Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of paper preparation, in particular to oil painting paper and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Paper for painting is mainly classified into two categories: one is Chinese painting paper, and the other is Western painting paper. The Chinese painting paper includes Xuan paper, mulberry paper, paper for clamping river, etc., and the Western painting paper includes watercolor paper, oil painting paper, plate painting paper, etc. The oil painting paper is paper specially used for oil painting creation. Traditional oil painting creation is mainly performed on linen, but the oil painting canvas has the defects of high price, inconvenient use and the like, so that more and more people begin to use cheap and convenient oil painting paper to perform oil painting exercise and creation.
The oil painting creation has high requirements on paper, firstly, because the oil painting pigment contains vegetable oil, the oil painting paper is required to have oil resistance and water resistance, secondly, the oil painting creation needs to be repeatedly coated and scraped on the paper, so the paper is required to have high tensile strength and surface strength, and in addition, because painters are more used to the surface texture of oil painting canvas, the paper surface is also required to have natural cloth marks. In addition, the oil painting paper pigment is required to have good fastness, namely the oil painting pigment is not easy to fall off and dry and crack on the surface of paper after being dried.
At present, relatively few documents related to oil painting paper are published, and Chinese patent CN111197267A introduces a manufacturing process of easy-to-color oil painting paper, but the process is not suitable for industrial production on a paper machine, and oil repellency of the paper is not considered.

Preferably, an auxiliary agent is added during slurry preparation; the auxiliary agent comprises polyamide epichlorohydrin resin and cationic polyacrylamide.
The invention provides the oil painting paper prepared by the preparation method of the technical scheme.
Preferably, the surface of the oil painting paper has a cloth texture.
Preferably, the quantitative weight of the oil painting paper is 280-300 g/m 2 (ii) a The tightness of the oil painting paper is 0.5-0.8 g/cm 3 (ii) a The Cobb water absorption capacity of the oil painting paper is 15-37 g/m 2 (ii) a The oil-proof kit value of the oil painting paper is 5-12; the transverse tensile strength of the oil painting paper is 13-20 kN/m.
The invention provides a preparation method of oil painting paper, which comprises the following steps: sequentially pulping, mixing pulp, manufacturing paper and drying by a first drying cylinder to obtain raw paper; finishing the base paper to obtain texture paper; performing surface sizing and drying on the texture paper to obtain oil painting paper; the sizing liquid adopted by the surface sizing comprises polyvinyl alcohol, an organic fluorine compound and water. In the invention, polyvinyl alcohol and organic fluoride are mixed to prepare the surface sizing solution, the strength of the oil painting paper is improved through the polyvinyl alcohol, the surface energy of the paper is reduced through the organic fluoride, and the oil resistance of the paper is increased; the invention arranges a finishing procedure after the first drying cylinder is dried, and the paper has moderate water content at the position, thereby providing clear and natural cloth texture on the surface. The oil-proof and strength of the oil painting paper prepared by the method provided by the invention can be effectively improved, and the paper has the surface texture of cloth grains.
