Abstract
The invention provides a rapid dredging device which comprises a base, wherein a stirring device, an air injection device and a sewage suction device are arranged on the base; the stirring device is connected with a stirring blade; the air injection device is connected with a high-pressure pipeline; the sewage suction device is connected with a sewage suction pipeline; the mechanical arm is fixedly arranged on the base; the front end of the mechanical arm is fixedly connected with the stirring blade, the high-pressure pipeline and the sewage suction pipeline; the control device controls the mechanical arm, the stirring device, the air injection device and the sewage suction device to work; according to the invention, the position of the mechanical arm is flexibly adjusted, the sludge is firstly scattered through the stirring device, and then is blown up by the air injection device to float in water, so that most of the sludge forms muddy water, and meanwhile, the muddy water is sucked away by the sewage suction pump, so that the sludge can be quickly cleaned, the capacity of the water pool is improved, the preparation is provided for the next step of water pumping in the shortest time, and the requirement of continuous production of mines is met.

Background
When a mine is excavated, an underground roadway ditch needs to be subjected to dredging frequently, sludge is deposited at the bottom of the ditch, and the operation is slow due to the low efficiency of a sewage suction pump; in addition, the underground water is continuously pumped to the ground until reaching a sedimentation tank, and the water in the sedimentation tank is discharged after being treated and continuously works; the sludge at the bottom of the sedimentation tank occupies a large volume of the sedimentation tank, so that the water treatment capacity in unit time is reduced, and the continuous working progress is influenced, so that the sludge needs to be quickly cleaned; at present all adopt the soil pick-up pump to decontaminate, in order to reduce silt in the sediment of the basement, can use agitating unit to stir in advance, but silt is still sunken at the bottom mostly after the stirring, and the part forms muddy water, and soil pick-up efficiency is still than lower, is not conform to the requirement of mine continuous production.
