the mobile terminal is used for patrolmen to check patrol routes, check announcement information, patrol and punch cards, and push abnormal information and patrol and punch card information to the management terminal;
the management terminal is used for managing basic information of patrol personnel, allocating patrol routes, using and managing patrol resources, checking attendance and scheduling management of the patrol personnel, issuing notice information and pushing abnormal information and patrol checking-in information to a command center;
the command center end is used for receiving the abnormal information and the patrol checking-in information, analyzing, researching and judging the abnormal information to make a coping treatment scheme, and counting and analyzing the use condition of patrol resources;
and the display terminal is used for displaying the final analysis processing information.
Further, the mobile terminal comprises an information query module, and the information query module is used for checking patrol routes and notice information.
Further, the mobile terminal comprises a patrol card punching module, and the patrol card punching module is used for enabling patrol personnel to arrive at a patrol place to perform positioning card punching.
Furthermore, the mobile terminal also comprises an information reporting module, wherein the information reporting module is used for reporting abnormal information to the management terminal when patrolmen find the abnormal information during patrolling.

according to the urban safety patrol management system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the construction of a vertical framework, the data interaction and the display of a big data visual signboard are realized by adopting the technologies such as GIS + Python + SRVDB + React and the like, the functions of allocating patrol routes, mastering the allocation of the whole patrol personnel in real time, early warning and controlling certain emergency and the like are realized, and the simplicity of operation interaction, the real-time performance of data, the high efficiency of data processing and the safety of data are ensured.

As shown in fig. 1, a block diagram showing a first embodiment of the present invention provides a city safety patrol management system, which includes: the system comprises a mobile terminal, a management terminal, a command center terminal and a display terminal, wherein the mobile terminal is used for patrolmen to check patrol routes, check announcement information, patrol and punch cards and push abnormal information and patrol and punch card information to the management terminal; the management terminal is used for managing basic information of patrol personnel, allocating patrol routes, using and managing patrol resources, checking attendance and scheduling management of the patrol personnel, issuing notice information and pushing abnormal information and patrol checking information to a command center; the command center end is used for receiving the abnormal information and the patrol checking-in information, analyzing, researching and judging the abnormal information to make a coping treatment scheme, and counting and analyzing the use condition of patrol resources; and the display terminal is used for displaying the final analysis processing information. The final analysis processing information is displayed on a big data statistics billboard, so that a commander can conveniently check the analysis processing information.
The mobile terminal comprises an information query module, and the information query module is used for checking patrol routes and notice information. The mobile terminal comprises a patrol card punching module, and the patrol card punching module is used for enabling patrol personnel to arrive at a patrol place to perform positioning card punching. The mobile terminal also comprises an information reporting module, and the information reporting module is used for reporting abnormal information to the management terminal when patrolling personnel find the abnormal information during patrolling. The mobile terminal comprises a patrol personnel login module, and after the patrol personnel log in through the patrol personnel login module, the patrol personnel can perform patrol card punching, patrol route checking, notice information checking and abnormal information reporting to the management terminal.
The front end of the mobile terminal adopts a Taro frame and a Gaode map GIS technology to realize user login, abnormal information form submission pages, abnormal information detail pages, announcement viewing pages and patrol card punching pages. The submitted abnormal information is sent to a back-end server through an Axios request, the back-end server adopts an SRVDB database, processes data through PHP and python scripts, and pushes the data to the SRVDB database for storage.
The management terminal comprises an information maintenance module, and the information maintenance module is used for managing basic information and account information of patrol personnel. The management terminal further comprises a patrol management module, and the patrol management module is used for managing patrol resources, allocating patrol routes according to the patrol resources and managing attendance and scheduling information of patrol personnel. The management terminal also comprises a data transmission module, and the data transmission module adopts an intranet penetration technology to perform unidirectional data transmission to the command center terminal. The management terminal comprises an administrator login module, an administrator logs in through the administrator login module, and after logging in, patrol power can be managed, patrol routes can be distributed, announcement information can be issued to the mobile terminal, and abnormal information can be pushed to the command center terminal. When the abnormal information is pushed to the command center, the intranet penetration technology is adopted, so that the data can be transmitted only in one direction, and the safety of the data is ensured.
The front end of the management terminal adopts a React + GIS technology to realize the functions of duty-on scheduling, patrol route, patrol strength, information push, event management and the like. The manager can perform scheduling adjustment, patrol route editing, modification and distribution, announcement pushing and abnormal information feedback on the page, sends the request to the back-end server through the Axios, and the back-end server receives the request and then realizes the operations of distributing patrol routes to the mobile terminal through modifying data in the database and the like. Data such as reported abnormal information and the card punching record of patrol personnel are pushed to an SRVDB database of a command center end through a Python script, and an intranet penetration technology is used, so that the data can be transmitted only in one direction, and the safety of the data is ensured.
The command center end comprises a data processing module, and the data processing module is used for carrying out data analysis, processing and studying and judging on the abnormal information and making a processing scheme for dealing with the abnormal information. The command center end also comprises a statistical module, and the statistical module is used for counting the examination conditions and the checking records of patrol personnel. The command center end also comprises a control object configuration module, and the control object configuration module is used for carrying out control early warning according to the integral patrol resources and patrol places in emergency. The command center end comprises a commander login module, and after the commander logs in through the commander login module, the operations of checking information, checking record, controlling target configuration and the like can be counted.
And the back-end server of the command center end cleans and analyzes the data through the Python script, so that the real-time performance and the high efficiency of the data seen by the commander on the front-end page are realized. The front page adopts React + GIS technology to realize the functions of service-drawing, alarm desk, checking record and checking record. The commander can carry out the control of all patrol forces, check the attendance condition of patrol personnel, reported abnormal information and the like in the command center, and is convenient for unified command.
For example: a patrol worker newly enters the security industry, a manager registers personal information for the patrol worker at a management terminal and allocates an account, the patrol worker logs in at a mobile terminal by using the allocated account, the patrol route can be checked after logging in, abnormal information is reported, issued announcement information and the like are checked. The management terminal pushes the attendance information of the patrol personnel and the reported abnormal information to the command center terminal, the command center terminal performs data analysis and processing on the reported abnormal information, and the processed information is displayed on the display terminal. The commander can check the reported abnormal information and the analysis and processing result in real time. Therefore, the commander and the administrator can timely master and visually check the integral patrol route and patrol report information and can timely carry out follow-up deployment and emergency operation.
According to the urban safety patrol management system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the construction of a vertical framework, the data interaction and the display of a big data visual signboard are realized by adopting the technologies such as GIS + Python + SRVDB + React and the like, the functions of allocating patrol routes, mastering the allocation of the whole patrol personnel in real time, early warning and controlling certain emergency and the like are realized, and the simplicity of operation interaction, the real-time performance of data, the high efficiency of data processing and the safety of data are ensured.
