In another embodiment, the timed sending method of the session message provided by the present application can also be applied to an application environment as shown in fig. 2. The application environment includes a server 201 and a client 202, which are connected via a network. The server 201 acquires a session message to be sent from the client 202, acquires a semantic message set according to the session message to be sent, determines recommended sending time according to the semantic message set, and sends the session message to be sent according to the recommended sending time. Also, the client may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for sending session messages at fixed time, computer equipment and a storage medium. The following description will be made in detail (taking the application of the method to the server side in fig. 2 as an example).
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, there is provided a method for sending a session message at a fixed time, including the following steps:
s301, obtaining a session message to be sent.
The to-be-conversed message refers to a conversation message that a message sender needs to send to a message receiver, for example: the fruit price messages sent out by the micro businessmen in the chat group every day can refer to various messages which can be propagated through the network platform. Specifically, chat information to be sent/sent (which may be a single chat window or a group chat window), comment information, and the like edited in an application program such as WeChat may be used as a session message to be sent, or information copied from a web page, a document, and the like may be used as the session message to be sent. Meanwhile, the number of the session messages to be sent may be more than one (if there are a plurality of session messages to be sent, recommended sending time may be determined for each session message to be sent respectively).
S302, acquiring a semantic message set corresponding to the session message to be sent; the semantic message set comprises session messages matched with the semantics of the session messages to be sent; and each session message in the semantic message set is a sent session message.
The meaning of a word may refer to the meaning of the word, and may also refer to the emotion and subjective thoughts expressed by a sentence or paragraph. Further, the conversation message in the semantic message set may be a conversation message with emotion, which has the same or similar characteristic word (which may be a keyword, a near-meaning word of the keyword, an anti-sense word, a related word, etc.) as the conversation message to be sent. The related word refers to a word having a relationship, for example: the iPhone-IOS mutual related words.
The semantic message set is determined according to the semantic meaning of the conversation message to be sent, wherein the semantic meaning of the conversation message to be sent is contained in the conversation message set, and the conversation message set comprises the conversation message matched with the semantic meaning of the conversation message to be sent. The number of session messages in the semantic message set can be one, two or even more; when there is only one session message, the session message may be the session message itself to be sent, or may be another session message. Further, the session message matching the semantic meaning of the session message to be sent may be obtained from a session window from which the session message to be sent originates, for example: if the session message to be sent is a chat message, the session message in the semantic message set may be a session message already sent in the same chat window of the same application program, or may be a session message already sent in different chat windows of the same application program (which may be a complete piece of chat information, or may be a part of content in a piece of chat information); the conversation message to be sent is a message copied in a certain webpage, and the conversation message in the semantic message set may be other messages in the same webpage (the webpage may be understood as the conversation window), or may be similar messages in similar webpages. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the conversation window may refer to a chat window of a chat application such as WeChat, or may be a conversation window of a conversation with a computer device, and may be an interface of various applications and websites, for example: a web page, document editor interface, camera interface, etc.
S303, determining the recommended sending time according to the session time information of each session message in the semantic message set.
The session time information refers to time information related to the session message, and may be sending time and reading time of the session message, taking the case that the message sender P1 sends the session message to the message receiver P2 as an example, the time when the message sender P1 sends the session message may be understood as the sending time, and the time when the message receiver P2 opens the corresponding session window to read the session message may be understood as the reading time.
The step determines the recommended sending time according to the conversation time information of each conversation message in the semantic message set. The recommended sending time may refer to a specific sending time; or may be a certain transmission date, and the message may be transmitted at any time on the transmission date. Each session message in the semantic message set refers to a sent message, and therefore the sending time corresponding to the session time information can be understood as historical sending time.
S304, the session message to be sent is sent according to the recommended sending time in a timing mode.
In this step, when the recommended sending time is reached, the server controls sending of the session message to be sent, so as to realize timed sending of the session message. The recommended transmission time may be one, two or even more.
Further, the session message to be sent may be sent to a specific session window (which may be the session window where the session message to be sent is located, or other session windows), or may be sent to multiple session windows.
In one embodiment, after determining the recommended sending time, the user may be prompted on an interface of a client (which may be an Android system, an IOS system, or the like) used by the user (i.e., the message sender), and if the user determines to select the recommended sending time, the session message to be sent may be sent when the recommended sending time arrives. Wherein, the client can be installed with an application program, and the user communicates with the server through the application program. Both the terminal device of the entity and the terminal device installed with the application program can be understood as the client, and of course, the application program installed on the client can also be understood as the client.
The timed sending method of the session message provided by the embodiment can automatically recommend the sending time, and send the session message according to the recommended time, thereby realizing the fuzzy recommendation timed sending and effectively improving the sending efficiency of the session message.
In an embodiment, before the step of obtaining the semantic message set corresponding to the session message to be sent, the method further includes: performing semantic analysis on the session message to be sent; determining a feature word corresponding to the conversation message to be sent according to the result of semantic analysis; acquiring the session message in the session window corresponding to the session message to be sent to obtain a candidate session message; extracting candidate session messages containing the characteristic words, and constructing a semantic message set corresponding to the session message to be sent according to the extracted candidate session messages.
The semantic analysis can be realized by a clustering method of machine learning semantic analysis.
The feature words may be words with certain semantic features, and may be keywords of a conversation message to be sent, similar words, antisense words, associated words of the keywords, and the like. Feature words may be determined using feature learning in a machine learning approach.
The step of extracting the candidate conversation messages containing the feature words may include: and extracting the conversation message containing the characteristic words from the candidate conversation messages.
Specifically, the process of constructing the semantic message set may be as follows:
assume that the session message to be sent is: carrying out semantic analysis on the conversation message to be sent by using 12 jin of big red grapes, determining that the keyword is 'big red grape', acquiring related words of 'big red grape' and obtaining corresponding characteristic words: red grape, green grape and grape. The session message shown in fig. 4 is queried through the feature words, and the obtained candidate session messages are respectively: 12 jin for big red grape and 9 jin for Kyoho grape; 23 jin of seedless red grape and 12 jin of large red grape; based on 23 jin of seedless red grape, 12 jin of big red grape and 9 jin of Kyoho grape, the content of the semantic message set can be as follows:
12 jin for big red grape and 9 jin for Kyoho grape;
23 jin of seedless red grape and 12 jin of large red grape;
23 jin for seedless red grape, 12 jin for large red grape and 9 jin for Kyoho grape.
In the embodiment, the semantic analysis is performed on the session message to be sent to determine the feature words in the session message to be sent, so that the session message related to the semantic meaning of the session message to be sent is obtained, and then a semantic message set is constructed, so that the session message in the semantic message set is most related to the session message to be sent, and further more accurate recommended sending time is obtained.
In some embodiments, the session message included in the semantic message set may also be determined by a structure of the session message, for example, the structure of the session message to be sent is: with 12 jin of big red grape, the server can make the structure in the session window: the 'fruit name-price-weight' conversation message is selected and added to the semantic message set.
In one embodiment, the method for sending the session message in a timed manner further includes the following steps: a message sending mode is acquired. And then the session message to be sent is sent at regular time according to different message sending modes.
The message sending mode refers to a mode of sending a message, and may refer to sending messages according to different times, frequencies, number of single sending and the like. Specifically, the message transmission mode may include a recommended time transmission mode (which may also be referred to as a fuzzy transmission mode) in which a message is transmitted according to a recommended time generated by the server, and a fixed time transmission mode (which may also be referred to as a precise transmission mode) in which a message is transmitted according to a fixed time. Different message sending modes need to follow different message sending rules, so the embodiment of the invention needs to acquire the message sending mode to send the session message to be sent according to the corresponding message sending mode.
It should be noted that, if not explicitly stated, the "time" referred to in the embodiment of the present invention may refer to a specific time (of course, information of the year, month, and day is necessarily included therein), that is, the time at which the computer device can know the specific time point of sending the session message.
Further, the session time information comprises the sending time of the message sender and the reading time of the message receiver; the specific implementation process of S303 may be: if the message sending mode is a recommended time sending mode, determining the regular characteristics of the sending time and/or the reading time of each session message; determining a recommended sending date and a recommended sending time according to the rule characteristics; and determining the recommended sending time according to the recommended sending date and the recommended sending time.
The sending time may refer to the time when the message sender sends the message to the used client C1, and then the client sends the corresponding message to the server where the application program is located, and the server sends the message to the client C2 used by the message receiver, but the message receiver may not read the message immediately, and he may view the message at a specific time (for example, after work), and the time when the message receiver views the message is the corresponding reading time.
The recommended sending date may refer to a certain natural day, holiday, etc., for example: may refer to working days, non-working days, christmas, etc., and the recommended transmission time may refer to a specific time. Specifically, the recommended transmission time may be determined by combining the date corresponding to the recommended transmission day with the time corresponding to the recommended transmission time, for example, the determined recommended transmission time: 8 months and 1 day (working day) 10: 00.
The embodiment determines the recommended sending time by combining the regular characteristics of the sending time and the reading time, and determines the recommended sending time by using the reading time of the message of the receiver besides the sending time of the sent message, namely, the recommended sending time is determined by using the time information of the sending party and the receiving party at the same time, so that the recommended sending time is more reasonable, the message can be read by a message receiving party more quickly after being sent, and the communication efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the regularity features comprise at least one of: the time mean, the earliest time and the latest time corresponding to the session time information of each session message; the step of determining the recommended transmission time according to the rule features includes: and determining the recommended sending time according to the time mean, the earliest time and/or the latest time corresponding to the session time information of each session message.
In some embodiments, the recommended transmission time may be determined solely according to the transmission time, may be determined solely according to the reading time, or may be determined by combining the two. For the case of combining the two, a time may be arbitrarily selected from the sending time and the reading time as the recommended sending time, or may be determined according to the regular characteristics of the sending time and the reading time, for example, the middle time between the sending time and the reading time is determined as the recommended sending time.
The time average may be an average of the transmission time and the reading time, or an average corresponding to the transmission time and the reading time. Likewise, the earliest and latest times may also be determined in conjunction with the transmission time and the reading time, for example: the earliest time refers to the earliest time of the transmission time and the latest time refers to the latest time of the reading time.
Of course, any time between the earliest time and the latest time may be determined as the recommended transmission time. And determining the time with the highest frequency of occurrence in each sending time/reading time in the semantic message set as the recommended sending time.
In some embodiments, the recommended sending date may be determined according to the regular characteristics of the date of each session message in the semantic message set, for example: each session message is sent on a weekday, and the recommended sending day may be all weekdays.
Further, the implementation process of determining the recommended transmission time may be as follows: in a conversation, the same message needs to be sent at a specific time each day. Assume that the first chat message in fig. 4: "12 jin of big red grapes and 9 jin of Kyoho grapes" is determined as the conversation message to be sent. The content in the semantic message set corresponding to the conversation message to be sent may be as follows: "peach star, watermelon star, defined as message 1," plum star, grape star, defined as message 2, … …, "tangerine star, durian star, defined as message N (the data of N may be determined according to actual conditions). Suppose that the sending time of each message in the semantic message set is message 1: 9 month, 1 day, 9: 40, message 2: 9 month, 2 days 9: 30, … …, message N: 9 month, 20 days 9: 24. after learning the regular characteristics of the sending time of the N messages, the messages are found to be sent in working days and not sent in non-working days. In addition, the transmission time is averaged at 9: 20, at 9: 18 and 9: between 50. Based on this, the average value of the sending time is determined as the recommended sending time, that is, the recommended sending time of the session message to be sent is determined as: 9 of each working day: 20.
In some cases, the sender of the message may also choose to determine the recommended sending time based on whether the sending time or the reading time.
The embodiment determines the recommended sending time according to the historical sending time of each session message in the semantic message set, and the obtained recommended sending time can fully reflect the time that the user wants to send the session message, so that the session message is sent more according with the requirements of the user and is more intelligent.
In one embodiment, before sending the message, the user may also be confirmed whether the session message to be sent needs to be replaced or adjusted, so as to prevent sending messages that the user does not want to send, for example: if the conversation message to be sent is 12 jin of big red grape, the conversation message can be confirmed to the user before being sent, and the user can modify the price information to adapt to the continuously fluctuating fruit price.
In one embodiment, the step of acquiring a session message to be sent includes: receiving a conversation message selection instruction; and determining the session message corresponding to the session message selection instruction from a session window as the session message to be sent.
Specifically, the process of determining the session message to be sent may be: as shown in fig. 5, the client session window is that a user selects one of the chat messages and clicks "send at regular time", and then the selected chat message can be used as a session message to be sent. Of course, the process of determining the session message to be sent may also be: a control for "sending at regular time" is provided in the client interface (as shown in fig. 6), and after the user clicks the control, the client displays "please select or add a message to be sent" through the interface shown in fig. 7, at this time, the user may select an existing chat message in the dialog window, or may input a message to be sent at regular time through the dialog box.
In one embodiment, after the step of acquiring the message sending mode, the method further includes: if the message sending mode is a fixed time sending mode, obtaining fixed sending time; and sending the session message to be sent at fixed time according to the fixed sending time.
Wherein, the fixed sending time can be selected by the user, and the number can be one, two or even more.
Specifically, the step of obtaining the fixed sending time includes: and receiving a time selection instruction sent by a user, and determining the sending time corresponding to the time selection instruction as the fixed sending time. The fixed transmission time may be a default time, that is, a session message may be transmitted by a default time (which may be 8:00, etc.) when the user does not select the time.
The timing sending method for the session message provided by the embodiment can send the message according to fixed time, effectively simplifies the operation of a user in the message sending process, and simultaneously realizes accurate message pushing.
In one embodiment, after determining the session message to be sent, the content of the set-timing sending message as shown in fig. 8 can be displayed on the client interface. At this time, the user may select the fixed time transmission through the control on the interface, that is, enter the fixed time transmission mode, for example: assuming that the current time is 1 month, 1 day, 10:00, "after 1 hour of today" indicates transmission at 11:00 on 1 month, 1 day (today), "after 2 hours on 1 month, 2 days, 2 hours on 1 month" indicates transmission at 12:00 on 1 month, 2 days (tomorrow), and "after 2 hours on 1 month, 3 days, tomorrow" indicates transmission at 12:00 on 1 month, 3 days (tomorrow). Meanwhile, the user can also select the automatic recommended sending time, after the option is selected, the recommended sending time mode is entered, and the server determines the recommended sending time.
In one embodiment, the content shown in fig. 9 may also be displayed on the interface of the client to request the user to select a message transmission mode, enter a process of determining a recommended transmission time if the user selects the "recommended time transmission mode", and further request the user to select or input a fixed transmission time if the user selects the "fixed time transmission mode".
According to the timed sending method of the session message, the user can select fixed time or recommend time to send the timed message, and the intelligence of sending the session message can be realized.
In an embodiment, the step of sending the session message to be sent according to the recommended sending time includes: and sending the session message to be sent to the client regularly according to the recommended sending time so as to enable the client to display the session message to be sent.
For the fixed time sending mode, a session message to be sent can also be sent to the client, so that the client displays the session message to be sent.
According to the timed sending method of the session message provided by the embodiment, the server sends the session message to be sent according to the recommended sending time, so that the client can receive and display the session message at fixed time.
Some mass-sending tools can send a certain message in batch, but generally, the mass-sending tools are marketing or enterprise applications, and personal applications are very easy to cause harassment. Embodiments of the present invention may address this problem by limiting the time of delivery, such as where an enterprise can only deliver a limited number of messages to a client a day. The sending object can be limited to reduce harassment to the user, for example, the session message to be sent can only be sent to the replied client, but the session message to be sent cannot be sent to the client which does not reply. By the mode, disturbance to the message receiver can be reduced under the condition of ensuring the convenience of the message sender.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, a method for sending a session message at a fixed time is provided, which includes the following steps:
s1001, receiving a session message selection instruction; and determining the session message corresponding to the session message selection instruction from the session window as the session message to be sent.
S1002, performing semantic analysis on the session message to be sent; and determining the characteristic words corresponding to the conversation messages to be sent according to the semantic analysis result.
S1003, obtaining the session message in the session window corresponding to the session message to be sent, and obtaining candidate session messages.
S1004, extracting the candidate session message containing the feature words, and constructing a semantic message set corresponding to the session message to be sent according to the extracted candidate session message.
S1005, acquiring a message sending mode.
S1006, if the message sending mode is the recommended time sending mode, obtaining a semantic message set corresponding to the session message to be sent.
S1007, determining the regular characteristics of the session time information of each session message in the semantic message set; determining a recommended sending date and a recommended sending time according to the rule characteristics; and determining the recommended sending time of the session message to be sent according to the recommended sending date and the recommended sending time.
And S1008, sending the session message to be sent to the client regularly according to the recommended sending time so that the client displays the session message to be sent.
S1009, if the message sending mode is a fixed time sending mode, obtaining the fixed sending time of the session message to be sent; and sending the session message to be sent to the client regularly according to the fixed sending time so as to enable the client to display the session message to be sent.
The timed sending method of the session message provided by the embodiment can automatically recommend the sending time according to the semantics of the session message to be sent, and send the session message to the client according to the recommended time, thereby effectively improving the sending efficiency of the session message.
In order to better understand the above method, an application example of the timed sending method of the session message according to the present invention is described in detail below, and the application example includes a client and a server.
The client is used for interacting with users (which may include a message sender and a message receiver), and comprises the following modules:
1) a module for selecting a message. And selecting the messages of the conversation window to be sent regularly.
2) And a module for setting a timing transmission mode. A fuzzy transmission (recommended time transmission mode) or an accurate transmission (fixed time transmission mode) may be set.
3) A module to collect user behavior. User behavior (e.g., opening a conversation window, editing a conversation message, sending a conversation message, reading a conversation message, etc.) is collected to facilitate subsequent ambiguity analysis for sending timing messages.
4) And a display module. And displaying the message sent by the server.
The server is used for carrying out intelligent analysis on user behaviors and determining the recommended sending time, and comprises the following parts:
1) A module for processing messages. User behavior is processed according to the precision/fuzzy transmission mode.
2) A module for sending a message. And automatically sending the message at regular time.
The implementation process of the timing sending method of the session message mainly comprises the following steps:
1. and the client selects a message to be sent according to the set-msg-ontime-send format and sends the message to the server.
2. The client determines the message sending mode selected by the user, determines specific fixed sending time if the message sending mode is the accurate sending mode, and sends the message sending mode to be sent to the server according to the format of the set-msg-opportunity-send-mode. Wherein, the mode can be Blurred (fuzzy transmission mode) or Accurate (precise transmission mode).
3. The client collects the user behavior and sends the user behavior to the server according to the format of get-user-msg-behavior, so that the subsequent fuzzy model analysis is facilitated and the user behavior is used for sending timing messages.
4. And the server processes and analyzes the user behavior according to the format of the server-user-msg-behavor so as to facilitate subsequent timing fuzzy transmission.
5. The server processes the message to be sent according to the message sending mode: and the server-msg-ontime-send sends a message to the client when the timing time arrives. The specific message processing process is as follows:
If the fuzzy sending mode is adopted, the server acquires the message from the conversation and performs semantic analysis. And determining the characteristic words according to the result of the semantic analysis, and checking whether messages similar to the semantic meanings exist in a conversation window, wherein the messages form a fuzzy semantic message set of the message to be sent. Determining the sending time of each message in the set, determining the recommended sending day as a working day according to the regular characteristics of the sending times, determining the time mean value 9:20 of the sending times as the recommended sending time, and further determining the final recommended sending time as 9:20 of each working day. If the client side is in the fuzzy sending mode, the server determines the sending time according to the fixed sending time sent by the client side.
After the server has processed the message, the following table may be formed:
in the above table, the server sends the message to be sent to the session window corresponding to the message to be sent (for example, if the message to be sent is a message in the session window 1, the message to be sent may be sent to the session window 1 again when the sending time is reached, and of course, the windows may not be in one-to-one correspondence).
6. The client displays the received message in fixed point according to the format of show-msg-ontime-send.
The timing sending method for the session message provided by the embodiment analyzes the habit of sending the message at which time the user generally sends according to the model analysis of sending behaviors of some similar messages in the session when the user is in application, and then recommends that the user send the message at the recommended fuzzy timing. The intelligent realization of the timing message to the common message of the common user is realized, and the user experience of sending the message is improved.
