The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
A dehydration control method of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, 5-8, a dehydration control method of a washing machine according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention includes an outer tub 1, an inner tub 2, a water level detecting device 3, a control device, a drain device, and a driving device for driving the inner tub 2 to rotate, the inner tub 2 being rotatably provided in the outer tub 1, the inner tub 2 defining a washing chamber therein in which laundry may be washed. A water containing cavity 11 is defined between the outer barrel 1 and the inner barrel 2, and water in the washing cavity is suitable for being discharged to the water containing cavity 11 when the washing machine is in a dehydration stage. For example, the upper part of the side wall of the inner barrel 2 is provided with a through dehydration hole, the dehydration hole is adjacent to the upper edge of the side wall of the inner barrel 2, the outer side wall of the inner barrel 2 is provided with a water guiding bulge 6 extending along the vertical direction, the water guiding bulge 6 is a hollow convex hull structure with the side wall of the inner barrel 2 rising from inside to outside, a water guiding channel is defined by the water guiding bulge 6 and the side wall of the inner barrel 2, the upper end of the water guiding bulge 6 can be closed, and the upper end of the water guiding bulge 6 covers the dehydration hole; or, be equipped with the water drainage cover (not shown) in the lateral wall of interior bucket 2, the water drainage cover can be integrative with the thread scrap filter and set up, form the dehydration hole between interior bucket 2 lateral wall upper portion and the water drainage cover, be formed with on the lateral wall of interior bucket 2 along the diversion arch 6 that extends of upper and lower direction, the hollow convex closure structure of the lateral wall uplift from inside to outside of diversion arch 6 for interior bucket 2, inject the diversion passageway between diversion arch 6 and the water drainage cover, diversion arch 6 upper end is through dehydration hole and washing chamber intercommunication, make the water of interior bucket 2 can follow the dehydration hole and get into the diversion passageway. The lower end of the diversion bulge 6 is opened, a diversion hole 61 is formed at the opened position, and water in the diversion channel can enter the outer barrel from the diversion hole 61. When the washing machine is in the dewatering stage, the water in the inner tub 2 can move upwards under the centrifugal force in multiple directions and reach the dewatering holes, the water enters the water diversion channel from the dewatering holes, and then enters the water containing cavity from the water diversion holes 61. The height of the outer tub 1 can be designed to be lower than that of the inner tub 2, preferably, the height of the outer tub 1 is 1/5 to 3/5 of the height of the inner tub 2, so that the material cost of the outer tub 1 can be reduced, and the arrangement of other structures of the washing machine is convenient.
The drainage device is arranged at the bottom of the inner barrel 2 and is used for draining water in the inner barrel 2 to the outside, for example, the drainage device comprises a three-way pipe 4 and a drainage valve 7, the three-way pipe 4 is provided with a first pipe body, a second pipe body 42 and a third pipe body 43, the first pipe body is communicated with the washing cavity, the drainage valve 7 is arranged in the second pipe body 42, the water level detection device 3 is arranged in the third pipe body 43, water in the inner barrel 2 is suitable for entering the second pipe body 42 when the drainage valve 7 is opened, the outer barrel 1 is provided with a drainage channel 8 for outwards draining the water in the water containing cavity 11, the drainage channel 8 can be kept on, accumulated water in the outer barrel 1 in the working process of the washing machine can be drained to the outside from the drainage channel 8 at any time, and the three-way pipe 4 can be communicated with the drainage channel 8. For example, the drain passage 8 is connected to the second pipe body 42, and the drain passage 8 is connected downstream of the drain valve 7, so that the accumulated water in the tub 1 can enter the second pipe body 42 from the drain passage 8 and be discharged to the outside regardless of whether the drain valve 7 conducts or blocks the second pipe body 42. When the drain valve 7 conducts the second pipe 42, the water discharged from the inner tub 2 and the water discharged from the outer tub 1 may be merged and discharged to the outside through the second pipe 42, which is advantageous to simplify the structure of the washing machine and facilitate the installation of other components of the washing machine. The driving device is used for driving the inner tub 2 to rotate, the driving device drives the inner tub 2 to rotate to wash the clothes when the washing machine is in a washing stage, and the driving device drives the inner tub 2 to rotate at a high speed to throw out water attached to the clothes through centrifugal force when the washing machine is in a dewatering stage.
When the drain valve 7 is opened, water in the inner barrel 2 can be discharged to the outside through the three-way pipe 4, and when the drain valve 7 is closed, water in the inner barrel 2 cannot be discharged to the outside through the three-way pipe 4. For example, a drain hole is formed on the bottom wall of the inner tub 2, the first tube of the three-way tube 4 is communicated with the drain hole, the three-way tube 4 is located below the outer tub 1, and water in the washing chamber can flow through the first tube and the second tube 42 successively from the drain hole and be discharged to the outside. The drain valve 7 disposed in the second tube 42 can open or close the second tube 42, the drain valve 7 is connected to the retractor 41, and the retractor 41 drives the drain valve 7 to move to open or close the second tube 42. The drain valve 7 can cut off the second pipe 42 in the washing process, so that the bottom of the inner barrel 2 is closed, the inner barrel 2 and the outer barrel 1 can be communicated only through the water diversion channel, because the dehydration hole communicated with the water diversion channel is positioned on the upper part of the inner side wall of the inner barrel 2, water in the inner barrel 2 can hardly enter the outer barrel 1, so that the outer barrel 1 has no accumulated water in the washing process, the noise generated by water friction in the outer barrel 1 when the inner barrel 2 rotates is favorably reduced, the rotation resistance of the inner barrel 2 can be reduced, and the energy consumption in the dehydration stage is reduced.
The water level detection device 3 is used for detecting the water level in the washing cavity and the water level in the water containing cavity 11, and the water level detection device 3 can read the water level in the washing cavity (namely the water level of the inner barrel 2) and the water level in the water containing cavity 11 (namely the water level of the outer barrel 1) in real time, so that the outer barrel 1 and the inner barrel 2 can share one water level detection device 3, and the detection of the water level of the outer barrel 1 is realized under the condition that the water level detection device is not additionally arranged on the outer barrel 1. For example, the water level detecting means 3 includes a water level sensor, the water level detecting means 3 can detect the water level in the washing water chamber, and the control means can read the water level information detected by the water level detecting means 3. When the drain valve 7 conducts the second pipe 42, water in the washing cavity can be discharged to the outside through the three-way pipe 4, the water in the washing cavity enters the second pipe 42 and the third pipe 43 from the first pipe, and the water level detection device 3 in the third pipe 43 can detect the water level of the inner barrel 2 according to pressure; when the drain valve 7 cuts off the second tube 42, the water in the washing chamber cannot be discharged, the control device can control the retractor 41 to pull the drain valve 7 to open or cut off the second tube 42, at this time, the water in the washing chamber can still enter the third tube 43 from the first tube, and the water level detection device 3 located in the third tube 43 can detect the water level of the inner barrel 2 according to the pressure. For example, a clutch 5 connected with the inner barrel 2 is arranged below the outer barrel 1, the control device can control the clutch 5 to be opened and closed, the driving device can control the inner barrel 2 to rotate to start and stop when the clutch 5 is opened, and the inner barrel 2 is fixedly locked when the clutch 5 is closed. For example, the driving device includes a motor electrically connected to the control device, the motor can drive the inner tub 2 to rotate, and the control device can control the motor to operate or turn off, thereby driving the inner tub 2 to rotate or stop. The water level detection device 3, the drainage device and the driving device are all electrically connected with the control device.
Alternatively, the third pipe 43 may extend to the side of the outer tub 1, such that the length of the third pipe 43 is increased, which is beneficial to improving the accuracy of the water level detection device 3 located in the third pipe 43 in detecting the water level, for example, when the water level detection device 3 is a pressure sensor, water may enter the third pipe 43 from the first pipe or the second pipe 42, the water generates pressure on the water level detection device 3 located in the third pipe 43, and the pressure sensor may be more sensitive to pressure change in the third pipe 43 due to the increased length of the third pipe 43, thereby improving the accuracy of the water level detection device 3 located in the third pipe 43 in detecting the water level.
The working process of the washing machine comprises a washing stage, a draining stage and a dewatering stage, wherein in the washing stage, a user puts clothes to be washed into a washing cavity and adds water into the washing cavity, at the moment, the water in the inner barrel 2 can enter the third pipe 43, the water level detection device 3 can detect the water level of the inner barrel 2, when the water level in the inner barrel 2 is suitable for washing the clothes, the water adding is stopped, and the driving device controls the inner barrel 2 to rotate. After washing, the washing machine enters a drainage stage, the driving device controls the inner barrel 2 to stop rotating, the drain valve 7 is opened, water in the washing cavity can be drained to the outside from the three-way pipe 4, a small amount of accumulated water in the water containing cavity 11 can be drained to the outside from the drainage channel 8, at the moment, the water in the inner barrel 2 can enter the third pipe body 43, the water level detection device 3 can detect the water level of the inner barrel 2, when the accumulated water is not approximately accumulated in the water containing cavity 11 and the washing cavity, the drainage stage is finished, and the washing machine enters a dehydration stage. In the dehydration stage, the drain valve 7 is opened, the driving device controls the inner barrel 2 to rotate at a high speed, water attached to clothes is thrown out through centrifugal force so as to dry the clothes, the thrown water can enter the water containing cavity 11 and is discharged to the outside, the dehydration stage is finished after the dehydration time set by a user, the driving device controls the inner barrel 2 to stop rotating, the washing machine finishes washing the clothes, and the user can take the clothes out. In the dewatering stage, since the drain valve 7 is opened, the accumulated water in the outer tub 1 can enter the third pipe 43 from the drain passage 8 along the second pipe 42, so that the water level detecting device 3 can detect the water level of the outer tub 1 in real time, and the inner tub 2 and the outer tub 1 can share one water level detecting device 3, thereby eliminating the need of providing an additional water level detector in the outer tub 1. When the washing machine enters the dehydration stage, the dehydration operation of the washing machine may be controlled using the dehydration control method described below.
The dehydration control method comprises the following steps: when the control device receives the dehydration signal, the control device controls the washing machine to enter a dehydration stage; the control device controls the drainage valve 7 to be opened and the driving device to work, the inner barrel 2 starts to rotate at high speed, and the control device reads the water level value p of the water level detection device 3 in real timex(ii) a The control device judges pxAnd a first predetermined threshold value p1If p is a magnitude relation ofx≥p1If the water level of the outer barrel 1 is too high, the control device controls the driving device to stop working, the inner barrel 2 stops rotating to wait for the water level of the outer barrel 1 to drop, and after the water level of the outer barrel 1 drops to a certain degree, the inner control device controls the driving device to work, and the inner barrel 2 resumes rotating; if p isx<p1When the water level of the outer barrel 1 is normal, the control device controls the driving device to work, and the inner barrel 2 keeps rotating.
Alternatively, the user may send the dehydration signal to the control device by pressing a button on the control panel of the washing machine, or may set a program to make the control device automatically obtain the dehydration signal according to the washing condition.
In the dewatering stage of the washing machine, the dewatering speed of the inner barrel 2 is higher than the drainage speed of the outer barrel 1, so that the water level of the outer barrel 1 continuously rises. In the dehydration control method of the washing machine, the water level of the outer barrel 1 is detected in real time by the water level detection device 3, and the control device reads the water level value p of the water level detection device 3 in real timexAt p ofx≥p1When the water level in the outer barrel 1 is too high, the inner barrel 2 stops rotating to wait for the water level in the water containing cavity 11 to drop, and when the water level in the water containing cavity 11 drops and p is higherx<p1When the water level of the outer barrel 1 is normal, the driving device controls the inner barrel 2 to rotate, in the whole dehydration stage, when the water level of the outer barrel 1 is overhigh, the inner barrel 2 stops rotating to reduce the water level of the outer barrel 1, after the water level of the outer barrel 1 is reduced to a certain degree, the inner barrel 2 recovers to rotate, so that the water level of the outer barrel 1 is always controlled to be lower, the inner barrel 2 rotates when the water level of the outer barrel 1 is always lower, the noise generated by friction between the inner barrel 2 and the water in the outer barrel 1 when the inner barrel 2 rotates can be reduced, the rotation resistance of the inner barrel 2 can be reduced, and the water level of the outer barrel 1 can be controlled to be lower, so that the water level of the inner barrel 1 can be reducedThe energy consumption in the dehydration stage is reduced. The dehydration control method of the washing machine controls the start and stop of dehydration according to the water level in the outer barrel 1, so that the inner barrel 2 rotates when the water level in the outer barrel 1 is lower all the time in the dehydration stage, the noise generated by the friction between the inner barrel 2 and the water in the outer barrel 1 during the rotation can be reduced, the rotation resistance of the inner barrel 2 can be reduced, and the energy consumption in the dehydration stage can be reduced.
According to the dehydration control method of the washing machine of the present invention, the water level detection device can detect the water level of the inner tub 2 and the water level of the outer tub 1, and the outer tub 1 and the inner tub 2 can share one water level detection device 3, thereby realizing the detection of the water level of the outer tub 1 without additionally adding the water level detection device to the outer tub 1. The water level value of the water level detection device 3 is read in real time through the control device, and the starting and stopping of the dehydration are controlled according to the water level in the outer barrel 1, so that the inner barrel 2 always rotates when the water level of the outer barrel 1 is low, the noise generated by the friction between the inner barrel 2 and the water in the outer barrel 1 when the inner barrel 2 rotates is reduced, the rotation resistance of the inner barrel 2 can be reduced, and the energy consumption in the dehydration stage is reduced.
Referring to FIG. 2, according to some embodiments of the invention, if px≥p1When the water level in the outer barrel 1 is too high, the driving device is controlled to stop working, the inner barrel 2 stops rotating to wait for the water level in the water containing cavity 11 to drop, and the control device reads the water level value p of the water level detection device 3 in real timexJudgment of pxAnd a second predetermined threshold value p2If p is a magnitude relation ofx≤p2When the water level of the outer barrel 1 is normal, the driving device is controlled to work, the inner barrel 2 resumes rotating, wherein p1、p2Satisfies the following conditions: p is a radical of2<p1. The water level of the outer barrel 1 is detected by arranging a water level detection device 3, and a second preset threshold value p is set2After the water level in the water containing cavity 11 can be reduced to a lower level, the inner barrel 2 resumes to rotate again, and frequent switching between rotation and stop of the inner barrel 2 can be avoided, so that the rationality and the practicability of the dehydration control method are improved. Meanwhile, the water level of the outer barrel 1 is reduced to the level, which is beneficial to reducing the noise generated by the friction between the water in the outer barrel 1 and the inner barrel 2 when the inner barrel 2 rotates, and the rotation resistance of the inner barrel 2 can be reduced, thereby reducing the energy consumption in the dehydration stage.
Referring to fig. 3, further, the washing machine includes an alarm device electrically connected to the control device if px≥p1If the water level in the outer barrel 1 is too high, the time for stopping the driving device is controlled to be t, and after the time for stopping the driving device is t, p is judgedxAnd a second predetermined threshold value p2If p is a magnitude relation ofx≤p2When the water level of the outer barrel 1 is normal, the driving device is controlled to work, and the inner barrel 2 resumes rotating; if p isx>p2If the water level of the outer barrel 1 is still at a higher level, the alarm device is controlled to give an alarm, and the driving device keeps stopping working. By arranging the alarm device, the washing machine can be prevented from continuing the dehydration operation when the drainage device fails, and can detect whether the drainage device is abnormal and feed back to a user, so that the completeness of the dehydration control method is improved, and the washing machine can feed back in time when the drainage device fails. For example, when the water level of the water containing cavity 11 is slowly reduced due to the blockage of the drainage device, the alarm device gives an alarm, so that the washing machine can be prevented from continuing the dehydration operation when the drainage device is blocked, and a user can be timely informed of the blockage of the drainage device.
Referring to fig. 3, further, t satisfies: t is more than or equal to 10s and less than or equal to 60 s. When the driving device controls the inner barrel 2 to stop rotating, the inner barrel 2 has inertia, the inner barrel 2 can still rotate in a short time, and water in the washing cavity is still discharged to the water containing cavity 11. Even if the drainage device is normal, the water level in the water containing cavity 11 is still slowly reduced in a short time, and if the time t for stopping the driving device is too short, the judgment error of the control device is easily caused. If the time t for stopping the driving device is too long, p is easily causedx≤p2The washing machine waits for a long time later, thereby increasing the waiting time in the dehydration stage and reducing the washing efficiency of the washing machine. The time t for stopping the driving device is limited in a proper range, so that the washing efficiency of the washing machine is prevented from being reduced due to the fact that the driving device stops working for a long time, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that the dewatering control method judges the fault of the drainage device when the drainage device is normal can be prevented, and therefore the alarming accuracy of the alarming device is improved.
Referring to FIG. 4, according to some embodiments of the invention, if px≥p1If the water level in the outer tub 1 is too high, the time for controlling the driving device to stop working is t, and after the time for controlling the driving device to stop working is t, the driving device is controlled to work. The design process is simple and easy to operate, and p is used every timex≥p1The driving device stops working, thereby continuously controlling the water level of the outer barrel 1 at a lower level, and reducing the noise generated by friction with the water in the water containing cavity 11 when the inner barrel 2 rotates.
Referring to fig. 4, further, t satisfies: t is more than or equal to 30s and less than or equal to 60 s. When the driving device controls the inner barrel 2 to stop rotating, the inner barrel 2 has inertia, the inner barrel 2 can still rotate in a short time, and water in the washing cavity is still discharged to the water containing cavity 11. Even if the drainage device is normal, the water level in the water containing cavity 11 still drops slowly in a short time, if the time t for the driving device to stop working is too short, the inner barrel 2 is easy to resume rotating when the water level in the water containing cavity 11 is still high, and the inner barrel 2 is frequently switched between rotating and stopping. If the time t for stopping the driving device is too long, the washing machine still waits for a long time when the water level in the water containing cavity 11 is low, so that the waiting time in the dehydration stage is prolonged, and the working efficiency of the washing machine is reduced. By limiting the time t for stopping the driving device within a proper range, the washing efficiency of the washing machine is prevented from being reduced due to the long-time stopping of the driving device, and the frequent switching between the rotation and the stop of the inner barrel 2 can be prevented, thereby improving the rationality and the practicability of the dehydration control method.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the drainage device comprises a three-way pipe 4 and a drainage valve 7, the three-way pipe 4 has a first pipe body, a second pipe body 42 and a third pipe body 43, the first pipe body is communicated with the washing chamber, the drainage valve 7 is arranged in the second pipe body 42, the water level detection device 3 is arranged in the third pipe body 43, when the drainage valve 7 is opened, the water in the inner tub 2 is suitable for entering the second pipe body 42, the outer tub 1 has a drainage channel 8 for draining the water in the water containing chamber 11 outwards, the drainage channel 8 can be kept in conduction, so that the accumulated water in the outer tub 1 can be drained to the outside from the drainage channel 8 at any time during the operation of the washing machine, and the three-way pipe 4 can be communicated with the drainage channel 8. When the water in the inner barrel 2 enters the third pipe 43 through the first pipe, the water level detection device 3 can read the water level in the washing cavity (namely the water level of the inner barrel 2) in real time; when the water in the outer tub 1 flows through the second pipe 42 and enters the third pipe 43, the water level detection device 3 can read the water level in the water containing cavity 11 (i.e. the water level in the outer tub 1) in real time, so that the outer tub 1 and the inner tub 2 can share one water level detection device 3, and the water level in the outer tub 1 can be detected without additionally adding a water level detection device to the outer tub 1.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the upper end surface of the outer tub 1 is lower than the middle of the inner tub 2 in the height direction, preferably, after the inner tub 2 is assembled to the outer tub 1, the height from the upper end surface of the outer tub 1 to the lowest position of the bottom of the outer tub 1 is lower than half of the height from the top surface of the inner tub 2 to the lowest position of the bottom of the outer tub 1, the outer tub 1 does not have the function of holding water any more in the washing stage, the outer tub 1 does not need to be designed to be higher any more, the design makes the outer tub 1 smaller in size, is favorable for reducing the cost, is convenient for setting other structures of the washing machine, and reduces the whole volume of the washing machine. Because the upper end surface of the outer barrel 1 is lower, when the water level in the outer barrel 1 is too high, the rotating inner barrel 2 can stir accumulated water in the water containing cavity 11, so that the accumulated water overflows from the upper end surface of the outer barrel 1, and the problems of water splashing, water overflowing, bubble overflowing and the like are caused. By using the dehydration control method of the washing machine, in the whole dehydration stage, when the water level of the outer barrel 1 is too high, the inner barrel 2 stops rotating to reduce the water level of the outer barrel 1, after the water level of the outer barrel 1 is reduced to a certain degree, the inner barrel 2 is restored to rotate, so that the water level of the outer barrel 1 is always controlled to be lower, the inner barrel 2 rotates when the water level of the outer barrel 1 is lower, the phenomenon that when the water level of the outer barrel 1 is too high, the inner barrel 2 rotates to stir accumulated water in the water containing cavity 11 to overflow the accumulated water is avoided, and the risk of water splashing, water overflow and bubble overflow of the washing machine is reduced.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, a washing machine according to an embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention includes: an outer barrel 1, an inner barrel 2, a driving device, a water level detection device 3, a drainage device and a control device. An inner tub 2 is rotatably provided in the outer tub 1, and the inner tub 2 defines a washing chamber therein, in which laundry can be washed. A water containing cavity 11 is defined between the outer barrel 1 and the inner barrel 2, and water in the washing cavity is suitable for being discharged to the water containing cavity 11 when the washing machine is in a dehydration stage. For example, the upper part of the inner side wall of the inner barrel 2 is provided with a through dehydration hole, the dehydration hole is adjacent to the upper edge of the side wall of the inner barrel 2, the outer side wall of the inner barrel 2 is provided with a water diversion bulge 6 extending along the vertical direction, the water diversion bulge 6 is a hollow convex hull structure with the side wall of the inner barrel 2 rising from inside to outside, a water diversion channel is defined by the water diversion bulge 6 and the side wall of the inner barrel 2, the upper end of the water diversion bulge 6 can be closed, and the upper end of the water diversion bulge 6 covers the dehydration hole; or, be equipped with the water drainage cover (not shown) in the lateral wall of interior bucket 2, the water drainage cover can be integrative with the thread scrap filter and set up, form the dehydration hole between interior bucket 2 lateral wall upper portion and the water drainage cover, be formed with on the lateral wall of interior bucket 2 along the diversion arch 6 that extends of upper and lower direction, the hollow convex closure structure of the lateral wall uplift from inside to outside of diversion arch 6 for interior bucket 2, inject the diversion passageway between diversion arch 6 and the water drainage cover, diversion arch 6 upper end is through dehydration hole and washing chamber intercommunication, make the water of interior bucket 2 can follow the dehydration hole and get into the diversion passageway.
When the drain valve 7 is opened, water in the inner barrel 2 can be discharged to the outside through the drain channel 8, and when the drain valve 7 is closed, water in the inner barrel 2 cannot be discharged.
The water level detection device 3 is used for detecting the water level in the washing cavity and the water level in the water containing cavity 11, and the water level detection device 3 can read the water level in the washing cavity and the water level in the water containing cavity 11 (namely the water level of the outer barrel 1) in real time, so that the outer barrel 1 and the inner barrel 2 can share one water level detection device 3, and the water level of the outer barrel 1 can be detected under the condition that the water level detection device is not additionally arranged on the outer barrel 1.
Alternatively, the third pipe 43 may extend to a side of the outer tub 1, such that the length of the third pipe 43 is increased, which is beneficial to improving the accuracy of the water level detection device located in the third pipe 43 in detecting the water level, for example, when the water level detection device is a pressure sensor, water may enter the third pipe 43 from the first pipe or the second pipe 42, the water generates pressure on the water level detection device 3 inside the third pipe 43, and the pressure sensor may be more sensitive to the pressure change of the water inside the third pipe 43 due to the increase of the length of the third pipe 43, thereby improving the accuracy of the water level detection device located in the third pipe 43 in detecting the water level.
After the washing machine enters the dewatering stage, the control device controls the drainage device to be opened and the driving device to work, the inner barrel 2 starts to rotate at high speed, and the control device reads the water level value p of the water level detection device 3 in real timex(ii) a The control device judges pxAnd a first predetermined threshold value p1If p is a magnitude relation ofx≥p1When the water level of the outer barrel 1 is too high, the control device controls the driving device to stop working, and the inner barrel 2 stops rotating to wait for the water level of the outer barrel 1 to be lowerWhen the water level of the outer barrel 1 is reduced to a certain degree, the inner control device controls the driving device to work, and the inner barrel 2 resumes rotating; if p isx<p1When the water level of the outer barrel 1 is normal, the control device controls the driving device to work, and the inner barrel 2 keeps rotating.
In the dehydration control method of the washing machine, the water level of the outer barrel 1 is detected in real time by the water level detection device 3, and the control device reads the water level value p of the water level detection device 3 in real timexAt p ofx≥p1When the water level in the outer barrel 1 is too high, the inner barrel 2 stops rotating to wait for the water level in the water containing cavity 11 to drop, and when the water level in the water containing cavity 11 drops and p is higherx<p1During the process, the water level of the outer barrel 1 is normal, the driving device controls the inner barrel 2 to rotate, in the whole dehydration stage, when the water level of the outer barrel 1 is too high, the inner barrel 2 stops rotating to reduce the water level of the outer barrel 1, after the water level of the outer barrel 1 is reduced to a certain degree, the inner barrel 2 recovers to rotate, so that the water level of the outer barrel 1 is controlled at a lower level all the time, the inner barrel 2 rotates all the time when the water level of the outer barrel 1 is lower, the noise generated by the friction between the inner barrel 2 and the water in the outer barrel 1 during the rotation can be reduced, the rotation resistance of the inner barrel 2 can be reduced, and the energy consumption in the dehydration stage can be reduced. The washing machine in this application controls the start and stop of dehydration according to the height of water level in outer bucket 1 for in the dehydration stage interior bucket 2 rotates when outer bucket 1 water level is lower all the time, can reduce interior bucket 2 and rotate the noise that produces with the water friction in outer bucket 1 when rotating, can reduce interior bucket 2 and rotate the resistance, thereby can reduce the energy consumption in the dehydration stage.
According to the washing machine of the present invention, the water level detection device can detect the water level of the inner tub 2 and the water level of the outer tub 1, and the outer tub 1 and the inner tub 2 can share one water level detection device 3, thereby realizing the detection of the water level of the outer tub 1 without additionally adding the water level detection device to the outer tub 1. The start and stop of the dehydration is controlled according to the water level in the outer barrel 1, so that the inner barrel 2 always rotates when the water level in the outer barrel 1 is lower in the dehydration stage, the noise generated by the friction between the inner barrel 2 and the water in the outer barrel 1 during the rotation can be reduced, the rotation resistance of the inner barrel 2 can be reduced, and the energy consumption in the dehydration stage of the inner barrel 2 can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 5, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the water level detecting device 3 includes a water level sensor that can detect the water level in the water containing chamber 11 in real time.
Referring to fig. 5, 7 and 8, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the upper end surface of the outer tub 1 is lower than the middle of the inner tub 2 in the height direction, preferably, after the inner tub 2 is assembled to the outer tub 1, the height from the upper end surface of the outer tub 1 to the lowest position of the bottom of the outer tub 1 is lower than half of the height from the top surface of the inner tub 2 to the lowest position of the bottom of the outer tub 1, the outer tub 1 does not have the function of holding water in the washing stage, the outer tub 1 does not need to be designed to be higher, the design makes the outer tub 1 smaller in size, which is beneficial to reducing the cost, facilitating the arrangement of other structures of the washing machine, and reducing the overall volume of the washing machine.
Meanwhile, the water level of the outer barrel 1 is reduced to be horizontal, which is beneficial to reducing the rotation of the inner barrel 2The noise generated by the friction with the water in the outer barrel 1 can reduce the rotation resistance of the inner barrel 2, thereby reducing the energy consumption in the dehydration stage.
