Claims (5)

1. A method of self-service authorization and self-service redemption of a vehicle parking equity, the method comprising:
receiving a parking right authorization request triggered by a mobile terminal through scanning a preset first graphic code, wherein the parking right authorization request is used for requesting to grant parking rights, the first graphic code comprises parking right information, the parking right information is used for identifying the parking right corresponding to the first graphic code, and the right information comprises: free release of rights, partial parking fee amount rights, partial parking time rights and one or more of the authorized effective time intervals;
according to the parking right authorization request, a verification page is sent to the mobile terminal, and an authorization verification code of a user is obtained on the verification page, wherein the authorization verification code is set by the user, and the authorization verification code does not comprise a license plate number of a vehicle of the user;
determining corresponding parking rights and interests according to the parking rights and interests information, and authorizing the authorization verification code according to the parking rights and interests and the current time so that the authorization verification code can be used for cashing the parking rights and interests correspondingly;
receiving a redemption request of parking rights triggered by the mobile terminal through scanning a preset second graphic code, wherein the redemption request of the parking rights is used for requesting to redeem the parking rights;
sending a verification page to the mobile terminal according to the benefit redemption request of the parking right, and acquiring an authorization verification code of a user on the verification page, wherein the authorization verification code is set when the user acquires the benefit authorization of parking;
determining corresponding parking rights and interests according to the authorization verification code;
acquiring license plate information corresponding to the mobile terminal;
and according to the license plate information and the current time, redeeming the parking equity, wherein the authorization verification code is used for identifying the vehicle of the user.
2. The redemption method of claim 1, wherein redeeming the parking equity based on the license plate information and current time includes:
determining the entering time of a vehicle corresponding to the license plate information according to the license plate information;
determining an authorized effective time interval of the parking rights according to the parking rights;
determining whether the current time falls into the authorized effective time interval according to the entry time and the authorized effective time interval;
if the current time falls within the authorized effective time interval, the parking rights and interests are redeemed to deduct parking fees corresponding to the license plate information;
and if the current time does not fall within the authorized effective time interval, refusing to honor the parking rights and interests.
3. A self-service authorization and self-service redemption device for vehicle parking rights, the device comprising:
the receiving and transmitting module is used for receiving a parking right authorization request triggered by the mobile terminal through scanning a preset first graphic code, wherein the parking right authorization request is used for requesting to grant parking rights, the first graphic code comprises parking right information, the parking right information is used for identifying the parking rights corresponding to the first graphic code, and the right information comprises: one or more of free clearance rights, partial parking fee amount rights, partial parking time rights and effective time interval authorization and a verification page is sent to the mobile terminal according to the parking rights authorization request, and an authorization verification code of a user is obtained on the verification page, wherein the authorization verification code is set by the user, and the authorization verification code does not comprise a license plate number of a vehicle of the user;
the authorization module is used for determining corresponding parking rights and interests according to the parking rights and interests information, and authorizing the authorization verification code according to the parking rights and interests and the current time so that the authorization verification code corresponds to the parking rights and interests to be redeemed;
the receiving and transmitting module is further used for receiving a redemption request of parking rights triggered by the mobile terminal through scanning a preset graphic code, wherein the redemption request of the parking rights is used for requesting to redeem the parking rights, and sending a verification page to the mobile terminal according to the redemption request of the parking rights, and acquiring an authorization verification code of a user on the verification page, wherein the authorization verification code is set when the user acquires authorization of the parking rights;
and the redemption module is used for determining the corresponding parking rights and interests according to the authorization verification code, acquiring license plate information corresponding to the mobile terminal, and redeeming the parking rights and interests according to the license plate information and the current time, wherein the authorization verification code is used for identifying the vehicle of the user.
4. A self-service authorization and self-service redemption device for a vehicle parking benefit, comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured for execution by the processor, the one or more programs comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of claim 1 or 2.
5. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium stores a computer program, which is executed by a processor to implement the method of claim 1 or 2.
