In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a method for applying a wireless remote billboard system is provided, and this embodiment is described by taking the method as an example for producing an information transmitting end. In this embodiment, the method includes the steps of:
step S302, detecting the trigger state of a proximity switch sensor installed in a card production groove;
step S304, determining the working state information of the target production machine corresponding to the production card slot according to the trigger state;
step S306, the working state information of the target production machine is sent to a production information transfer end, so that the production information transfer end transfers the working state information of the target production machine to a production information receiving end; the production information receiving end is used for controlling the display state of a target signal lamp corresponding to the target production machine on a receiving end machine display board according to the working state information of the target production machine; and the display state of the target signal lamp is used for representing the working condition of the target production machine.
In the embodiment, the working state information of the production machine in the downstream process is represented by the trigger state of the proximity switch sensor in the card production slot, the working state information of the target production machine corresponding to the card production slot is confirmed according to the trigger state, the working state information of the target production machine is further forwarded to the production information receiving end in the upstream process through the production information forwarding end, the working state of the target production machine is represented by controlling the display state of a target signal lamp corresponding to the target production machine on the display board of the machine at the receiving end, so that the working state of the production machine in the downstream process can be determined in real time in the upstream process, the production of products can be carried out according to the real-time working state of the production machine in the downstream process, the inventory of the processes is reduced, and the production period from the upstream process to the downstream process is effectively shortened, reduce the waiting time of the machine and fully utilize the productivity of the machine.
It should be noted that, the method of applying the wireless remote billboard system of the present application corresponds to the wireless remote billboard system of the present application one to one, and the technical features and the advantages thereof described in the above embodiments of the wireless remote billboard system are all applicable to the embodiments of the method of applying the wireless remote billboard system, and specific contents may refer to the description in the embodiments of the system of the present application, which is not described herein again, and thus is stated herein.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart of fig. 3 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in fig. 3 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the other steps or stages.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided a wireless remote billboard device comprising: a trigger state monitoring module 402, a working state determining module 404 and an information sending module 406, wherein:
a trigger state monitoring module 402 for detecting a trigger state of a proximity switch sensor installed in a card production slot;
a working state determining module 404, configured to determine, according to the trigger state, working state information of a target production machine corresponding to the production card slot;
an information sending module 406, configured to send the working state information of the target production machine to a production information transfer end, so that the production information transfer end transfers the working state information of the target production machine to a production information receiving end, where the production information receiving end is configured to control, according to the working state information of the target production machine, a display state of a target signal lamp, corresponding to the target production machine, on a display signboard of the receiving end machine; and the display state of the target signal lamp is used for representing the working condition of the target production machine.
The wireless remote billboard device of the present application corresponds to the method of the present application using the wireless remote billboard system one to one, and the technical features and the advantages thereof described in the above embodiment of the method using the wireless remote billboard system are all applicable to the embodiment of the wireless remote billboard device, and specific contents can be referred to the description in the embodiment of the method of the present application, which is not repeated herein, and thus, the description is hereby made.
Furthermore, the modules in the wireless remote billboard device described above may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of using a wireless remote kanban system. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A wireless remote billboard system is characterized in that the system comprises a production information transmitting end, a production information transfer end and a production information receiving end, wherein the production information transfer end is respectively in communication connection with the production information transmitting end and the production information receiving end; the production information transmitting end comprises a plurality of production card slots, and each production card slot is internally provided with a proximity switch sensor and is provided with a corresponding production machine platform; the production information receiving end comprises a receiving end machine display board, and signal lamps corresponding to the production machines are arranged on the receiving end machine display board;
the production information transmitting end is used for detecting the trigger state of a proximity switch sensor arranged in a production card slot; determining the working state information of a target production machine corresponding to the production card slot according to the trigger state, and sending the working state information of the target production machine to the production information transfer end;
the production information transfer terminal is used for transferring the working state information of the target production machine to the production information receiving terminal;
the production information receiving end is used for controlling the receiving end machine to display the display state of a target signal lamp corresponding to the target production machine on the display board according to the working state information of the target production machine; and the display state of the target signal lamp is used for representing the working condition of the target production machine.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the production information transmitting end further comprises a transmitting end machine station display board and production cards, and each production card slot is arranged on the transmitting end machine station display board;
the production card slot is used for placing production cards corresponding to the production machine;
the proximity switch sensor is used for detecting whether a production card exists in the corresponding production card slot or not.

The system of claim 1, wherein the production information transmitting end further comprises a transmitting end signal acquisition controller and a transmitting end wireless signal module; the transmitting terminal signal acquisition controller is in communication connection with the transmitting terminal wireless signal module;
the transmitting end signal acquisition controller is used for detecting the trigger state of a proximity switch sensor installed in a card production slot and determining the working state information of a target production machine corresponding to the card production slot according to the trigger state; and wirelessly transmitting the working state information of the target production machine to the production information transfer terminal through the transmitting terminal wireless signal module.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the production information relay terminal comprises a relay terminal signal acquisition controller and a relay terminal wireless signal module; the transfer terminal signal acquisition controller is in communication connection with the transfer terminal wireless signal module;
and the transfer terminal signal acquisition controller is used for wirelessly transmitting the working state information of the target production machine to the production information receiving terminal through the transfer terminal wireless signal module.

The system of claim 1, wherein the production information receiving end further comprises a receiving end signal acquisition controller and a receiving end wireless signal module; the receiving end signal acquisition controller is in communication connection with the receiving end wireless signal module;
the receiving end signal acquisition controller is used for receiving the working state information of the target production machine through the receiving end wireless signal module; generating a signal lamp control instruction according to the working state information of the target production machine; and controlling the receiving end machine table to display the display state of the target signal lamp corresponding to the target production machine table on the display board according to the signal lamp control instruction.
6. The system according to claim 5, wherein the receiving end signal acquisition controller is further configured to control a corresponding target signal lamp on the machine display board to display a first state when the target production machine is in the on-machine state; and when the target production machine is in an idle state, controlling a corresponding target signal lamp on the machine display board to display a second state.
7. A method for using a wireless remote signage system, the method comprising:
detecting the trigger state of a proximity switch sensor installed in a card production groove;
determining the working state information of the target production machine corresponding to the production card slot according to the trigger state;
sending the working state information of the target production machine to a production information transfer end, so that the production information transfer end transfers the working state information of the target production machine to a production information receiving end; the production information receiving end is used for controlling the receiving end machine to display the display state of a target signal lamp corresponding to the target production machine on the display board according to the working state information of the target production machine; and the display state of the target signal lamp is used for representing the working condition of the target production machine.
8. A wireless remote billboard device, comprising:
the trigger state monitoring module is used for detecting the trigger state of a proximity switch sensor arranged in a card production groove;
the working state determining module is used for determining the working state information of the target production machine corresponding to the production card slot according to the trigger state;
the information sending module is used for sending the working state information of the target production machine to a production information transfer end, so that the production information transfer end transfers the working state information of the target production machine to a production information receiving end; the production information receiving end is used for controlling the receiving end machine to display the display state of a target signal lamp corresponding to the target production machine on the display board according to the working state information of the target production machine; and the display state of the target signal lamp is used for representing the working condition of the target production machine.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor realizes the steps of the method as claimed in claim 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method as claimed in claim 7.
