本发明涉及一种彩色镀膜玻璃砖的制备方法。按照该方法制得的彩色镀膜玻璃砖可做为建筑物表面装饰用材,它和建筑物底层结合牢固,表面色泽美观、经久耐用。

一种彩色镀膜玻璃砖的制备方法
本发明涉及一种彩色镀膜玻璃砖的制备方法。
目前建筑上用玻璃做表面装饰材料牢固性较差,时间一长,脱落者甚多,惯用的以饰面玻璃装饰的建筑物,其表面颜色经长期风吹日晒,剥落严重,影响美观。
本发明的目的在于提供一种与建筑物结合牢固,色彩持久的彩色镀膜玻璃砖及其制备方法。
本发明的彩色镀膜玻璃砖的制备方法,依次按照下述过程的制备。
①选用彩色镀膜玻璃,倒角、去毛刺、清洗、烘干、将瓷块用0.5%盐酸溶液浸泡1小时,清水冲洗后,烘干;
②在20—40℃将上述瓷块光滑面涂一层胶粘剂,在压力下粘贴在上述玻璃的镀膜面上,挤压后,放入温度为100—120℃的热处理炉内,固化1小时,出炉,在30—40℃继续固化24小时,整理后得本发明彩色镀膜玻璃。
下面结合附图详细地说明本发明。

参看图1、2:1是彩色镀膜玻璃,2是瓷块,3是胶粘剂。图示A面是彩色玻璃的镀膜面。
图1所示瓷块共六块,可根据需要,可是整块的,也可以是分块的,可是方形的、菱形的、圆形的,以及其它形状。
所述的彩色镀膜玻璃规格是按建筑要求的各种规格,平板的、弧形的、方形的、圆形的、按各种建筑装饰图案要求的各种形状,其色彩可按需的各种颜色。
所述的粘结剂优选CH—31型胶粘剂。
成型后的彩色镀膜玻璃表面贴保护纸、包装,备用。
本发明的彩色镀膜玻璃砖主要用于建筑装饰材料,使用方法如下:
1、用1∶3的水泥砂浆抹在建筑物表面做底层,抹平,表面粗糙;
2、用1∶1的水泥砂浆涂在玻璃砖背面(带瓷块面),厚度为0.5-0.8CM,在压力下将玻璃砖往建筑物表面上粘贴,挤压后缝隙越小越好,凝固1—2小时后再用水泥砂浆勾缝,再继续固化24小时;
3、整理、除污、清洗。
本发明的彩色镀膜玻璃砖粘贴于建筑物表面做装饰材料,结合牢固,色彩美观、经久耐用、光洁明亮、光彩照人。

Claims (8)

1、一种彩色镀膜玻璃砖的制备方法,其特征在于:依次按照下述过程制备。
①选用彩色镀膜玻璃,倒角、去毛刺、清洗、烘干、将瓷块用0.5%盐酸溶液浸泡1小时,清水冲洗后,烘干;
②在20—40℃将上述瓷块光滑面涂一层胶粘剂,在压力下粘贴在上述玻璃的镀膜面上,挤压后,放入温度为100—120℃的热处理炉内,固化1小时,出炉,在30—40℃继续固化24小时,整理后得本发明彩色镀膜玻璃。
2、按照权利要求1的制备方法,其特征在于:彩色镀膜玻璃规格是按建筑要求的各种规格,其色彩可按需的各种颜色。
3、按照权利要求2的制备方法,其特征在于:粘贴在玻璃镀膜面上的瓷块,可是整块的,也可以是分块的,其形状是按需的各种形状。
4、按照权利要求1—3的任一权利要求的制备方法,其特征在于:所述粘结剂优选CH—31型胶粘剂。
5、一种按照权利要求1—3的任一权利要求的制备方法制成的彩色镀膜玻璃砖。
6、按权利要求4的制备方法制成的彩色镀膜玻璃砖。
7、权利要求5的玻璃砖的用途,其特征在于,可用于建筑物表面装饰材料。
8、权利要求6的玻璃砖的用途,其特征在于,可用于建筑物表面装饰材料。
