In the embodiment, the flame retardant is a high-molecular gua-prepolymer phosphorus-nitrogen polyol flame retardant, the mass ratio of the flame retardant powder to water in a slurry tank is 1:9, the flame retardant effect of the finished woven belt after flame retardant finishing can achieve the effects that the after-burning time is less than 5s, the smoldering time is less than 2s, the damage length is not more than 100mm, and the light fastness and the dry-wet color fastness are not lower than 4-5 levels according to the GB/T5455 plus material 2013 vertical burning method.
