The valve 9 includes a spool 91 and a second drive mechanism 92. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the valve core 91 is accommodated in the transition duct 80, and both ends are rotatably connected to the transition duct 80 through a rotating shaft 910; four communication channels which are arranged at intervals are formed in the circumferential wall of the valve core 91 along the radial direction, the four communication channels are sequentially marked as a first communication channel 911, a second communication channel 912, a third communication channel 913 and a fourth communication channel 914, the communication channels are communicated at the central position of the valve core 91, the included angle between the first communication channel 911 and the fourth communication channel 914 is basically 180 degrees, and the included angle between the second communication channel 912 and the third communication channel 913 is basically 90 degrees; the second driving mechanism 92 is a motor, and is installed on the outer wall of the transition duct 80, and a power output shaft thereof is connected with the rotating shaft 910, so that the valve core 91 rotates along with the rotating shaft 910.
By switching the valve 9, the integrated cooking machine of the present embodiment has at least four states:
in the first state, as shown in fig. 2, the second communication passage 912 communicates with the first pipe 81, the third communication passage 913 communicates with the second pipe 82, and the first communication passage 911 and the fourth communication passage 914 are blocked by the inner wall of the transition pipe 80, so that the first steam passage communicates, and the second steam passage, the third steam passage, and the fourth steam passage are blocked;
in the second state, as shown in fig. 7, the fourth communication passage 914 communicates with the first pipe 81, the first communication passage 911 communicates with the third pipe 83, the second communication passage 912 and the third communication passage 913 are blocked by the inner wall of the transition duct 80 to communicate the second steam passage, and the first steam passage, the third steam passage and the fourth steam passage are blocked;
in the third state, the third communication passage 913 communicates with the first pipe 81, the second communication passage 912 communicates with the fourth pipe 84, the first communication passage 911 and the fourth communication passage 914 are blocked by the inner wall of the transition pipe 80 to communicate the third steam passage, and the first steam passage, the second steam passage and the fourth steam passage are blocked;
in the fourth state, the second communication passage 912 communicates with the second pipe 82, the third communication passage 913 communicates with the third pipe 83, and the first communication passage 911 and the fourth communication passage 914 are blocked by the inner wall of the transition pipe 80 to communicate the fourth steam passage, and the first steam passage, the second steam passage, and the third steam passage are blocked.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
(1) two working states of the fume collecting hood:
firstly, when the oil smoke extraction is not needed, as shown in fig. 6 to 10, in a non-use state, the smoke collecting hood 4 is accommodated in the second chamber 112, the cover plate 44 covers the mounting opening 32, and the cover plate 44 and the top surface of the panel 3 are in the same plane, so that a large flat plane is formed, and the oil smoke extraction is convenient to manage;
when the range hood is needed, the burner 31 is ignited, the smoke collecting hood 4 is driven by the first driving mechanism 6 to rise above the panel 3, and the exhaust fan 5 is started, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, in a use state, the smoke collecting hood 4 is exposed out of the surface of the panel 3, the smoke inlet 42 is communicated with the outside atmosphere and faces the corresponding burner 31, the smoke outlet 43 is communicated with the interlayer 11, under the action of the exhaust fan 5, oil smoke enters the smoke collecting cavity 41 through the smoke inlet 42 and then enters the second cavity 112, is sucked into the exhaust fan 5, and is finally exhausted through the smoke outlet 12, so that the oil smoke is filtered;
meanwhile, under the action of the exhaust fan 5, hot exhaust gas near the burner 31 enters the first chamber 111 from the air inlet 33, enters the second chamber 112 through the circulation hole 131, is sucked into the exhaust fan 5, and is finally discharged through the smoke outlet 12, so that the temperature of the stove parts such as the panel 3, the knob 34 and electronic elements on the chassis 35 is reduced;
(2) four operating modes of the integrated cooking machine:
firstly, when the disinfection cavity 21 needs to be disinfected, the integrated cooking machine can be switched to a first state as shown in fig. 2 through the valve 9, the steam generating device 7 is started, and steam generated by the steam generating device 7 enters the disinfection cavity 21 through the first pipeline 81, the transition pipeline 80 and the second pipeline 82 in sequence, so that the steam disinfection function is realized;
after the disinfection is finished, the integrated cooking machine can be switched to a fourth state shown in fig. 10 through the valve 9, the exhaust fan 5 is started, under the action of the exhaust fan 5, steam in the disinfection cavity 21 can enter the exhaust fan 5 through the second pipeline 82, the transition pipeline 80 and the third pipeline 83 in sequence, and is finally discharged through the smoke outlet 12, so that the steam exhaust function is realized;
secondly, when the exhaust fan 5 needs to be cleaned, the integrated cooking machine can be switched to a second state shown in fig. 8 through the valve 9, the steam generating device 7 is started, steam generated by the steam generating device 7 can enter the exhaust fan 5 through the first pipeline 81, the transition pipeline 80 and the third pipeline 83 in sequence, and the steam cleaning function of the exhaust fan is realized;
after cleaning, the exhaust fan 5 can be started to discharge water vapor through the smoke outlet 12;
when the fume collecting hood 4 needs to be cleaned, the integrated cooking machine can be switched to a third state shown in fig. 9 through the valve 9, the steam generating device 7 is started, steam generated by the steam generating device 7 enters the fume collecting hood 4 through the first pipeline 81, the transition pipeline 80 and the fourth pipeline 84 in sequence and is sprayed to the filter screen 421, and the steam cleaning function of the fume collecting hood is realized;
after cleaning, the exhaust fan 5 can be started to discharge water vapor through the smoke outlet 12;
in addition, the user only needs to open the drawer 22 above, and water can be supplemented by injecting water into the water inlet joint 711 of the water tank 71 through the external water pipe; because the water tank 71 is positioned between the bottom plate 35 and the top wall of the inner container 2, the area below the panel 3, particularly the bottom plate 35, can be cooled, and correspondingly, the hot waste gas near the combustor 31 and the inner container can preheat the moisture in the water tank 71, thereby saving energy.

Claims (22)

1. An integrated cooking machine comprises
A housing (1) having an opening at the top;
the inner container (2) is provided with a disinfection cavity (21) and is arranged in the shell (1), and an interlayer (11) is formed between the outer wall of the inner container (2) and the inner wall of the shell (1); and
a panel (3) covering an opening at the top of the housing (1) and provided with a burner (31);
the method is characterized in that: the panel (3) is provided with a mounting port (32), and the shell (1) is provided with a smoke outlet (12);
and also comprises
The smoke collecting cover (4) is arranged at the mounting port (32), is internally provided with a smoke collecting cavity (41), and is provided with a smoke inlet (42) and a smoke outlet (43) which are communicated with the smoke collecting cavity (41);
the exhaust fan (5) is arranged in the interlayer (11), is provided with an air suction port and an air exhaust port, can suck air flow from the air suction port and exhaust the air flow through the air exhaust port, the air suction port is communicated with the smoke outlet (43), and the air exhaust port is communicated with the smoke outlet (12); and
a steam generating device (7) arranged in the interlayer (11);
the interlayer (11) is internally provided with a first steam channel and a second steam channel, inlets of the first steam channel and the second steam channel are communicated with a steam outlet of the steam generating device (7), an outlet of the first steam channel is communicated with the disinfection cavity (21) of the inner container (2), and an outlet of the second steam channel is communicated with an inner cavity of the exhaust fan (5).
2. The integrated cooking machine according to claim 1, wherein: also comprises
The power output end of the first driving mechanism (6) is in transmission connection with the fume collecting hood (4) so as to drive the fume collecting hood (4) to move relative to the panel (3) and at least have two states:
in the non-use state, the smoke collecting hood (4) is accommodated in the interlayer (11);
in the using state, the smoke collecting cover (4) is exposed out of the surface of the panel (3), the smoke inlet (42) is communicated with the outside atmosphere, and the smoke outlet (43) is communicated with the interlayer (11).

The integrated cooking machine according to claim 4, wherein: a steam pipeline system (8) is arranged in the interlayer (11), the steam pipeline system (8) comprises a transition pipeline (80), a first pipeline (81), a second pipeline (82), a third pipeline (83) and a fourth pipeline (84), and the first pipeline (81), the second pipeline (82), the third pipeline (83) and the fourth pipeline (84) are communicated through the transition pipeline (80);
the inner spaces of the first pipe (81), the transition pipe (80) and the second pipe (82) form the first steam channel;
the inner spaces of the first pipe (81), the transition pipe (80) and the third pipe (83) form the second steam channel;
the inner spaces of the first pipe (81), the transition pipe (80) and the fourth pipe (84) form the third steam passage;
the inner spaces of the second duct (82), the transition duct (80) and the third duct (83) form the fourth steam passage.
6. The integrated cooking machine according to claim 5, wherein: valves are arranged in the first steam channel, the second steam channel, the third steam channel and the fourth steam channel, so that the integrated cooking machine has at least four states:
in a first state, the first steam channel is communicated, and the second steam channel, the third steam channel and the fourth steam channel are blocked;
in a second state, the second steam channel is communicated, and the first steam channel, the third steam channel and the fourth steam channel are blocked;
in a third state, the third steam channel is communicated, and the first steam channel, the second steam channel and the fourth steam channel are blocked;
in the fourth state, the fourth steam channel is communicated, and the first steam channel, the second steam channel and the third steam channel are blocked.
7. The integrated cooking machine according to claim 6, wherein: the first steam channel, the second steam channel, the third steam channel and the fourth steam channel share one valve (9).
8. The integrated cooking machine according to claim 7, wherein: the valve (9) comprises
The valve core (91) is accommodated in the transition pipeline (80), two ends of the valve core can be rotatably connected to the transition pipeline (80) through a rotating shaft (910), at least four communicating channels which are arranged at intervals are radially arranged on the peripheral wall of the valve core (91), and the communicating channels are communicated with each other at the central position of the valve core (91); and
the power output end of the second driving mechanism (92) is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft (910) so as to enable the valve core (91) to rotate along with the rotating shaft (910);

one of the communication passages is communicated with the first pipeline (81), and the second steam passage is communicated with the third pipeline (83) in a state that the other communication passage is communicated with the third pipeline;
one of the communication passages is communicated with the first pipe (81), and the other communication passage is communicated with the fourth pipe (84), so that the third steam passage is communicated;
one of the communication passages is communicated with the second pipe (82), and the other communication passage is communicated with the third pipe (83), and the fourth steam passage is communicated.

The integrated cooking machine according to claim 8, wherein: the transition pipeline (80) is cylindrical, and the joints of the first pipeline (81), the second pipeline (82), the third pipeline (83) and the fourth pipeline (84) and the transition pipeline (80) are sequentially arranged on the peripheral wall of the transition pipeline (80) at equal intervals;
the four communication channels are sequentially marked as a first communication channel (911), a second communication channel (912), a third communication channel (913) and a fourth communication channel (914), the included angle between the first communication channel (911) and the fourth communication channel (914) is basically 180 degrees, and the included angle between the second communication channel (912) and the third communication channel (913) is basically 90 degrees.
