the hydraulic transmission assembly comprises a hydraulic runner (22); the hydraulic rotating wheel (22) is arranged at the water flow; at least six blades of the hydraulic rotating wheel (22) are uniformly arranged; the hydraulic rotating wheel (22) is connected with the driven hydraulic wheel (2) through a transmission belt; the center of the driven hydraulic wheel (2) is connected with one end of the first direction rotating shaft (3); the driven hydraulic wheel (2) only drives the first direction rotating shaft (3) to rotate clockwise; a first driven wheel (4) and a fourth driven wheel are sequentially arranged on the inner wall of the shell from near to far of the other end of the first-direction rotating shaft (3) extending into the shell; the fourth driven wheel is meshed with the third driven wheel (28); the first driven wheel (4) is connected with the second driven wheel (5) and the driving wheel through a transmission chain; the second driven wheel (5) is connected with a stirrer (13) through a connecting shaft; the drivable wheel is connected with one end of the second direction rotating shaft (19); the other end of the second direction rotating shaft (19) is connected with a stepping driving motor (18) through a coupler; and the second direction rotating shaft (19) only drives the fourth driven wheel to rotate anticlockwise.

The rural environment friendly water filtration device of claim 1, wherein the filtration processor comprises a third driven wheel (28) and a bottom communicating pipe (32); the top of the third driven wheel (28) is communicated with the bottom of the adjustable communicating pipe (7) through a first rotary bearing; the bottom of the third driven wheel (28) is communicated with the bottom of the bottom communicating pipe (32) through a second rotating bearing; a through hole is formed in the third driven wheel (28); the through hole penetrates through the adjustable communicating pipe (7) and the bottom communicating pipe (32) and is smaller than the diameters of the adjustable communicating pipe (7) and the bottom communicating pipe (32); a rotating shaft is arranged in the center of the through hole; the rotating shaft is connected with the inner wall of a third driven wheel (28) through a connecting rod on the peripheral side of the horizontal plane; and a stirring component (29) is arranged on the part of the lower part of the rotating shaft extending out of the through hole.

The rural environment-friendly water filtering device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the stirring assembly (29) is arranged inside the primary filter bag (30); the primary filter bag (30) is arranged inside the secondary filter bag (31); the secondary filter bag (31) is arranged inside the bottom communicating pipe (32).
