Abstract

The invention discloses a avocado oil production line which comprises a cleaning device, a sorting conveyer belt, a lifting device, a pulping device, a fusion device, a separation device and a purification device which are connected in sequence; the fusion device and the separation device are connected through a screw pump, and the separation device and the purification device are connected through an oil pump. The invention adopts the two-time centrifugation of the horizontal screw centrifuge and the disc centrifuge, and realizes the full separation and purification of avocado pulp by optimizing the centrifugation parameters, so that the oil quality of avocado oil is obviously improved; according to the fusion device, by optimizing the heating and stirring parameters and the warm water volume, oil molecules in avocado pulp are fully separated out, so that more avocado oil can be treated by the separation device, and the oil yield of avocado fruits is increased; the continuous production of the avocado oil is realized by connecting each process device through the conveying belt and the screw pump, and the continuous and high-yield production of the avocado oil can be realized by adopting a high-performance device or connecting a plurality of groups of process devices in series and parallel.

Technical Field

Background
Avocado, also called avocado, is popular all over the world and becomes the essential fruit for losing weight. Avocado oil is rich in vitamin proteins, and more importantly, the oil content in the pulp is very large. At present, the production method of avocado oil comprises two methods, namely pressing method and centrifugal separation method.
The pressing method is to press avocados by static pressure or a screw press, but the obtained avocado oil has darker color, higher content of pressed juice, higher requirement on raw materials, low oil yield if the water content is higher, high oil content of pressed solid impurities and incapability of re-pressing; if the moisture content is low, the feedstock is too dry resulting in low oil yield and the oil that comes out contains more pasty solid impurities. The pressing method has been rarely used because of its high process requirements and difficult control of oil yield.
The centrifugal separation method comprises mashing avocado oil into paste, breaking the material cells, dispersing the released oil molecules into the slurry, and centrifuging with a centrifuge to separate oil, water and impurities. The specific process flow is as follows: removing peel and kernel of softened ripe fruit; processing and roughly beating into slurry; grinding the colloid into fine fruit pulp, and adding water for dilution; and (5) carrying out hot centrifugation after boiling. However, the existing avocado oil production equipment only centrifuges once, so that the separated avocado oil still exists in pomace, and further the waste of raw materials is caused; secondly, the existing avocado oil production equipment integrates all the procedures into one body, so that the processing capacity of the avocado oil is limited, and high-yield and high-continuous production cannot be realized.

step 4, removing the kernels and the peels of the fruits conveyed in the step 3 by a pulping device, mashing the pulps into pulp, and conveying the pulp to a fusion device through a screw pump;
step 5, heating and stirring the fruit pulp in a fusion device, and adding warm water to promote oil molecules to separate out and gather into oil drops;
step 6, the fruit pulp treated in the step 5 enters a separation device through a screw pump, the fruit pulp is divided into an oil layer, a water layer and a slag layer from top to bottom under the centrifugal action, and the oil layer is transported to a purification device through an oil pump;
and 7, further separating and purifying the oil layer obtained in the step 6 by a purifying device to obtain pure avocado oil.
In the avocado oil production method, the heating temperature in the step 5 is 40-55 ℃.
In the avocado oil production method, the ratio of the warm water to the jam in the step 5 is 4-6: 1.
In the avocado oil production method, the centrifugal speed of the separation device in the step 7 is 4000-5000 rpm.
