Claims (10)

1. A grilling component as recited in claim 1 wherein a first groove is formed in the grill pan, the tray is spaced from a bottom wall of the first groove, the tray has a first end and a second end at a front end and a rear end, the tray has a third end and a fourth end at a left end and a right end, the first end and the second end are respectively in spacing fit with the grill pan, the third end and the fourth end are respectively spaced from the grill pan, an opening is formed between the third end and the grill pan at one side of the hot air channel, and an opening is formed between the fourth end and the grill pan at the other side of the hot air channel.

A grilling component as recited in claim 2 wherein said grill pan has a flange surrounding said first groove, two limiting grooves are disposed at the connection between said flange and the side wall of said first groove, said two limiting grooves are disposed at the two ends of said grill pan respectively, said limiting grooves are recessed in the direction away from said tray, said limiting grooves are connected to said first groove, said first end is disposed in said limiting grooves, and said second end is disposed in the other limiting groove.

A grilling component as claimed in claim 3, wherein a second groove is provided on the tray, a mating groove recessed toward the baking tray is provided on the bottom wall of the second groove, the bottom of the mating groove includes a lap joint portion and a drainage portion, the lap joint portion overlaps the bottom wall of the limiting groove, the drainage portion is located in the first groove, and an oil guide hole communicated with the first groove is provided on the drainage portion.

A grilling component as recited in claim 1 further comprising a drawer, said drawer being disposed within said interior cavity, said drawer being in sliding engagement with said housing such that said drawer can be withdrawn from said interior cavity, said grill being removably disposed on said drawer, said grill having handles on both left and right ends, said tray being disposed between said handles, said handles having support portions thereon, said support portions being removably engaged with said drawer.
6. A grilling component as recited in claim 5 wherein said drawer includes two side guards, said two side guards slidably engaging said box, said grill pan disposed between said two side guards, said side guards having mounting slots for mating with said support portion.
7. A grilling component as claimed in claim 6, wherein the bottom of the drawer and the bottom of the grill pan are spaced apart, the side flaps are provided with blocking protrusions, the drawer further comprises a front side plate and a rear side plate, the front side plate and the rear side plate are disposed between the two side flaps, the grill pan and the tray are disposed between the front side plate and the rear side plate, when the support is placed at the mounting groove, the distance between the support and the blocking protrusions is S1, the distance between the grill pan and/or the tray and the front side plate is S2, and S1< S2.

A grilling component as recited in claim 6 wherein said handle comprises a cross member and two upright members, said cross member being disposed between said two upright members, said cross member being adapted to extend out of said drawer, said upright members comprising an upper section, a middle section and a lower section disposed in sequence along a direction approaching said grill pan, said upper section being adjacent to said side guards, said middle section and said lower section being spaced apart from said side guards, said middle section being disposed in an inclined manner with respect to said upper section and said lower section.
9. A grilling component as claimed in any of claims 1 to 8 wherein the tray is provided with a plurality of vents in communication with the hot air channel.
10. Cooking equipment, characterized by comprising a box body and the baking assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein an inner cavity is arranged in the box body, the baking tray and the tray are arranged in the inner cavity, the baking tray is arranged in the box body in a sliding manner, a fan is arranged in the box body, a heating element is arranged in the box body, and the fan is used for blowing hot air heated by the heating element into the inner cavity.
