Starting the driving member 53, the roller 51 rotates, and the flexible belt 52 is wound on the roller 51 or unwound from the roller 51, so as to drive the disinfection lamp tube 2 and the baffle 6 to ascend and descend relative to the cabinet body 1 along with the tube cover 3, and in the ascending and descending process, the baffle 6, the tube cover 3 and the disinfection lamp tube 2 can enter and exit the mounting box 13 through the air outlet 122 and the opening of the mounting box 13, so that the disinfection cabinet has at least two states:
in the first state, the pipe cover 3 is covered on the air outlet 122 and extends into the mounting box 13, the folded edge 32 of the pipe cover 3 is tightly sealed on the inner wall of the liner 12 close to the air outlet 122, and the baffle 6 covers the air outlet 131 to block the steam exhaust channel;
in the second state, the tube cover 3 is exposed out of the mounting box 13 and is positioned in the sterilizing cavity 121, the tube cover 3 and the sterilizing lamp tube 2 can vertically hang down at the bottom end of the flexible belt 52 in a state without air flow disturbance, and can swing along with the flexible belt 52 relative to the cabinet body 1 under the action of hot air flow generated by heating of the heating element 4; the baffle 6 does not cover the air outlet 131 to conduct the steam exhaust channel, a flow guide channel 33 is formed between the outer side wall of the pipe cover 3 and the inner wall of the inner container 12 close to the air outlet 122, the aperture of the flow guide channel 33 is gradually reduced along the flowing direction of the air flow, the baffle 6 is located in the flow guide channel 33 and divides the downstream section of the flow guide channel 33 into a first branch section 331 located above and a second branch section 332 located below, and the outlet of the second branch section 332 is a through hole 61 of the baffle 6, therefore, the steam enters the flow guide channel 33 and then flows in two steps: one part of the water vapor rises along the outer surface of the baffle 6 and directly enters the mounting box 13 through the air outlet 122, the other part of the water vapor rises along the outer side wall of the tube cover 3 to the baffle 6, continues to rise after passing through the through hole 61 on the surface of the baffle 6, and then enters the mounting box 13 through the air outlet 122, so that the water vapor is guided to be discharged in order.
Example 3:
fig. 14 to 19 show a third preferred embodiment of the disinfection cabinet according to the invention. The difference from example 1 is that:
in this embodiment, the air outlet 131 is provided on the front side wall of the mounting box 13, an exhaust passage between the air outlet 122 and the air outlet 131 is formed in the mounting box 13, an inlet of the exhaust passage is communicated with the sterilizing chamber 121 through the air outlet 122, and an outlet of the exhaust passage is communicated with the external atmosphere through the air outlet 131 and the air outlet.
The baffle 6 is arranged independently, at least two sliding blocks 60 arranged at intervals are arranged at the edge of the baffle 6, and a bulge 62 corresponding to the air outlet 131 is convexly arranged on the front side wall of the baffle 6. The driving mechanism 5 includes a roller 51, a flexible belt 52, a driving member 53, a slide bar 54, and a guide rail 55. Specifically, the number of the guide rails 55 is at least two, the guide rails 55 are arranged in the mounting box 13 at intervals and correspond to the slide blocks 60 one by one, slide grooves extending along the length direction of the guide rails 55 are formed in the guide rails 55, and each slide block 60 can be inserted into the slide groove of the corresponding guide rail 55 in a sliding manner; the roller 51 is positioned in the mounting box 13, and two ends of the roller are respectively rotatably connected to two end walls of the mounting box 13 and are positioned substantially right above the sterilizing lamp tube 2; a first end of the flexible belt 52 is connected with the rear end surface of the baffle 6, and a second end of the flexible belt 52 is connected with the top wall of the pipe cover 3 by bypassing the roller 51; the rear end of the sliding rod 54 is connected to the baffle 6 and can be arranged on the front side wall of the mounting box 13 in a penetrating way in a sliding way; the driving member 53 is an electric push rod, and is installed on the top wall of the inner container 12, the power output end of the electric push rod is in transmission connection with the front end of the sliding rod 54, so as to drive the sliding rod 54 to drive the baffle 6 to move back and forth along the guide rail 55, the baffle 6 can drive the disinfection lamp tube 2 to lift relative to the cabinet body 1 along with the tube cover 3 through the flexible belt 52, in the lifting process, the tube cover 3 and the disinfection lamp tube 2 can pass through the air outlet 122 and the opening of the mounting box 13 to enter and exit the mounting box 13, so that the disinfection cabinet has at:
in the first state, the pipe cover 3 is covered on the air outlet 122 and extends into the mounting box 13, the folded edge 32 of the pipe cover 3 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the liner 12 close to the air outlet 122 in a sealing manner, and the bulge 62 on the baffle 6 is inserted into the air outlet 131 so that the baffle 6 covers the air outlet 131 to block the exhaust passage;
in the second state, the tube cover 3 is exposed out of the mounting box 13 and is positioned in the sterilizing cavity 121, the tube cover 3 and the sterilizing lamp tube 2 can vertically hang down at the bottom end of the flexible belt 52 in a state without air flow disturbance, and can swing along with the flexible belt 52 relative to the cabinet body 1 under the action of hot air flow generated by heating of the heating element 4; the baffle 6 does not cover the air outlet 131 to conduct the exhaust passage, a flow guide passage 33 is formed between the outer side wall of the pipe cover 3 and the inner wall of the inner container 12 close to the air outlet 122, and the aperture of the flow guide passage 33 is gradually reduced along the flowing direction of the air flow.

Claims (12)

1. A disinfection cabinet, which comprises
The cabinet body (1) is internally provided with a disinfection cavity (121); and
the disinfection lamp tube (2) is arranged in the cabinet body (1);
