(3) the work document is set to be only checked by the management end and the staff in the same task stage, so that irrelevant staff are prevented from acquiring the information of the project file;
(4) the project sub-modules issued to the employee end are used for checking on the card and on the work, and the employee checks the card and needs to forcibly upload the work document, so that the management end can conveniently know the daily project progress condition of the employee, and the project progress achievements of the employee are exposed in the system, thereby realizing effective supervision on the employee who is delayed, lazy and loose and has insufficient capacity;
(5) by counting the labor hour consumption of each employee on each task card and carrying out different weight assignment on different project stages, the currency value of each task is quantified, and the actual contribution of the employee is evaluated more objectively;
(6) the actual time and labor cost consumption of each different project are counted, and the actual benefits of the different projects are transversely compared for evaluating the quality of a client and the quality of a project team;

In order to solve the problems of difficult document management execution, high management and storage cost, unclear project progress condition and incapability of timely evaluating the working quality and performance of employees, as shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a project management system, which comprises a management end, an employee end and a background server, wherein the background server comprises:
the task transceiving module is used for receiving the project sub-modules uploaded by a management terminal (referred to as a superior manager in the invention) and sending the project sub-modules to corresponding staff terminals (comprising a plurality of staff terminals, which can be embodied in forms of APP, web pages or other intelligent terminals);
the document management module is used for receiving and storing the working documents uploaded by the employee side through the project sub-module;
and the working hour counting module is used for receiving the work attendance card punching information sent by the staff end on the project submodule and counting working hours, and the work attendance card punching needs to upload a work document through the project submodule (the staff is forced to upload the work document when the staff goes off duty, and the document cannot be consistent with the document transmitted previously, so that the working effectiveness of the staff is ensured, and the purpose of orderly, comprehensively and automatically collecting the daily document of the staff and providing efficient lookup under the condition of no artificial management is realized).
The project sub-module comprises project phase information, phase work content and corresponding project weight, and the work document is work result statistics or work instruction of the project phase according to the phase work content in the project sub-module.
It should be noted that, when the work content is a conference, a conference is created on the project submodule and a conference record is formed in a mode of screen recording, video recording, sound recording, writing and the like, and the conference record file is stored in a document library uploaded by the project submodule on the same day.
According to the invention, the management of project progress is hooked with the issuing of a project submodule and the uploading of documents, and meanwhile, when a worker logs in a card when going off duty, the worker must upload a work document through the project submodule (if the work document is not uploaded, the worker is regarded as absent, the working hour of the worker on the day is not recorded in an attendance list), so that the worker can make clear the task of the project stage on the day when going on duty, and meanwhile, the forced uploading of the work document can effectively avoid the situation that the worker delays laziness and scatters, and the worker is urged to tighten up and complete the task in the project submodule. Through uploading the work document, managers (pushing the work document, corresponding working hour statistics and project weights to a management end through a pushing module) can know project progress and working capacity of the staff more clearly, and accordingly companies can reward the staff with superior capacity conveniently and eliminate the staff with low capacity.
Further, more objective performance management is achieved according to the completion rate of the project, the punch-card record of the project submodule, the total value of the project and the stage weight of the project, the contribution of the project in different stages is weighted and assigned, the currency value of each task is quantified, the work hour record of punch-card on duty and off duty of the project submodule is used, and the labor cost for completing the task is evaluated according to the project completion rate, so that the actual contribution of a certain employee is objectively evaluated.
In consideration of the confidentiality of the working document, the working document is set to be only viewed by the staff terminals with the same project stage information in the management terminal and the distributed project sub-modules on the associated project sub-modules. Meanwhile, the project sub-modules in the same project stage are associated with each other, after the association relationship of the project sub-modules is confirmed, the files on the project sub-modules are pushed to the associated project sub-modules, and the files pushed by other project sub-modules are checked on the project sub-modules. Further, once the document is uploaded, other documents cannot be deleted or added after the set waiting time, and only the administrator with the authority set in the background can delete the uploaded file of a certain task sub-module.
The project phase is a task phase for dividing tasks of the project contract according to the project time node. The document management module also comprises a classification storage unit which stores the working documents into the documents of the corresponding project phases of the background server according to the project phase information in the project sub-module, so as to realize daily document collection. Meanwhile, the system can automatically judge the new document and the old document, the old document can be uploaded together due to the relevance of the new document, but the system does not repeatedly store the old document and only shows the connection in the present document list. When the documents uploaded on the same day only have old documents but no new documents, the work attendance of the card punching can be refused, and the documents pushed by other task cards are not copied to store the documents, but only push the links of the related files. Meanwhile, in the same working address of the enterprise, data transmission and exchange are carried out among the management end, the staff end and the background server through the internal local area network, and the management end and the staff end are in the internal network when working in the enterprise, so that the traffic does not need to be consumed. And when the management end or the staff end is not in the internal local area network of the company but is connected with the public network (external network) when going out for office, the access to the internal background server of the company can be realized by deploying the puncture access service software on the public network. Traffic only needs to be consumed when the extranet accesses the backend server through puncturing.
Meanwhile, in order to further guarantee the safety of information, the background server is also provided with a document encryption module which is used for automatically encrypting or decrypting local files of the management end and the staff end, uploaded files and received external files, and simultaneously enabling the internal circulation and the external circulation of the documents to be in an encrypted state and to follow the authority control rule. The document encryption module can be self-contained in the system or third-party encryption software, but when the system automatically transmits and receives files, the third-party encryption software requests the system through an interface and automatically executes encryption and decryption operations.
When the management end and the staff end need to retrieve some files (the reference authority needs to be met), the files in the authority can be checked through the project task card by utilizing the document encryption module. Through the setting of the document encryption module, the file information is ensured to be in an encrypted state when being circulated or consulted in an enterprise, and even if being copied by staff (or managers) through mobile storage equipment such as a U disk and the like, the file information is also in the encrypted state. Without the decryption of the document encryption module, the encrypted file information cannot be opened, so that the security of the file information is ensured.
Further, the man-hour counting module further comprises an auditing unit used for pushing the working document to a management end for auditing, and if the auditing is passed, the task transceiver module is called to send the project sub-module of the next project stage.
It should be noted that, the employee must punch a card on a certain project sub-module when going to work, the employee cannot punch cards on a plurality of project sub-modules simultaneously, and at least one document must be uploaded before the employee punches cards on and off the work on a certain project sub-module as a task completed in the working hour stage. Thereby avoiding employees from escaping from the work progress statistics of other project sub-modules by punching cards on a single project sub-module.
In summary, according to the project management system provided by the invention, the background server is set as the document storage terminal, and the background server stores the work documents uploaded by the staff terminals into the project node folders in a classified manner according to the project stage information in the project sub-module and according to the project stage information, so that the documents are managed and stored orderly, comprehensively and automatically without manual management, the need of specially setting a document manager is avoided, and the enterprise operation cost is reduced.
The background cloud server is arranged in the internal local area network, automatically encrypts local files, uploading files and mail files of the management end and the staff end through the document encryption module, and decrypts and checks the files through the encryption server when the staff end needs to check the related files, so that the files are always in an encrypted state, the need of specially setting a file administrator is avoided, and artificial loopholes in the file confidentiality management process are avoided;
the work document is set to be only used for the management end and the staff in the same task stage to check, and therefore irrelevant staff are prevented from acquiring the project file information. The project sub-modules issued to the employee end are used for checking up and working on duty, and the employee checks up and needs to forcibly upload work documents on duty, so that the management end can know the daily project progress condition of the employee conveniently, project progress achievements of the employee are exposed in the system, and effective supervision on the employee who is delayed, lazy and insufficient in capacity is realized.
By counting the labor hour consumption of each employee on each task card and carrying out different weight assignment on different project stages, the currency value of each task is quantified, and the actual contribution of the employee is evaluated more objectively.
