When peculiar smell is generated in the garbage temporarily staying at the doorway of the resident and the resident moves to the doorway, the smell acquisition terminal 1 triggers the prompt module 14 to generate a prompt signal to directly prompt the resident to treat the garbage at the doorway, so that the possibility that the resident forgets to take away the garbage at the doorway in a hurry when the resident moves out is further reduced.
The server 3 also sends the sanitation state table of the building to the sanitation terminal 4 used by the sanitation worker responsible for the building, so that the sanitation worker can conveniently check the sanitation condition of the building. When the number of resident doors in a state needing cleaning in the building reaches a preset number, the server 3 can also send a notification message to the cleaning terminal 4 to notify cleaning personnel to clean the building in time so as to maintain the public health of the building better.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent building monitoring system, comprising: the system comprises a plurality of smell acquisition terminals (1), a plurality of household terminals (2) and a server (3) for connecting the plurality of smell acquisition terminals (1) and the plurality of household terminals (2);
the odor acquisition terminal (1) is arranged at a doorway of a resident and is used for acquiring odor at the doorway to generate odor data, and the odor data carries a resident portal identifier;
one household terminal (2) is internally provided with a household identifier;
the server (3) is internally pre-stored with the resident portal identification, a comparison table of the resident identification and the standard exceeding state of the odor data;
and when the appointed smell data is in an overproof state, the server (3) generates prompt information and sends the prompt information to the appointed household terminal (2) according to the comparison table.
2. The intelligent building monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein the odor collection terminal (1) comprises a gas concentration detector (11), and the odor data comprises a concentration value of a specified gas;
the server (3) prestores a concentration threshold value relative to a specified gas; the out-of-compliance state is when a concentration value of one or more specified gases exceeds a corresponding concentration threshold.
3. The intelligent building monitoring system of claim 2, wherein the designated gases include ammonia and hydrogen sulfide.
4. The intelligent building monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein the household terminal (2) acquires content in response to a prompt information providing time;
the resident terminal (2) also sends a specified time to the server (3) in response to the operation of obtaining the content at the time;
and the server (3) sends the prompt message to the household terminal (2) again at the appointed moment.
5. The intelligent building monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein the server (3) also prestores habitual times determined based on cycle duration, one of the habitual times being set with respect to one of the household terminals (2);
under the condition of acquiring the content at a moment, if the resident terminal (2) does not operate within a preset time length, the server (3) sends prompt information to the resident terminal (2) at a first habitual moment after the real-time moment.

The intelligent building monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein the server (3) is further prestored with a duration threshold value; and when the smell data is continuously in an overproof state, the server (3) sends the prompt information to the corresponding household terminal (2) at preset intervals.
7. The intelligent building monitoring system according to claim 2, wherein the odor collection terminal (1) further comprises:
the human body detection module (12) is used for detecting whether a person exists at the doorway and outputting a human body detection signal when the person exists at the doorway;
the terminal processor (13) can acquire the concentration threshold value and is used for generating a trigger signal when the human body detection signal is received and the concentration values of one or more specified gases exceed the concentration threshold value; and
a prompt module (14) that generates a prompt signal in response to the trigger signal.
8. The intelligent building monitoring system according to claim 7, wherein the prompting module (14) comprises a buzzer.
9. The intelligent building monitoring system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising: a cleaning terminal (4);
the server (3) is also used for generating a sanitation state table according to the odor data acquired in real time and sending the sanitation state table to the cleaning terminal (4) in real time.
10. The intelligent building monitoring system of claim 9, wherein the hygiene status table includes a household portal status determined based on the household portal identification and the odor data; the resident portal state comprises two types of states of needing cleaning and not needing cleaning; and when the number of the resident portal identifications in the state needing to be cleaned exceeds the preset number, the server (3) sends a notification message to the cleaning terminal (4).
