接收器111和电力通信线路106(其还为密封设备101供电)在图1中示意性地示出。图2的示例(其示出了通过电力通信线路106传送的信号)显示功率信号(p1)和至少一个频率脉冲(p2)都通过电力通信线路106传输。密封系统100包括控制监测器112,其连接到接收器111以监测在沿路径104的密封设备101的位置处,通过电力通信线路106从密封设备101接收的检测信号。将密封设备101中的环境和/或其相关的密封参数的检测数据转换为至少一个频率脉冲(p2),该频率脉冲(p2)通过电力通信线路106传送,通过该电力通信线路106为密封设备101供电,这使得在可沿输送系统的轨道102独立移动时提供对密封设备101的便利实时的状态监测。因此,不必实施通向密封设备101的新通信路径(这是复杂的任务)以监测其状态,因为密封设备101可沿轨道102独立地移动。因此提供对密封设备101的便利实时的监测,同时使对在其中使用可独立移动的密封设备101的生产线的影响最小化。这提供了对密封过程和密封设备101本身的改进的状态监测。因此也便于维护,并且可以使生产线中的性能损失的风险最小化。
如所提及的,密封设备101可以包括超声波密封设备101。在一个示例中,密封设备101的传输器109由作为用于密封包装材料的超声波密封脉冲而提供的功率的一部分来供电。超声波密封脉冲因此对应于由发电机105提供的上述功率信号(p1)。通过使用超声波密封脉冲的一部分来为传输器109供电,可以省去任何额外的电源,这使得进一步改善并便于可独立移动的密封设备101的状态监测的实施。而且,检测设备108和编码器110可以通过作为超声波密封脉冲而提供的功率的一部分供电。图3示出了指示提供给密封设备101的传输器109的功率的示例图。图3的示例示出了在传输器109的电压达到稳定值之前,与图2中的功率信号(p1)的定时相比时的延迟t3a。应当理解,在功率信号(p1)与向传输器109的这种稳态电压供应之间的定时可以随着不同的应用而变化。为了不影响超声波密封,从超声波密封脉冲汲取的功率的一部分可以是最小的,例如0.01%。传输器109的功率消耗可以进行优化和最小化,使得这种一部分足以为其供电。
检测设备108可以包括温度传感器,和/或湿度传感器,和/或运动传感器,和/或用于记录电特性的传感器。因此,可以在密封系统100中监测密封过程的各种特性,包括密封设备101本身的状态。任何检测到或测量到的特性都可以作为反馈被输入到包装机的控制单元中以改变任何相关的生产参数。例如,在具有感应密封设备101的情况下,可以实时测量和监测在包装材料的金属中感应电流时建立的感应电路的电特性,例如电路的阻抗,以对发电机105的功率控制进行及时反馈。可以为超声波密封设备101提供类似的反馈和控制。在一些示例中,测量密封设备101的壳体107内部的温度和湿度。如上所述,传感器数据通过电力通信线路106传输,并由控制监测器112进行监测。然后,在偏差超出了限定的温度和/或湿度水平的情况下,可以采取措施。图5是示出在记录并传输来自从密封设备101的检测数据时相关事件的记录波形的示例的图。第一指示时间段(t5a)可以对应于与传输器109、检测设备108和编码器110通信并对其进行控制的密封设备101的处理器(未示出)的启动阶段。第二时间段(t5b)可以对应于检测设备或传感器108的启动时间。第三时间段(t5c)可以对应于第一测量,例如壳体107内部的温度测量,以及第四时间段(t5d)可以对应于第二测量,例如壳体107内部的湿度测量。第五时间段(t5e)可以对应于传输器109和接收器111之间的通信线路的记录和设置。图4是示出通过这种通信线路的数据传输的示例的图,其中时间段t4a可以对应于在设置通信线路期间在传输之前将检测数据记录在传输器109中的时段。再次转向图5,第六时间段(t5f)可以对应于通信线路和要传输的数据的验证过程。图4中的第二时间段(t4b)可以对应于正被传输到接收器111的检测数据。
如上所述,密封设备101可以包括超声波密封设备,在这种情况下,其包括超声焊极114,如图6a中示意性所示。超声焊极114包括压电换能器115,以生成用于密封包装材料的超声波振动。超声波密封设备101包括连接到压电换能器115的功率电路116,并且功率电路116可以被封装在壳体107中。上述检测设备或传感器108因此可以被布置在壳体107中以检测壳体107内部气体的湿气和/或温度。这使得便于对壳体107内部的湿度水平的监测,并降低部件损害的风险,因为连接到压电换能器115的功率电路116是高压电路,通常需要根据湿度水平限定操作范围。
在密封设备101包括感应密封设备101的情况下,其包括用于对包装材料进行感应密封的感应器117,如图6b中示意性所示。检测设备108可以包括传感器,其用于记录感应密封过程的电磁特性,例如,如上面阐明的感应密封电路的阻抗。
接收器111可以是密封系统100中的固定接收器111。因此,密封设备101可以是可相对于固定接收器111移动的。通过电力通信线路106接收至少一个频率脉冲(p2)允许接收器111是不可移动的,同时仍从密封设备101接收检测信号。
接收器111可以包括解码器113,其用于将至少一个频率脉冲(p2)转换为数字检测数据,以传送到控制监测器112。为此,解码器可以包括模数转换器。因此,检测信号的监测可以适合于任何应用和/或控制监测器112要监测的任何特性。
图7a是密封系统100中的方法200的流程图。如上所述,系统100包括用于密封包装材料的可独立移动的密封设备101。密封设备101可以可移动地安装在轨道102上。方法200包括通过电力通信线路106将用于所述密封的一定频率的功率信号(p1)提供201给密封设备101,记录202密封设备101的检测数据,将检测数据转换203为至少一个频率脉冲(p2),以及通过电力通信线路106将至少一个频率脉冲(p2)作为检测信号传输204。方法200包括:接收205至少一个频率脉冲(p2),以及监测206在密封设备101沿路径104的位置处通过电力通信线路106从密封设备101接收的检测信号。方法200因此提供了如上关于密封系统100和图1至6所述的有利益处。方法200提供了在可沿生产线中的轨道102独立移动时对密封设备101的便利实时的状态监测。
图7b是密封系统100中的方法200的另一流程图。至少一个频率脉冲(p2)作为检测信号通过电力通信线路106的传输可以以从提供电源信号(p1)开始的时间间隔(Δt)被延迟2011。图2示出了一个示例,其中至少一个频率脉冲(p2)以从提供功率信号(p1)开始的时间延迟(Δt)被传输。功率信号(p1)和至少一个频率脉冲(p2)的持续时间用相应的时间段t2a和t2b表示。具有前述的时间延迟(Δt)使功率信号(p1)对所传输的检测数据产生干扰的风险最小化。因此可以提供对密封设备101的更准确和可靠的监测。
方法200可以包括将检测信号与其确定的阈值进行比较2061,以监测密封设备101的状态。因此,可以限定不同的阈值,其对例如密封设备101的可接受的操作条件进行限定。可以为密封设备101的各种特性、密封过程或环境条件(例如温度、湿度)限定这种阈值。在检测信号获得的测量特性超过限定的阈值的情况下,可以通知用户。此外,密封系统100的控制器(未示出)可以被配置为将检测信号与确定的阈值进行比较,并且将基于该比较而修改的控制指令发送至例如密封设备101。
因此,方法200可以包括基于检测信号来监测2062密封设备101的壳体107中的湿度和/或温度。
如所提及的,密封设备101可以包括超声波密封设备101。方法200可以包括利用作为超声波密封脉冲提供给密封设备101的功率的一部分为传输器109供电2011'。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于在包装机中密封包装材料的密封系统(100),所述密封系统(100)包括:

控制器(103),其与所述可独立移动的密封设备(101)通信以控制其沿所述轨道(102)的路径(104)的位置,
发电机(105),其与所述密封设备(101)通信以通过电力通信线路(106)提供用于所述密封的一定频率的功率信号(p1),
其中,所述密封设备(101)包括:
壳体(107),
检测设备(108),其布置在所述壳体(107)中以记录其中的环境和/或与所述密封相关的密封参数的检测数据,以及
连接到所述检测设备(108)的传输器(109),所述传输器包括编码器(110)以将所述检测数据转换为至少一个频率脉冲(p2),由此所述传输器(109)通过所述电力通信线路(106)将所述至少一个频率脉冲作为检测信号传送到接收器(111),以及
控制监测器(112),其连接到所述接收器(111)以在沿所述路径(104)的所述密封设备(101)的位置处,监测通过所述电力通信线路(106)从所述密封设备(101)接收的所述检测信号。

在沿所述路径(104)的所述密封设备(101)的位置处,监测(206)通过所述电力通信线路(106)从所述密封设备(101)接收的所述检测信号。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述至少一个频率脉冲(p2)作为检测信号通过所述电力通信线路(106)的所述传输以从所述电源信号(p1)的所述提供开始的时间间隔(Δt)进行延迟(2011)。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,包括:
将所述检测信号与其确定的阈值进行比较(2061)以监测所述密封设备(101)的状态。
