Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型高铁刹车气管,包括伸缩气管,所述伸缩气管两端焊接有第一平接头,且第一平接头外壁开有伸缩气管外螺纹,所述第一平接头与伸缩气管交界处焊接有阻位器,且于伸缩气管上焊接的在阻位器内侧焊接有夹块,所述夹块外壁焊接有保护壳,且保护壳两端水平焊接有第二平接头,且第二平接头内壁开有保护壳内螺纹。本发明通过伸缩气管与弹簧保护壳都具有一定的伸缩弹性,因此在高铁发生震动时,气管受到收缩的力时刹车气管不会因此而脱落,通过保护壳,可保护伸缩气管在其内不受细小颗粒撞击磨损,且在伸缩气管受到巨大压力时发生膨胀时,保护壳可组织伸缩气管继续膨胀从而避免了气管破损。

技术领域
本发明涉及刹车气管技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型高铁刹车气管。
背景技术
传统的刹车气管容易出现气管壁破裂受损,且接头处容易受到震动使用时会形成拉力让气管接头处容易脱落,且高铁刹车气管由于高铁时速很快,气管裸露于高铁底部,容易受到小石子或者颗粒物的撞击。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种新型高铁刹车气管。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种新型高铁刹车气管,包括伸缩气管,所述伸缩气管两端焊接有第一平接头,且第一平接头外壁开有伸缩气管外螺纹,所述第一平接头与伸缩气管交界处焊接有阻位器,且于伸缩气管上焊接的在阻位器内侧焊接有夹块,所述夹块外壁焊接有保护壳,且保护壳两端水平焊接有第二平接头,且第二平接头内壁开有保护壳内螺纹,所述第一平接头与第二平接头之间套接有密封圈,且第一平接头与第二平接头之间螺接有接口环,所述接口环内壁开有接口环内螺纹,且接口环外壁开有接口环外螺纹。
优选的,所述保护壳呈螺旋状,且具有伸缩弹性。
优选的,所述密封圈套接于阻位器外壁一端。
优选的,所述保护壳内螺纹与伸缩气管外螺纹的丝牙都是沿同一方向旋转。
优选的,所述伸缩气管外螺纹与接口环内螺纹相适配,且保护壳内螺纹与接口环外螺纹相适配。
优选的,所述伸缩气管具有拉伸弹性,且伸缩气管由PU材质制成。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、通过伸缩气管与弹簧保护壳都具有一定的伸缩弹性,因此在高铁发生震动时,气管受到收缩的力时刹车气管不会因此而脱落。
2、通过保护壳,可保护伸缩气管在其内不受细小颗粒撞击磨损,且在伸缩气管受到巨大压力时发生膨胀时,保护壳可组织伸缩气管继续膨胀从而避免了气管破损。

参照图1-6,一种新型高铁刹车气管,包括伸缩气管2,所述伸缩气管2具有拉伸弹性,且伸缩气管2由PU材质制成,所述伸缩气管2两端焊接有第一平接头10,且第一平接头10外壁开有伸缩气管外螺纹1,所述第一平接头10与伸缩气管2交界处焊接有阻位器5,所述密封圈4套接于阻位器5外壁一端,且于伸缩气管2上焊接的在阻位器5内侧焊接有夹块7,所述夹块7外壁焊接有保护壳3,所述保护壳3呈螺旋状,且具有伸缩弹性,且保护壳3两端水平焊接有第二平接头12,且第二平接头12内壁开有保护壳内螺纹6,所述保护壳内螺纹6与伸缩气管外螺纹1的丝牙都是沿同一方向旋转,所述第一平接头10与第二平接头12之间套接有密封圈4,且第一平接头10与第二平接头12之间螺接有接口环11,所述接口环11内壁开有接口环内螺纹9,且接口环11外壁开有接口环外螺纹8,所述伸缩气管外螺纹1与接口环内螺纹9相适配,且保护壳内螺纹6与接口环外螺纹8相适配。
工作原理:将伸缩气管2外壁套接上保护壳3,将密封圈4塞入伸缩气管2外螺纹外壁上,螺纹接口与接口环11螺接,接口环11螺接其他气管或气动刹车装置,在伸缩气管2受到气压时伸缩气管2会进行收缩,且保护壳3会承担一定的力。

1.一种新型高铁刹车气管,包括伸缩气管(2),其特征在于,所述伸缩气管(2)两端焊接有第一平接头(10),且第一平接头(10)外壁开有伸缩气管外螺纹(1),所述第一平接头(10)与伸缩气管(2)交界处焊接有阻位器(5),且于伸缩气管(2)上焊接的在阻位器(5)内侧焊接有夹块(7),所述夹块(7)外壁焊接有保护壳(3),且保护壳(3)两端水平焊接有第二平接头(12),且第二平接头(12)内壁开有保护壳内螺纹(6),所述第一平接头(10)与第二平接头(12)之间套接有密封圈(4),且第一平接头(10)与第二平接头(12)之间螺接有接口环(11),所述接口环(11)内壁开有接口环内螺纹(9),且接口环(11)外壁开有接口环外螺纹(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高铁刹车气管,其特征在于,所述保护壳(3)为不锈钢金属软管所制。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高铁刹车气管,其特征在于,所述密封圈(4)套接于阻位器(5)外壁一端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高铁刹车气管,其特征在于,所述保护壳内螺纹(6)与伸缩气管外螺纹(1)的丝牙都是沿同一方向旋转。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高铁刹车气管,其特征在于,所述伸缩气管外螺纹(1)与接口环内螺纹(9)相适配,且保护壳内螺纹(6)与接口环外螺纹(8)相适配。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高铁刹车气管,其特征在于,所述伸缩气管(2)具有拉伸弹性,且伸缩气管(2)由PU材质制成。
