Detailed Description
Technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making creative efforts based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, belong to the protection scope of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a data processing method in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method being applied to a terminal device, and the method including:
step 101, obtaining order amount data of an order form from print data of the order form;
102, sending merchant information of a merchant corresponding to the order receipt and the order amount data to a server, so as to judge whether the merchant has a missed single line through the server, wherein the missed single line means that the merchant does not finish a collection operation corresponding to the order amount data within a preset time period;
and 103, sending a prompt message if receiving return information which is sent by the server and used for indicating that the merchant has the bill missing behavior.
The data processing method of the present disclosure may be applied to a terminal device, where the terminal device specifically includes but is not limited to: smart phones, tablet computers, electronic book readers, MP3 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III) players, MP4 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV) players, laptop portable computers, car-mounted computers, desktop computers, set-top boxes, smart televisions, wearable devices, and the like.
The terminal device can be provided with merchant ordering software, and a merchant orders and prints an order receipt for a user through the ordering software.
And then, the terminal equipment sends the merchant information of the merchant corresponding to the order receipt and the order amount data to a server side so as to judge whether the merchant has missing bank action or not through the server side. The merchant information may specifically include: POI (Point of Interest) information of a merchant. The POI information may include the name, category, coordinates, etc. of the merchant.
After receiving the merchant information and the order amount data sent by the terminal device, the server may determine whether the merchant completes the money receiving operation corresponding to the order amount data within a preset time period according to the merchant information and the order amount data. If the merchant is judged not to complete the collection operation corresponding to the order amount data within the preset time period, it is determined that the merchant has a missing line, and the server side can send return information for indicating that the merchant has the missing line to the terminal device.
And finally, if the terminal equipment receives return information which is sent by the server and used for indicating that the merchant has the missed order behavior, sending a prompt message to remind the merchant of the missed order behavior currently.
Therefore, the business order leakage behavior can be accurately and timely detected through the embodiment of the disclosure, so that the occurrence of the order escaping or the order leakage phenomenon can be avoided. In addition, a more accurate transaction amount can be calculated in the case where the merchant knows his missing action.
In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, the obtaining the order amount data of the order ticket from the print data of the order ticket may specifically include:
step S11, monitoring the printing data sent to the printer by the terminal equipment through an injection function;
step S12, if the printing data sent to a printer by the terminal equipment is monitored, obtaining the printing data sent to the printer by the terminal equipment according to the parameters of the injection function;
step S13, matching the printing data with preset character strings to obtain target printing data corresponding to the order tickets, wherein the target printing data comprise the preset character strings;
and step S14, extracting the numerical value corresponding to the preset character string in the target printing data to obtain order amount data of the order slip.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, a dynamic link library (e.g., mtprint.dll) may be injected into ordering software of a merchant through a remote injection technology, where the dynamic link library includes an injection function defined by the embodiment of the present disclosure, and monitoring of print data sent to a printer by a terminal device (ordering software) is realized by replacing an API (Application Programming Interface) function of a system with the defined injection function.
It should be noted that the dynamic link library may be a function library that can be shared by multiple executable programs, and the executable code of the dynamic link library is executed through the call of other executable programs. The executable code of the dynamic link library may be saved as a dynamic link library file, and the extension of the file may be · dll,. drv,. ocx, or · cpl, etc., which is not particularly limited in this disclosure.
The method and the device for monitoring the printing data of the printer can monitor the printing data sent to the printer by the terminal device through an injection function of remote injection merchant ordering software, and if the printing data sent to the printer by the terminal device is monitored, the printing data sent to the printer by the terminal device is acquired according to parameters of the injection function.
In an application example of the disclosure, an injection function for listening to print data and a plug-in program for processing the print data can be injected in merchant ordering software in a remote injection mode. After the injection function hears the print data, the print data is encapsulated and transmitted back to the plug-in by way of inter-process communication, such as by sending a WM _ COPYDATA message. The plug-in program analyzes the print data, specifically, matches the print data with a preset character string to obtain target print data corresponding to the order receipt, where the target print data includes the preset character string, and then can extract a numerical value corresponding to the preset character string in the target print data to obtain order amount data of the order receipt. And finally, the plug-in program sends the merchant information of the merchant corresponding to the order receipt and the order amount data to a server side to judge the missing row.
It should be noted that, in practical application, after the injection function of the embodiment of the present disclosure monitors the print data, the injection function may further analyze the print data, extract the order amount data therein, and package the extracted order amount data and then send back to the plug-in. That is, the print data may be parsed by an injection function or a plug-in, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
The preset character string may be a preset character string for indicating the amount of the order. For example, in the order ticket, if the character string "amount to be paid" appears, it indicates that the order ticket includes order amount data, and the order amount data of the order ticket can be obtained by matching "amount to be paid" as a preset character string and extracting a value following "amount to be paid" in the order ticket.
In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, after the obtaining the order amount data of the order slip from the print data of the order slip, the method may further include:
and storing merchant information of merchants corresponding to the order tickets and the order amount data.
It can be understood that the specific location for storing the merchant information of the merchant corresponding to the order tickets and the order amount data is not limited by the embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, the information can be stored in the terminal device, or can also be stored in a server of a merchant, so that the merchant can inquire at any time.
In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, the injection functions include a first injection function, a second injection function, and a third injection function;
the first injection function is used for monitoring printing data sent to a printer by the terminal equipment in a port printing mode; the second injection function is used for monitoring the printing data sent to the printer by the terminal equipment in a driving printing mode; and the third injection function is used for monitoring the printing data sent to the printer by the terminal equipment in the network port printing mode.
In a specific application, the printer printing data mainly includes modes of port printing, drive printing, internet access printing and the like. The injection function of the embodiment of the present disclosure may include a first injection function, a second injection function, and a third injection function that monitor print data sent by the terminal device to the printer in the above three printing modes.
The port printing involves an application (e.g., ordering software, cash register software, etc.) installed in the terminal device and a printer communicatively connected to the terminal device. Ports in port printing may include: the principle of port printing is to convert printing data (text form) sent by an application program into instruction data, and then send the instruction data to a printer for printing through a port, and the port printing does not need a driver.
In general, port printing writes print data through a system function WriteFile, and the disclosed embodiments replace the system function WriteFile with a custom injection function MTWriteFile through an injection technique. If the MTWriteFile function monitors the print data sent by the terminal device to the printer, the print data sent by the terminal device to the printer can be obtained according to the parameter (for example, the second parameter) of the MTWriteFile function.
The driving of the printing involves an application (e.g., ordering software, cash register software, etc.) installed in the terminal device, a printing driver installed in the terminal device, and a printer communicatively connected to the terminal device, wherein the communication connection may be a wired connection or a wireless connection. The principle of driving printing is that the terminal device converts the print data into an Enhanced Meta File (EMF) that can be recognized and printed by the printer through a driver, and sends the EMF File to the printer for printing.
In general, the drive print writes print data through a system function DrawText, which is replaced with a custom injection function MTDrawText by the disclosed embodiments through an injection technique. If the MTDrawText function monitors the print data sent by the terminal device to the printer, the print data sent by the terminal device to the printer can be obtained according to the parameter (such as the second parameter) of the MTDrawText function.
The Internet access printing involves an application program (such as ordering software, cash register software, etc.) installed in the user terminal device, a print driver installed in the terminal device, and a printer in communication connection with the terminal device, where the communication connection may be wired connection or wireless connection, and an IP (Internet Protocol address) of the printer and an IP of the terminal device are in the same network segment. One network port can provide printing service for a plurality of terminal devices, and one terminal device can also print by using a plurality of network ports.
In general, the network port printing writes print data through a Send function in Socket, and the disclosed embodiment replaces the Send function with a custom injection function MTSend through an injection technique. If the MTSend function monitors the print data sent by the terminal device to the printer, the print data sent by the terminal device to the printer can be obtained according to the parameter (for example, the second parameter) of the MTSend function.
After acquiring the order amount data of the order tickets from the printing data of the order tickets, the terminal device may send the merchant information of the merchant corresponding to the order tickets and the order amount data to a server, so as to determine whether the merchant has missing lines or not through the server. And if receiving return information which is sent by the server and used for indicating that the merchant has the bill missing behavior, sending a prompt message by the terminal equipment.
In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, the sending the prompt message may specifically include:
and displaying text information corresponding to the prompt message on a display interface of the terminal equipment, and/or playing voice information corresponding to the prompt message through the terminal equipment, wherein the prompt message comprises order information and order amount data corresponding to the missing line.
It is understood that the specific content and prompting mode of the prompting message are not limited by the embodiment of the disclosure. For example, the prompting message may include text information, voice information, picture information, and the like. In addition, in order to facilitate the user to know the specific information of the missed order behavior, the embodiment of the disclosure may further display the missed order line as corresponding order information and order amount data.
In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, the method may further comprise: and calculating the transaction amount data of the merchant according to the order amount data corresponding to the missed row.
The transaction amount data may include daily transaction amount data, monthly transaction amount data, quarterly transaction amount data, annual transaction amount data, and the like. Taking daily transaction amount data as an example, the merchant daily transaction amount is the sum of the order amounts of all order tickets printed by the printer (assuming that the sum is a 1). However, since the order amount of missed orders may be included in a1, a1 may not accurately reflect the exact daily transaction amount data of the merchant.
The method and the device for detecting the order missing of the merchant can accurately and timely detect the order missing behavior of the merchant and send the prompt message to the merchant, so that the phenomenon of order escaping or order missing can be avoided, and the transaction amount data of the merchant can be accurately calculated according to the order missing data corresponding to the order missing row. For example, if the merchant has a missed order form, the actual daily transaction amount of the merchant is a1, the order amount of the missed order.
Optionally, by the embodiment of the disclosure, after the transaction amount data of the merchant is accurately calculated, the bill receiving ratio of the payment channel of the merchant can be accurately calculated, so that the merchant can accurately know the proportion of various bill receiving behaviors. For example, the daily transaction amount of the merchant C is a1, wherein the amount of the order collected through the payment channel of the merchant C is a2, and the amount of the order collected through the other payment channel is A3 — a1-a 2. The bill proportion of the payment channel of the merchant C is (A2/A1) multiplied by 100 percent, and the bill proportion of the other payment channels is (A3/A1) multiplied by 100 percent.
In summary, the embodiment of the present disclosure obtains the order amount data of the order tickets from the print data of the order tickets, and sends the merchant information of the merchant corresponding to the order tickets and the order amount data to the server, so as to determine whether the merchant has a missed bank through the server, and if receiving the return information sent by the server and used for indicating that the merchant has a missed bank, sends a prompt message. And the order leakage behavior refers to that the merchant does not finish the money collection operation corresponding to the order amount data within a preset time period.
It can be seen that, according to the embodiment of the disclosure, by comparing the order amount data of the order receipt with the order acquiring bank, the order missing behavior of the merchant can be accurately and timely detected, the order missing behavior can be actively prevented, and a prompt message can be timely sent out, so that the occurrence of the phenomenon of order escaping or order missing is avoided, and the loss of the merchant is reduced. In addition, under the condition that the merchant knows that the missed single row exists in the order receipt, more accurate transaction amount can be calculated.
It is noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the disclosed embodiments are not limited by the described order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently with other steps in accordance with the disclosed embodiments. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required of the disclosed embodiments.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of a data processing method in another embodiment of the present disclosure, the method being applied to a server, and the method including:
step 201, receiving merchant information and order amount data of an order receipt sent by a terminal device, wherein the order amount data is obtained by the terminal device from printing data of the order receipt, and the merchant information corresponds to a merchant generating the order receipt;
step 202, according to the merchant information and the order amount data, judging whether the merchant completes the money receiving operation corresponding to the order amount data within a preset time period;
step 203, if it is determined that the merchant does not complete the collection operation corresponding to the order amount data within the preset time period, determining that the merchant has a missing bank, and sending return information for indicating that the merchant has the missing bank to the terminal device.
The server may be a payment server for completing payment of the order. After receiving the merchant information and the order amount data of the order tickets sent by the terminal equipment, the server determines the merchant according to the merchant information, and judges whether the merchant completes the collection operation corresponding to the order amount data within a preset time period according to the merchant information and the order amount data.
In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, the determining, according to the merchant information and the order amount data, whether the merchant completes a money receiving operation corresponding to the order amount data within a preset time period may specifically include:
step S21, acquiring the completed collection data of the merchant in a preset time period according to the merchant information;
step S22, matching the order amount data with the completed collection data in the preset time period, and judging whether the merchant completes collection operation corresponding to the order amount data in the preset time period;
step S23, if there is no collection data matching the order amount data in the collection data that has been completed within the preset time period, determining that the merchant has not completed collection operation corresponding to the order amount data within the preset time period.
The preset time period may be a short time period, such as 1 minute, 30 seconds, and the like. In practical application, the order form printed by the merchant is used for providing the details of the order and the amount to be paid to the user, after the order form is printed, the user usually completes the payment operation of the order form, and the merchant receives the amount paid by the user, that is, the merchant completes the money collection operation corresponding to the order form amount data.
Therefore, after receiving the merchant information and the order amount data of the order tickets sent by the terminal device, the server obtains the collection data completed by the merchant within a preset time period (such as several seconds), and matches the order amount data with the collection data completed within the preset time period. And if the collection data matched with the order amount data does not exist in the collection data completed within the preset time period, judging that the merchant does not complete collection operation corresponding to the order amount data within the preset time period. At this time, it may be determined that the current order receipt of the merchant has a missed-order behavior, and return information indicating that the merchant has a missed-order behavior may be sent to the terminal device.
In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, after the matching the order amount data with the collection data completed within the preset time period, the method may further include:
step S31, if the collection data matched with the order amount data exists in the collection data completed within the preset time period, determining that the merchant completes collection operation corresponding to the order amount data within the preset time period;
and step S32, marking the collection data matched with the order amount data.
The matching of the order amount data and the completed collection data within the preset time period may specifically include: and matching the order amount data with the collection data which is finished and not marked in the preset time period.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after receiving merchant information and order amount data of an order receipt sent by a terminal device, a server acquires collection data that the merchant has completed within a preset time period (for example, several seconds), and matches the order amount data with the collection data that has completed within the preset time period. And if the collection data matched with the order amount data exists in the collection data completed within the preset time period, judging that the merchant completes collection operation corresponding to the order amount data within the preset time period. At this time, it may be determined that there is no slip missing behavior in the current order slip of the merchant, and the collection data corresponding to the order slip may be marked to indicate that the collection data has performed matching operation, so that after the server receives merchant information and order amount data of the order slip sent next by the terminal device, the order amount data is matched with the collection data that has been completed within the preset time period and is not marked. The situation of repeated comparison can be avoided, and the accuracy of judging the single-missing behavior is improved.
In summary, the embodiment of the disclosure compares the order amount data of the order receipt with the order acquiring bank, so that the order missing behavior of the merchant can be accurately and timely detected, the order missing behavior can be actively prevented, and a prompt message can be timely sent out, so as to avoid the occurrence of the phenomenon of order escaping or order missing and reduce the loss of the merchant. In addition, a more accurate transaction amount can be calculated in the case where the merchant knows his missing action.
