firstly, acquiring corresponding student information according to the class; secondly, creating a student evaluation template for the student, and determining test question information of the student evaluation template; thirdly, acquiring answer information of the student; thirdly, generating a student evaluation report according to the answer information of the student; and finally, displaying the teacher evaluation report and/or the student evaluation report. Therefore, the evaluation of the teaching quality of the teacher is assisted through the student evaluation report of the corresponding student. For example, when the logged-on user is a teacher, the viewable reports include: the evaluation teacher personal report comprises a first-level evaluation report and a second-level evaluation report; the class report of the class is evaluated; this test is evaluated the student report of this class.
According to the method for evaluating the teaching quality of the teacher, the initialized teacher evaluation template can be configured, the teacher can be evaluated through the configured teacher evaluation template, and evaluation reports of multiple dimensionalities of the teacher are generated, so that the evaluation results are more scientific, objective, reasonable, fair and fair.

The fourth embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the method provided in the first embodiment of the present invention is implemented.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative components and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in hardware, a software module executed by a processor, or a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.
The above-mentioned embodiments are intended to illustrate the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention in further detail, and it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for evaluating the teaching quality of a teacher is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring reference and test teacher information of each reference and test school, and importing the reference and test teacher information into a teacher evaluation template to determine a first number of target teachers of the reference and test;
determining evaluation arrangement information of each school; the evaluation schedule information includes an evaluation time;
starting a teacher evaluation template according to the evaluation time, and acquiring first basic information and second basic information filled by a second number of target teachers in the first number of target teachers; the second number is not greater than the first number;
judging whether the ratio of the second quantity to the first quantity meets a preset ratio threshold value or not;
when the ratio of the second quantity to the first quantity meets a preset ratio threshold, collecting evaluation information of each teacher in a second quantity of target teachers; the evaluation information comprises evaluation data and evaluation progress data;
judging whether the scale in the evaluation progress data meets a preset condition or not;
and when the scale meets the preset conditions, carrying out multi-dimensional processing on the evaluation data according to the dimension to which the evaluation data belongs to obtain a teacher evaluation report.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the compliance of the gauge with the predetermined condition specifically comprises:
judging whether the grade suitable for the scale is consistent with the grade of actual use, whether the role suitable for the scale is consistent with the role of actual use, whether the scale lacks questions, and whether repeated scale records or question item records exist in the scale records;
and when the applicable grade of the scale is consistent with the actual using grade, the applicable role of the scale is consistent with the actual using role, the scale does not lack any question, and the record of the scale does not have repeated record of the scale or record of the question item, determining that the scale meets the preset condition.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to the method:
acquiring an evaluation request, and acquiring an initialization teacher evaluation template according to the evaluation request; the initialized teacher evaluation template comprises an initialized object category, a level range and an index set;
acquiring first data, and updating the initialized object category according to the first data to obtain a first object category;
acquiring second data, and determining a first level range in the initialized level ranges according to the second data;
acquiring third data, determining a first evaluation index in an index set according to the third data, and acquiring a corresponding evaluation question according to the first evaluation index;
and obtaining a teacher evaluation template according to the first object category, the first level range and the evaluation question.

The method according to claim 3, wherein the object category includes any one of students, teachers, school managers, and parents; the level range comprises province, city, district/county, school and class; the index set comprises teaching ability, occupational stress, working dynamics, teacher-student relationship, professional environmental support and occupational fatigue.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
acquiring corresponding student information according to the class;
creating a student evaluation template for the student, and determining test question information of the student evaluation template;
acquiring answer information of students;
generating a student evaluation report according to the answer information of the student;
and displaying the teacher evaluation report and/or the student evaluation report.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to collecting assessment information for each of a second number of target teachers, the method further comprises:
and when any target teacher corresponds to the plurality of teacher evaluation templates, sequentially displaying the plurality of teacher evaluation templates according to a time sequence.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after collecting assessment information for each of a second number of target teachers, the method further comprises:
calculating the time interval of any two pieces of answer information, and generating first prompt information when the time interval is smaller than a preset minimum answer time threshold; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and counting whether the answer of the test question meets the rule answering rule or not, and generating second prompt information when the answer does not meet the rule answering rule.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the dimensions include a primary dimension and a secondary dimension, the secondary dimension is a sub-dimension of the primary dimension, and when the scale meets a preset condition, performing multi-dimensional processing on the evaluation data according to the dimension corresponding to the evaluation data to obtain an evaluation report specifically includes:
according to the dimension of the evaluation data, obtaining the score of each secondary dimension in a plurality of secondary dimensions corresponding to each primary dimension;
calculating the score of the corresponding primary dimension according to the scores of the plurality of secondary dimensions;
obtaining a primary evaluation report of a target teacher according to the name of each primary dimension and the score of the primary dimension;
and obtaining a plurality of secondary evaluation reports of the target teacher according to the names of the plurality of secondary dimensions corresponding to each primary dimension and the average scores of the secondary dimensions.
9. An apparatus comprising a memory for storing a program and a processor for performing the method of any one of claims 1-8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
