Kitchen garbage treatment device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of kitchen waste, in particular to a kitchen waste treatment device.
Background
The kitchen waste refers to waste generated in daily life and food processing, food service, unit catering and other activities of residents, and comprises abandoned vegetable leaves, leftovers, fruit peels, egg shells, tea leaves, bones and the like, and the main sources of the kitchen waste are household kitchens, restaurants, dining halls, markets and other industries related to food processing.
The kitchen waste is easy to decay and generate stink because of containing extremely high moisture and organic matters. But after proper treatment and processing, the waste can be converted into new resources, the characteristic of high organic matter content enables the waste to be used as fertilizer and feed after strict treatment, methane can also be generated to be used as fuel or power generation, and the grease part can be used for preparing biofuel, so the recycling treatment of kitchen waste is more and more important.
Along with the continuous progress of society, people pay more and more attention to environmental protection, and the emission requirement on kitchen waste is also higher and more, and in current kitchen waste treatment, to the kitchen waste that has handled through oil water separator, can't reduce the BOD/COD who discharges kitchen waste, so make it obtain better waste utilization through handling, be the problem that needs urgent solution now.

The kitchen waste treatment device adopting the technical scheme has the following technical advantages:
the working principle is as follows: 1. firstly, sewage is pumped into a first mixing box by a first electric pump, and liquid medicine (PAC) is added into the first quantitative pump for mixing treatment while the sewage is pumped; 2. after the sewage in the first mixing tank is treated, the electromagnetic water valve is opened to enable the sewage to enter a third mixing tank under the action of gravity, and a third quantitative pump is used for adding a liquid medicine (PAM) while the sewage is pumped; 3. after the third mixing tank treats sewage, pumping the sewage into the filter tank through a second electric pump, and simultaneously adding diatom ooze into the filter tank by the feeding mechanism for treatment; 4. after the filter tank treats sewage, pumping the sewage into a water filter by a third electric pump, enabling the sewage in the water filter to flow into a second mixing tank for treatment, and adding liquid medicine (COD) by a second quantitative pump; 5. after the second mixing tank is treated, the electromagnetic water valve is opened to enable the sewage to enter a fourth mixing tank under the action of gravity, and meanwhile, a fourth quantitative pump is used for adding liquid medicine (NH); 6. and after the fourth mixing tank treats the sewage, finally, the fourth electric pump pumps the treated sewage into the water storage tank, so that the whole sewage treatment process is completed.
When sewage enters the filter tank, the liquid to be filtered flows in from the filter liquid inlet, then flows into the filter tank, and then flows out through the filter sieve plate at the bottom of the filter tank and the filtered water outlet in sequence; the filter paper is drawn into the filter box under the driving of the extrusion friction between the chain and the filter sieve plate, the filter paper is pressed and paved on the filter sieve plate by the chain, and the filter paper is driven by the chain to be drawn under the driving of the rolling friction force and finally led out through the filter paper outlet; an upper liquid level detector and a lower liquid level detector are arranged in the filter tank, when the second electric pump pumps sewage into the filter tank, the liquid level of the filter tank rises to trigger the liquid level detectors positioned at the lower side, the filter driving motor rotates to drive the driving chain wheel to rotate, the driving chain wheel drives the chain to rotate and simultaneously drives the driven chain wheel, the first steering chain wheel and the second steering chain wheel to rotate, the chain at the bottom of the filter box rubs and pulls the filter paper to move, when the sewage in the filter tank reaches a certain liquid level and triggers the liquid level detector positioned above, the liquid level detector controls the driving motor to stop rotating, meanwhile, the second electric pump stops feeding sewage into the filter tank, the third electric pump pumps the sewage in the filter tank into the second mixing tank from a filtered water outlet at the bottom of the filter tank, thereby controlling the replacement of the filter paper and the inlet and outlet of the sewage of the filter tank through the upper liquid level detector and the lower liquid level detector; when sewage is filtered in the filter box each time, the sewage is filtered by new filter paper, so that the stable filtering effect is maintained.
Preferably, a paper pressing mechanism is arranged beside the filter paper roller, so that the filter paper roller can be prevented from excessively drawing out due to inertia, and the drawn-out filter paper is excessively loosened when entering the lower part of the chain, which is very unfavorable for subsequent paving filtration.
Preferably, in order to better supply the materials in a fixed quantity, a feeding mechanism for feeding is arranged; a stirring motor is arranged on the side wall of the hopper, so that feeding materials can be uniformly mixed while feeding materials; the cover plate connected by the hinge is arranged on the hopper, so that dust and sundries can be prevented from entering the hopper.
Preferably, a lifting hook is arranged on the bracket for lifting and moving the whole device; in order to facilitate the disassembly and the assembly, a U-shaped handle is arranged on the shell.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the connection of the mixed medicament partial pipelines, three-way connectors are arranged at the feeding holes of the first mixing box, the second mixing box, the third mixing box and the fourth mixing box.
Preferably, a paper receiving box is arranged below the filter paper outlet, so that the filter paper after being used is collected and filtered conveniently.
Preferably, in order to make the filter paper under the lifting chain flat and compact, a plurality of pressing plates are arranged between the two closed chains, and the pressing plates are vertically fixed on the side surfaces of the chains.
