Background
In the field of steel structure buildings, and in the construction process of large-span steel structures or bridges, the sliding construction method is increasingly popularized with the advantages of safety and convenience. Meanwhile, due to the factors of complex construction environment or limited construction site and the like, the construction method for transporting the large-scale member on the finished engineering floor slab or roof is not used. At present, the method of the sliding track of the sliding construction and the sliding track transportation method in the building construction generally has two modes, the first mode is the sliding construction method for paving the whole length of the steel rail track, the method for paving the sliding track by using the above mode needs to arrange steel beams or concrete beams with equal length under the steel rail track, and the down-deflection displacement requirement of the steel beams or the concrete beams is strict, so the construction measure expense is high, and the construction cost is increased. On the other hand, the friction coefficient of the rail is larger, and the required horizontal thrust is larger. The second sliding track is a sliding construction method of a point-distributed rigid track, which reduces the cost of arranging steel beams or concrete beams, but the point-distributed steel rails cannot provide larger lateral horizontal thrust perpendicular to the slide way. On the other hand, the problem that the friction coefficient of the track is larger and the required horizontal thrust is larger is not well solved.

a rolling sliding support for a large-scale component comprises a first upright post, a second upright post and a connecting beam, wherein the tops of the first upright post and the second upright post are connected through the connecting beam, and a plurality of wheels of carrying tankers are arranged at the tops of the first upright post and the second upright post; the multi-wheel carrying tank is reversely arranged, the top plate of the multi-wheel carrying tank is downwards fixedly connected with the first upright post or the second upright post, and the bottom wheel of the multi-wheel carrying tank is contacted with the component; the first upright post is higher than the second upright post, the outer side of the second upright post is fixedly connected with a suspension beam, a side beam which is vertically arranged is fixedly connected onto the suspension beam, a small wheel carrying small tank is arranged on the inner side of the side beam, a top plate of the small wheel carrying small tank is attached to the side beam and is fixedly connected with the side beam, and a bottom wheel of the small wheel carrying small tank faces the member and is contacted with the side surface of the member.
Compared with the prior art, the invention adopting the technical scheme has the beneficial effects that:
1) the invention can greatly reduce the friction coefficient in the sliding construction and reduce the horizontal thrust in the sliding process.
2) The invention has wide application range of the arrangement position, can be arranged on the ground on a sliding construction surface, a floor or a roof of a finished project, and solves the problem of a working site which can not be accessed by a crane.
3) The invention is arranged on the equal distance and multiple points of the component sliding route, saves the material and time for laying the whole long sliding track, can be recycled, reduces the consumption of construction technical measures and materials, and reduces the construction cost.
4) The symmetrical use of the two present inventions can achieve the purpose of providing a large lateral horizontal thrust perpendicular to the slide.
5) The invention has simple structure and convenient installation and disassembly.

Detailed Description
The sliding support provided by the invention is used for sliding construction of large-scale components, can be placed on the ground, can also be arranged on a floor of a finished project, and even can be arranged on a roof on which a roof board is paved. When the crane can not drive in and reaches the installation position, the component can be firstly arranged on the other side, and the rolling sliding support constructed by adopting the sliding construction method disclosed by the invention is slid to the installation position.
When the sliding support is used, two support structures are put into the sliding support, and the two rolling sliding supports are symmetrically arranged, so that a large lateral horizontal thrust large-span net rack or truss structure vertical to a slide way can be provided for sliding.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the rolling sliding support for the large-scale component comprises a first upright post 1, a second upright post 2 and a connecting beam 3, wherein the tops of the first upright post 1 and the second upright post 2 are connected through the connecting beam 3, and the tops of the first upright post 1 and the second upright post 2 are provided with a plurality of wheels of carrying tankers 7; the multi-wheel carrying tank 7 is arranged upside down, the top plate of the multi-wheel carrying tank is downwards fixedly connected with the first upright post 1 or the second upright post 2, and the bottom wheels are contacted with the components; the first upright column 1 is higher than the second upright column 2, the outer side of the second upright column 2 is fixedly connected with a suspension beam 5, a side beam 4 which is vertically arranged is fixedly connected on the suspension beam 5, a small wheel carrying small tank 6 is arranged on the inner side of the side beam 4, the top plate of the small wheel carrying small tank 6 is attached to the side beam 4 and is fixedly connected with the side beam 4, and the bottom wheel of the small wheel carrying small tank is contacted with the side surface of a component.
In the above structure, the length of the tie beam 3 (i.e. the distance between the first upright 1 and the second upright 2) is set according to the section width of the component, and the distance is set to meet the requirement that the multi-wheel transportation small tank 7 on the tops of the two uprights is contacted with the component.
The height difference of the two upright posts constructs an inclined connecting beam 3 to form a supporting foundation with gradient for placing a large member, the gradient determines the adaptive gradient according to the weight of a sliding structure or the member, the gravity center of the member is deviated towards the side beam 4, the bottom of the sliding member is supported by a multi-wheel carrying small tank 7, the side surface of the member is stably supported by a small-wheel carrying small tank 6, and the problem that the in-place direction and the in-place position point are difficult to control due to the left-right deviation of a sliding object in the advancing process is prevented.
The height of the first upright post 1 and the second upright post 2 is set according to the requirement of the installation height of the component, and the requirement that the component to be slid can be horizontally slid to the installation position is met.
As shown in fig. 4a, the first upright column 1 and the second upright column 2 are made of large-diameter round tubes or square steel tubes, and the cross-sectional height L1 of the round tubes or square steel tubes is smaller than the width of the long side L2 of the multi-wheel transport tank. The round pipe or the square steel pipe with larger diameter can bear the vertical gravity of the slipped member.
