The balancing weight P is mainly used for balancing the equipment, so that the gravity center of the equipment in the running and drilling pile planting working state of the equipment can be located at the center of the equipment platform 1, the stress is balanced, and the safety is ensured.
In the embodiment, the square pile-planting hole is formed in the center of the platform main board 11, and the pile-planting device 2 comprises two pile-planting frames 21 arranged on the left side and the right side of the pile-planting hole, and a pile-clamping cylinder and a pile-planting cylinder, wherein the pile-clamping cylinder is arranged on the two pile-planting frames 21 and used for clamping a precast pile Z, and the pile-planting cylinder is used for planting piles.
In the embodiment, the lifting device 3 of the invention comprises a lifting operation table 31 with a turntable at the bottom and a telescopic boom 32 arranged on the lifting operation table 31, wherein a lifting hook 33 for lifting the precast pile Z is arranged on the telescopic boom 32; the lifting console 31 is mounted on the left side of the platform main plate 11, i.e., near one short side of the left side of the platform main plate 11. The lifting console 31 can be rotated 360 degrees by means of a turntable mounted at its bottom, so that the telescopic boom 32 is extended in different directions.
In an embodiment, the drilling carriage platform 4 of the present invention comprises a drilling carriage plate 41 and a drilling carriage turntable 42 mounted below the drilling carriage plate 41 for rotating the drilling carriage plate 41. The bottom surface of the drilling frame turntable 42 is fixedly arranged on the drilling frame base M; the main mast 5, the distribution box D and the hoist 7 are all arranged on the drilling platform 41. In order to ensure a balanced centre of gravity of the rig floor 4, it can be seen from the figures that the rig floor 41 is provided with a rig counterweight at the opposite end to the main mast 5.
In the embodiment, the bottom surface of the drilling platform 41 is higher than the highest point of the pile planting device 2. The drilling carriage platform 4 is mounted on the carriage base M such that the bottom surface of the drilling carriage 41 is higher than the highest point of the pile planting device 2, thus ensuring that the drilling carriage 41 and all components mounted on the drilling carriage 41 are not blocked by any component when the carriage turntable 42 rotates. As can be seen from fig. 1, the upper end of the main mast support 8 is hinged to the main mast 5 near the top end of the main mast 5 at a hinge point that is one quarter of the length from the top end of the main mast 5, i.e. one quarter of the total length of the main mast 5. The lower end of the main mast support 8 is provided with a telescopic cylinder, the total length of the main mast support 8 can be adjusted by using the telescopic cylinder, and the cylinder body of the telescopic cylinder is arranged on the drilling platform 41.
In the embodiment, two guide sliding rails or guide sliding grooves extending along the height direction of the main mast 5 are formed on the main mast 5, a bottom plate is arranged on the bottom surface of the main machine 6, and a sliding block 6a in sliding guide fit with the guide sliding rails or the guide sliding grooves of the main mast 5 is arranged on the bottom plate. Through the sliding fit of the sliding block 6a and the guiding sliding rail or the guiding sliding groove, the stability of the up-and-down movement of the main machine 6 of the drilling machine can be ensured.
In the embodiment, for convenience of description, we name one of the two drilling machine hosts 6 as a first drilling machine host 61 and the other one of the two drilling machine hosts 6 as a second drilling machine host 62, and correspondingly, the winch 7 includes a first winch 71 which drives the first drilling machine host 61 to move up and down through a wire rope and a second winch 72 which drives the second drilling machine host 62 to move up and down through the wire rope. The two drilling machine hosts 6 are driven by two windlass 7, and are not affected by each other. The drill rod 9 is a hollow drill rod with stirring blades 91 arranged on the peripheral surface at intervals, and the stirring blades can disperse and stir soil in the soil drilling process. The drill pipe 9 is hollow and internally provided with internal pipes for supplying hydraulic and water slurry. Since the first section of drill pipe 9 is required to drill the earth, the bottom end of the drill pipe 9 mounted on the first drill main body 61 is fitted with an expansion wing drill 92 having a bottom expansion function. The interior of the expansion wing drill 92 is also hollow and is also provided with internal plumbing for supplying hydraulic and hydraulic fluid. The expansion wing drill 92 is also provided with expansion wings which are opened or closed under hydraulic control, and the bottom of the drilled hole can be reamed to form a pile end expansion head by controlling the opening of the expansion wings.
The invention also discloses a construction method of the precast pile sinking equipment, which comprises the following steps:
1) The equipment platform 1 is walked to a piling position by using a walking ship, the center of a square pile planting hole is aligned to the center of the piling position, after the perpendicularity of the main mast 5 is adjusted by the main mast support 8, the first drill pipe 9 provided with the expansion wing drill bit 92 is driven to rotate by the first drill machine host 61, meanwhile, the first drill machine host 61 is controlled to stably slide downwards along the main mast 5 by the first winch 71, so that the first drill pipe 9 drills into soil, and water or mixed liquid with additive is injected into the drilled hole by the first drill pipe 9 and an internal pipeline in the expansion wing drill bit 92 according to geological conditions in the process of drilling the first drill pipe 9 into the soil; see fig. 3.
2) Stopping drilling when the first section of drill rod 9 drills into the soil body and the top end of the first section of drill rod 9 is 0.5 m to 1m away from the platform main board, dismantling the connection between the first drilling machine host 61 and the first section of drill rod 9, and then pulling the first drilling machine host 61 to slide upwards along the main mast 5 through the first winch 71 so that the first drilling machine host 61 is separated from the first section of drill rod 9; see fig. 4.
3) Starting the drilling frame platform 4 to rotate for 45 degrees, enabling the second drilling machine host 62 to drive the second section of drill rod 9 to rotate right above the first section of drill rod 9, splicing and connecting the second section of drill rod 9 with the first section of drill rod 9 by utilizing a quick connector, controlling the second drilling machine host 62 to stably slide downwards along the main mast 5 through the second winch 72 while driving the second section of drill rod 9 and the first section of drill rod 9 to rotate, enabling the second section of drill rod 9 to continuously drill into a soil body, and injecting water or mixed liquid mixed with an additive into a drilled hole through the second section of drill rod 9, the first section of drill rod 9 and an internal pipeline in the expansion wing drill bit 92 according to geological conditions in the process of drilling the second section of drill rod 9; after the expansion wing drill bit 92 reaches the designed elevation, the second winch 72 drives the second drilling machine host 62, the second section of drill rod 9, the first section of drill rod 9 and the expansion wing drill bit 92 to repeatedly lift and descend for a plurality of times to perform hole washing operation, after hole washing is completed, the expansion wing of the expansion wing drill bit 92 is opened under the control of an internal hydraulic system and simultaneously rotates and sweeps up and down, so that the bottom of a drilled hole is expanded to form a pile end expansion head; see FIG. 5
4) Injecting prescribed cement paste into the pile end expansion head through the internal pipelines in the second section of drill rod 9, the first section of drill rod 9 and the expansion wing drill bit 92, wherein in the injection process, the second winch 72 drives the second drilling machine host 62, the second section of drill rod 9, the first section of drill rod 9 and the expansion wing drill bit 92 to lift and descend for a plurality of times until the cement paste at the pile end expansion head is injected, and the expansion wing of the expansion wing drill bit 92 is disturbed under the control of an internal hydraulic system;
5) The second winch 72 drives the second drilling machine host 62 to lift upwards; the second drilling machine main machine 62 drives the second section of drill rod 9, the first section of drill rod 9 and the expansion wing drill bit 92 to rotate while lifting, and fills the pile periphery cement paste into the periphery of the drilled hole through the internal pipelines in the second section of drill rod 9, the first section of drill rod 9 and the expansion wing drill bit 92; after the second section of drill rod 9 is completely pulled out of the drill hole, stopping rotary lifting and grouting, clamping and fixing the first section of drill rod 9 by using a pile clamping oil cylinder of the pile planting device 2, dismantling the connection between the second section of drill rod 9 and the first section of drill rod 9, starting the drill frame platform 4 to reversely rotate for 45 degrees, and connecting the first drilling machine host 61 with the first section of drill rod 9; see fig. 6.
6) After the first drilling machine host 61 is connected with the first section of drill rod 9, the pile clamping oil cylinder loosens the first section of drill rod 9, the first winch 71 drives the first drilling machine host 61 to lift upwards, the first drilling machine host 61 drives the first section of drill rod 9 and the expansion wing drill bit 92 to rotate while lifting, and pile cement paste is injected into the periphery of a drilled hole through internal pipelines in the first section of drill rod 9 and the expansion wing drill bit 92 until the first section of drill rod 9 and the expansion wing drill bit 92 are pulled out of the ground, and the bottom of the expansion wing drill bit 92 is higher than the top of the pile planting device 2, as shown in fig. 7. Then, starting the drilling frame platform 4 to drive the main mast 5 to rotate 90 degrees, so that no shielding exists above the pile planting device 2; see fig. 8.
7) Hoisting a section of precast pile Z by using a hoisting device 3, vertically placing the section of precast pile Z between two pile planting frames 21 of a pile planting device 2 (see figure 9), clamping the section of precast pile Z by using a pile clamping cylinder of the pile planting device 2, separating the hoisting device 3 from the section of precast pile Z, and hoisting another section of precast pile Z by using the hoisting device 3; meanwhile, the pile clamping oil cylinder loosens the clamping degree of the clamped precast pile Z, the pile planting oil cylinder of the pile planting device 2 is used for planting the precast pile Z with the loosened clamping degree into a drilled hole into which cement paste is injected, and when the pile top surface of the planted precast pile Z is 0.8m to 1m away from the plate surface of the platform main board 11 of the equipment platform 1, the pile clamping oil cylinder is used for clamping the top of the planted precast pile Z;
8) Fixedly connecting the lifted other precast pile Z with the planted precast pile Z into a whole by adopting a welding or mechanical connection method; after the connection is completed, the pile planting device 2 continuously sinks the prefabricated pile Z with the connection completed into the drilled hole, and the operation is repeated until all the prefabricated piles Z are sunk into the drilled hole. See FIG. 10
In the embodiment, the first section of precast pile Z lifted is a bamboo joint pile with an annular bulge on a pile body, and the rest of precast piles Z are one or more of bamboo joint piles, PHC pipe piles and composite reinforcement piles.

Claims (4)

1. Precast pile sinking equipment comprises a movable equipment platform and is characterized in that: the center of the equipment platform (1) is provided with a pile planting device (2) for planting piles, one side of the equipment platform (1) positioned on the pile planting device (2) is provided with a lifting device (3) capable of rotating 360 degrees for lifting precast piles (Z), and the other side of the equipment platform (1) positioned on the pile planting device (2) is fixedly provided with a drilling frame base (M); a drilling frame platform (4) capable of rotating by 360 degrees is arranged on the drilling frame base (M), a main mast (5) is hinged and erected on the drilling frame platform (4), and two drilling machine hosts (6) for driving a drilling rod (9) to rotate are circumferentially arranged on the main mast (5) at 45 degrees; the drilling frame platform (4) is also provided with a winch (7) which is connected with the main machine (6) of the drilling machine through a steel wire rope and used for driving the main machine (6) of the drilling machine to move up and down along the main mast (5) and a distribution box (D) used for distributing power to all power utilization units on the equipment; the main mast (5) is hinged with two main mast supports (8) which are used for supporting the main mast (5) and can adjust the perpendicularity of the main mast (5) through extension or shortening;

The hoisting device (3) comprises a hoisting operation table (31) with a turntable at the bottom and a telescopic boom (32) arranged on the hoisting operation table (31), wherein a lifting hook (33) for hoisting the precast pile (Z) is arranged on the telescopic boom (32); the lifting operation table is arranged on one side, close to one short side, of the platform main board (11);
Two guide sliding rails extending along the height direction of the main mast (5) are formed on the main mast (5), and a sliding block (6 a) matched with the guide sliding rails of the main mast (5) in a sliding and guiding manner is arranged on the main machine (6);
