(1) sorting the waste fabrics: judging the composition of the yarn of the waste fabric according to a composition table on the label of the waste fabric for some waste fabrics with labels, judging the composition of the yarn of the waste fabric by using a combustion method for some waste fabrics without labels, removing the waste fabrics which are not the linen-cotton blended fabric, the pure cotton fabric and the pure linen fabric, cleaning the linen-cotton blended fabric, the pure cotton fabric and the pure linen waste fabric to remove impurities, and storing the cleaned impurities together;
(2) washing and cleaning the linen-cotton fabric: putting the linen-cotton fabric into a large washing machine, adding a detergent, continuously washing for 60 minutes, spin-drying the linen-cotton fabric for 10 minutes;
(3) desizing the linen-cotton fabric: putting the cleaned ramie cotton fabric in the step (2) into a desizing pool, and adding a desizing agent to desize the ramie cotton fabric integrally in the desizing pool at one time;
(4) washing and desizing agent: placing the ramie cotton fabric desized in the step (3) into a washing tank, washing with clear water twice for 1 minute each time, and spin-drying the ramie cotton fabric for 10 minutes;
(5) and (3) degerming treatment of the linen-cotton fabric: putting the linen-cotton fabric cleaned in the step (4) into a sterilization tank, adding a degerming agent, and soaking the linen-cotton fabric for 30 minutes;
(6) washing and drying the linen-cotton fabric: placing the degerming linen-cotton fabric in the step (5) into a washing pool, washing with clean water twice for 3 minutes each time, spin-drying the linen-cotton fabric for 10 minutes, and drying with a hot air dryer for 30 seconds;
(7) and (3) crushing the linen-cotton fabric: putting the dried hemp-cotton fabric in the step (6) into a crusher for primary crushing treatment;
(8) and (3) fiberizing the linen-cotton fabric: and (3) putting the crushed hemp cotton fabric fragments obtained in the step (7) into a spinning waste old clothes regenerated fiber carding device, and fiberizing the fabric by the device on the basis of not damaging fiber tissues to obtain spinnable fibers with the length of 20-25 MM.

The recyclable environment-friendly ramie cotton fabric recycling and fiberizing reproduction process as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the desizing agent in the step (3) adopts hot water, alkali liquor, enzyme or oxidant, the temperature of the hot water is controlled to be 25-40 ℃, the concentration of the alkali liquor is 15 g/L, the enzyme is amylase, specifically pancreatic amylase, and the oxidant is hydrogen peroxide alkaline solution with the concentration of 4 g/L.

The recyclable environment-friendly ramie cotton fabric recycling and fiberizing reproduction process as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the degerming agent in the step (5) consists of hydrogen peroxide and an alkali regulator, wherein the hydrogen peroxide is 6g/L, the alkali regulator is 3g/L, the hemp and cotton fabric is put into a sterilization tank according to the bath ratio of 1:50, the temperature is increased to 40 ℃ at the temperature increasing speed of 2 ℃/min, and the temperature is kept for 40 min.
4. The recyclable environment-friendly ramie cotton fabric recycling and fiberizing reproduction process as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the drying temperature in the step (6) is 100-110 ℃, the baking temperature is 160-170 ℃, the wind speed is 40m/s, and the time is 30 s.
5. The recyclable environment-friendly ramie cotton fabric recycling and fiberizing reproduction process as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the pulverizer in the step (7) is a blade pulverizer, and the distance between blades of the pulverizer is 20 cm.

The recyclable environment-friendly ramie cotton fabric recycling and fiberizing reproduction process as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the spinning waste old clothes regenerated fiber carding equipment in the step (8) is specifically spinning waste old clothes opener cotton opener regenerated fiber carding equipment with the model of NSX-FS 600.
