the first bevel gear 22 rotates along with the second bevel gear 23, the first bevel gear 22 also drives the second stirring mechanism to rotate, after the first bevel gear 22 rotates, because the two third bevel gears 27 are meshed with the fourth bevel gear 28, the two third bevel gears 27 on the first bevel gear 22 rotate on the fourth bevel gear 28, during the driving process of the second stirring mechanism, the medicament in the feeding box 21 firstly flows into the medicament storage box 29, then because the driven bevel gear 32 is meshed with the two third bevel gears 27, the second stirring shaft 30 rotates through the driven bevel gear 32, and the plurality of second stirring blades 31 on the second stirring shaft 30 also rotate along with the second stirring shaft, the second stirring blades 31 also stir the medicament in the medicament storage box 29, when the medicament in the medicament storage box 29 is stirred completely, the medicament enters the box body 7, the first stirring blades 11 finally fully mix the sewage and the medicament, the impurities in the sewage are finally precipitated, when the sewage is subjected to primary impurity removal, the sewage
