The tunnel mud-extruding body construction treatment device according to claim 6, wherein one end of the third mechanical arm (51) is provided with a third groove (52) and a second through hole (55), the other end of the third mechanical arm is provided with a fourth groove (53), a seventh rotating shaft (54) is arranged in the third groove (52), the mounting shaft (59) is communicated with the third mechanical arm (51) and the fourth groove (53), the seventh rotating shaft (54) penetrates through the third hinge block (410) and is in rotating fit with the third hinge block (410), and the sixth rotating shaft (48) penetrates through the second through hole (55) and is in rotating fit with the second through hole (55).

The tunnel mud outburst body construction treatment device according to claim 7, wherein one end of the third mechanical arm (51) is provided with a speed change mechanism (57), the other end of the third mechanical arm is provided with a connecting rod (515), the upper end of the speed change mechanism (57) is provided with a second motor (56), the lower end of the speed change mechanism (57) is provided with an output gear (58), an input gear (510) is meshed with the output gear (58), one end of the connecting rod (515) is provided with a sewage discharge pipe (516), one end of the sewage discharge pipe (516) is provided with a detachable filter cylinder (517) for filtering large granular substances in slurry, and the other end of the sewage discharge pipe (516) is provided with a first connector (518).

10. A method of handling a tunnel projecting body construction handling device according to any one of claims 1-9, characterized in that the method comprises the steps of:
s1, installing a water pipe to respectively connect the water supply pump (29) with the water outlet pipe (61), connecting the sewage pumping pump (210) with the sewage discharge pipe (516), communicating the water supply pump (29) with an external water source, and communicating the sewage pumping pump (210) with the outside;
s2, starting the driving device (1) to move the processing device to the mud outburst area;
s3, starting the first motor (28), driving the gear disc (22) to rotate by the first motor (28), adjusting each mechanical arm to a proper position, and closing the first motor (28);
s4, starting a second motor (56), a water supply pump (29), a first hydraulic cylinder (37), a second hydraulic cylinder (38) and a third hydraulic cylinder (42), wherein the second motor (56) drives a stirring column (512) to rotate, the water supply pump (29) supplies water to a water outlet pipe (61), a spray head (63) starts to spray water, the first hydraulic cylinder (37), the second hydraulic cylinder (38) and the third hydraulic cylinder (42) stretch and contract to respectively adjust the angles of a first joint arm (3), a second joint arm (4) and a third joint arm (5), and the stirring column (512) is inserted into the mud projecting body to start stirring;
s5, after the slurry in the stirring area is diluted, starting the sewage pumping pump (210), and starting pumping and discharging the slurry by the water outlet pipe (61);
s6, after the pumping and the drainage of the slurry in the stirring area are finished, the first motor (28) is started again to adjust each mechanical arm to another direction, the stirring column (512) and the water outlet pipe (61) are moved to another slurry projecting area, or the driving device (1) is started to move the processing device to another position for slurry projecting processing;
s7, after the mud outburst treatment is completed, the second motor (56), the water supply pump (29) and the sewage pumping pump (210) are closed, the first hydraulic cylinder (37), the second hydraulic cylinder (38) and the third hydraulic cylinder (42) are controlled to stretch out and draw back to adjust each mechanical arm to a proper angle, then the first hydraulic cylinder (37), the second hydraulic cylinder (38) and the third hydraulic cylinder (42) are closed, and finally the water pipe is detached.
