Experimental example 2
Selecting the pencil color paints prepared in the embodiments 3-4 and the comparative examples 1-2 respectively;
detecting the covering power of different pencil paints according to the method specified in GB/T1726-1979;
according to the method specified in GB/T9286-1998, the scribing interval is 2mm, and the adhesive force of different pencil color paints is detected;
according to the method specified in ISO 15184:1998, the pencil is a Chinese brand 101 drawing pencil, and the paint film strength of different pencil color paints is detected;
taking 0.5L of the sample, sealing, putting the sample into a thermostat at the temperature of 50 +/-2 ℃, and taking out the sample after 7 days. Observing the state of the water paint in the container, and if the water paint is not stirred into a hard block, determining that no abnormality exists;
the results are shown in Table 10:

compared with the comparative example, the product prepared by the embodiment of the application has more excellent paint film hardness, covering power and stability.

Claims (10)

1. The ECO water-based pencil colored paint is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
25-35 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 10-20 parts of water-based polyurethane resin, 6-8 parts of a film-forming auxiliary agent, 8-15 parts of superfine talcum powder, 0.3-0.8 part of a defoaming agent, 0.2-0.5 part of a wetting agent, 30-35 parts of color paste, 0.1-0.3 part of a bactericide, 0.1-0.3 part of a mildew preventive, 1-1.5 parts of a thickening agent, 0.3-0.8 part of a dispersing agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of a hand-feeling auxiliary agent, 0.1-0.4 part of a flatting agent and 4-5 parts of water.
2. The ECO aqueous pencil color paint of claim 1, prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 10 parts of water-based polyurethane resin, 8 parts of film-forming additive, 10 parts of superfine talcum powder, 0.6 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of wetting agent, 33 parts of color paste, 0.1 part of bactericide, 0.2 part of mildew inhibitor, 1.3 parts of thickening agent, 0.6 part of dispersing agent, 1 part of hand feeling additive, 0.3 part of flatting agent and 4.6 parts of water.
3. The ECO waterborne pencil paint of claim 1, wherein the coalescent is selected from at least one of a DPNB coalescent and a DPM coalescent.
4. The ECO aqueous pencil color paint of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the film forming aid is composed of a DPNB film forming aid and a DPM film forming aid, and the mass ratio of the DPNB film forming aid to the DPM film forming aid is (5: 6) - (5: 4).
5. The ECO waterborne pencil paint of claim 1, wherein the defoamer is a TEGO-830 defoamer and/or a TEGO-902W defoamer.
6. The ECO aqueous pencil color paint of claim 1, wherein each part of the thickener comprises 4 to 6 parts of a medium shear thickener, 4 to 6 parts of a low shear thickener and 2 to 4 parts of a high shear thickener.
7. The ECO aqueous pencil color of claim 1, wherein the dispersant is a TEGO-750W dispersant.
8. The method of preparing an ECO aqueous pencil color paint of any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
(a) adjusting the distance between a dispersion plate of a high-speed dispersion machine and the bottom of a dispersion cylinder to be 0.5-1 times of the diameter of the dispersion plate, and adjusting the distance between the center of a stirring shaft of the high-speed dispersion machine and the center of the dispersion cylinder to be 1 time of the diameter of the dispersion plate;
(b) adding water, water-based acrylic resin and water-based polyurethane resin into a stirring kettle, starting a high-speed dispersion machine at 400-600 r/min, sequentially adding a defoaming agent, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a film-forming aid and color paste, and stirring and dispersing;
(c) slowly adding the superfine talcum powder under the condition of the rotating speed in the step (b), and then adjusting the rotating speed of the high-speed dispersion machine to 1100-1200 r/min for high-speed dispersion;
(d) and (c) sequentially adding a hand feeling auxiliary agent, a bactericide, a mildew preventive and a flatting agent under the condition of rotating speed in the step (c), dispersing for 8-12 min, then adding a thickening agent, continuously dispersing for 8-12 min, stopping, filtering and packaging to obtain the ECO water-based pencil color paint.
9. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein in the step (b), the stirring and dispersing time is 3-5 min.
10. The method according to claim 8, wherein in the step (c), the high-speed dispersion time is 15-20 min.
