The source water enters the second filtering area through the first filtering area, the raw material adopted by the second filtering area is filtered water sand selected from desert high-quality source areas, the raw material filtered water sand is subjected to detection treatment meeting the sanitary standard, and the source water is filtered through the second filtering area just like natural filtration in natural sandy soil, so that the filtered source water is pure and natural as the water produced from the high-quality source areas.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for realizing the second invention purpose is as follows: a water purification method of a water purification device comprises the following process steps:
1) conveying source water: lifting the source water to water purifying equipment through reservoir static pressure gravity flow or a lifting pump;
2) mixing and physical impacting: the method comprises the following steps that source water enters a micro-resistance vortex pipeline mixer, mixed liquid of water flow and a medicament passes through a spiral diversion mixture, physical impact is carried out in a water flow spraying micro-resistance impact area, the water flow rapidly rotates and impacts to form a vortex turbulent flow state, and mixed liquid medicine is rapidly stirred;
3) coarse filtration and speed regulation, wherein the mixed source water is subjected to coarse filtration on large particles in the source water through a coarse filter, and the filter body can be adjusted through filter holes to realize automatic adjustment of the water flow speed;
4) reaction precipitation variable speed anisotropic impact: firstly, the water flow of the water source after rough filtration enters a coagulation reaction first area in an inclined flow direction through a water inlet pipe and a tangential guide plate; secondly, in a first coagulation reaction area, source water passes through a folded plate cutting and stirring area, is subjected to cutting and stirring by an opposite tampering folded plate and is continuously changed in speed and direction of water flow, so that the source water and a flocculating agent are fully mixed, and meanwhile, the source water flows through a longer circulation channel in the first coagulation reaction area to further perform physical impact; thirdly, after being fully mixed, the water source water and the coagulant uniformly flow into a second area of coagulation reaction through a perforated water distribution pipe, the flow velocity and the flow direction of the water to be treated are continuously changed by an eccentric swinging grid reaction system and a self-rotating grid reaction system in the multi-layer grid reaction system, the coagulation reaction is further enhanced, and meanwhile, the water source water can continuously and circularly impact along with a mountain stream environment; fourthly, the water to be treated flows into a third area of the coagulation reaction through the multi-layer grid reaction system, the section area of the reaction area of the anisotropic folded plate is reduced along with the gradual rise of the reaction water flow, the flocculation reaction effect is further stabilized, and the water to be treated enters the sedimentation area through the reaction area of the anisotropic folded plate; fifthly, in the settling zone, a double-layer inclined tube settling process is adopted, the flocculating constituent gradually descends to a settling cavity, and clean water overflows to the automatic backwashing filter through an upper water outlet pipe;
5) natural filtration: firstly, the source water after coagulation reaction enters an automatic backflushing filter and firstly passes through a fiber filtering area of a first filtering area to remove suspended matters, organic matters, colloid, iron, manganese and the like in the water; secondly, the source water enters a second filtering area through the first filtering area, the second filtering area adopts filtered water sand which is selected from desert high-quality source areas as raw materials, and the source water is filtered through natural filtered water sand in the second filtering area to obtain filtered water with the taste of the water of the natural high-quality source areas; thirdly, automatic backwashing is carried out;
6) and outputting filtered drinking water and discharging and treating precipitates.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the water purifying equipment, the purifying conditions and the purifying principle are formed according to natural drinking water such as natural mineral water, mountain spring water and the like, so that the source water is reduced and treated by imitating the natural environment in a series of processes such as mixing, rough filtering, reaction precipitation, filtering and the like of the water purifying equipment, so that the impurities and harmful substances of the drinking water purified by the water purifying device are removed, meanwhile, the purifying process of the running water is realized, rich oxygen, mineral substances and trace elements in the source water are reserved, and the taste is better when the drinking water is drunk. The water purifying device can meet the water quality purification requirements of different areas, and achieves the design purposes of generalization and naturalization. The water purifying method realizes effective purification of drinking water, retains the taste of natural mineral water and spring water of drinking water, and has convenient and reasonable process operation and strong universality.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail by the following specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. The equipment in the invention are mutually communicated through pipelines, and the joints of the pipelines of water inlet, water outlet, medicine adding, disinfection, backwashing, sewage discharge, evacuation and the like of the water purification equipment and the pipelines are provided with movable joints and elbows, so that the pipeline layout of the whole equipment is compact and reasonable. The medicines which are not specially described in the invention, such as the put medicines, and the like can be purchased in the market to meet the sanitary standard and the drinking water safety medicines, and the like.

The micro-resistance vortex pipeline mixer 1 comprises a mixer shell 11 and a micro-resistance vortex component 12 (shown in figure 8) arranged inside the mixer shell 11;
the micro-resistance vortex component 12 comprises a central ceramic drug tube 121 and a plurality of spiral diversion mixing bodies 122 arranged between the central ceramic drug tube 121 and the inner wall of the mixer shell 11; the central ceramic medicine tube 121 is communicated with a double medicine storage cavity medicine adding device 13 arranged outside;
as shown in fig. 9, the wall of the central ceramic drug tube 121 is provided with a plurality of inclined drug spraying pressure holes 123, each spiral diversion mixture 122 is composed of at least two spiral diversion mixture monomers 124 made of different materials, and the spiral diversion mixture 122 is provided with a plurality of inclined flow channels 125;

The micro-resistance vortex assembly 12 is provided with a central ceramic medicine tube 121, effective feeding of medicines can be achieved through the central ceramic medicine tube 121, the ceramic medicine tube is communicated with the medicine adding device 14 with the double medicine storage cavities, the medicine adding device 14 is used for controlling medicine adding, dissolving is conducted through hydraulic power, and the medicines are accurately fed through a metering pump. The durability and the environmental protection of the ceramic drug tube are fully utilized, the influence on water source water caused by other metal materials is ensured, the currently used drug tube is generally made of metal materials such as stainless steel, the metal materials possibly cause adverse reaction due to the added drugs in the using process, so the water source water quality is influenced, the drug tube made of the ceramic materials is close to natural environmental protection, the problem that the water source water is influenced does not exist, the spiral diversion mixed body 125 is composed of spiral diversion mixed monomers made of at least two different materials, most of the mixers in the prior art are made of the metal materials, the spiral diversion mixed monomers are set to be different materials in order to meet the requirement that the water source water imitates natural spring water to impact stones and peripheral natural substances, and the environment-friendly materials such as ceramics, minerals and stones are adopted in the embodiment, the water source water and the medicine can be fully mixed, natural impact of the water source water can be realized, the mixing time and the flow path of the water source water are prolonged by constantly changing the direction of the water flow, and the mixing effect and the impact effect are improved.
As shown in fig. 7, the strainer 2 is an adjustable strainer, and includes an outer casing 21 and a filtering hole adjustable filtering body 6 arranged inside the outer casing 21; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

The reaction precipitator 3 comprises an outer cavity 31, an inner cavity 32 and a bottom precipitation cavity 33; wherein, the bottom of the outer cavity is communicated with the bottom of the inner cavity through a perforated water distribution pipe 34;
the multistage coagulation reaction zone 7 comprises a coagulation reaction first zone 71, a coagulation reaction second zone 72 and a coagulation reaction third zone 73;
wherein, the first coagulation reaction zone 71 is arranged in the outer cavity 31, the second coagulation reaction zone is arranged at the lower part of the inner cavity 32, and the third coagulation reaction zone 73 is arranged above the second coagulation reaction zone 72; the coagulation reaction system 8 is respectively arranged in a coagulation reaction first zone 71, a coagulation reaction second zone 72 and a coagulation reaction third zone 73;
and the device also comprises a settling zone 35, wherein the settling zone 35 is arranged at the upper part of the inner cavity 32 and is communicated with the settling cavity 33.
The reaction precipitator 3 is internally provided with an outer chamber 31, an inner chamber 32 and a precipitation chamber 33 both for increasing the length of a flow path of source water, meanwhile, the multistage coagulation reaction zone 7 is convenient to arrange, so that different reactions are realized when source water passes through different reaction zones, the reaction effect of the flocculating agent can be effectively improved when the source water passes through a coagulation reaction system in the multistage coagulation reaction zone 7, can improve the adsorption of suspended particles in water, increase the contact between a flocculating body and fixed suspended matters in water by changing the flow speed and the flow direction of water flow, promote the formation of the flocculating body, improve the interaction time between the flocculating bodies, further stabilize the flocculation reaction effect, meanwhile, the source water has a longer flow path and can continuously generate impact due to the change of flow velocity and flow direction, so that the disconnected physical impact when the source water such as spring water flows among mountains is realized.
The coarse filter 2 is communicated with an outer cavity 31 of the reaction precipitator 3 through a water inlet pipe 10, a tangential water inlet elbow 101 is arranged on the water inlet pipe 10, the tangential water inlet elbow 101 is arranged on a reaction clapboard 102, the reaction clapboard 102 is a tangential guide plate, and a plurality of holes 103 which are arranged along the tangential water flowing direction of the tangential water inlet elbow 101 are arranged on the reaction clapboard 102. The water source after coarse filtration is effectively guided into the coagulation reactor through the tangential elbow, the tangential guide plate and the opening.
As shown in fig. 4, the coagulation reaction first zone 71 comprises a flap cutting agitation zone 711 provided in the upper part of the outer chamber and a combined filling reaction zone 712 provided in the lower part of the outer chamber; the flap cutting and stirring area 711 comprises a plurality of single-side fixed different-direction tampering flaps 713 arranged on the inner wall of the inner cavity and the outer wall of the inner cavity; the combined filler reaction zone 712 includes a hollow sphere filler 714 and a suspension sphere combined filler 715 which are combined. The different-direction tampering folded plate 713, the hollow sphere filler 714 and the suspension sphere combined filler 715 form a coagulation reaction system of the coagulation reaction first area 71 together. A folded plate cutting and stirring area and a combined filler reaction area are arranged in the coagulation reaction first area 71, when rough-filtered source water passes through a tangential guide plate, the rough-filtered source water is sent to the folded plate cutting and stirring area to be cut and stirred by an anisotropic tamper folded plate and the water flow speed and direction are continuously changed, so that the source water is fully mixed with a flocculating agent, the reaction effect of the flocculating agent can be effectively improved, the adsorption effect on suspended small particles in the water can be improved, the source water enters the combined filler reaction area through the folded plate cutting and stirring area, the hollow sphere filler 714 and the suspension sphere combined filler 715 are made of environment-friendly materials such as plastic materials and fiber materials, the filler is further fully stirred on the mixed liquid of the source water and the flocculating agent, a flocculation sludge layer is formed by the filler adhesion to the flocculating agent, the reaction effect of the flocculating agent can be effectively improved, and part of the flocculating agent is intercepted, so that alum floc is further coagulated, the volume and the compactness of the alum blossom are increased. Meanwhile, the flowing time of the source water in the first region of the coagulation reaction can be prolonged through the flowing of the longer flowing channel, the physical impact of the source water is enhanced, and the flowing path and the effect of the spring water can be simulated.
As shown in fig. 4, the coagulation reaction second zone 72 includes a multi-layer mesh reaction system 721 for varying the flow rate and direction of water; the multi-layer mesh reaction system 721 comprises an eccentric oscillating mesh reaction system 722 (see fig. 10) and a self-rotating mesh reaction system 723 (see fig. 11); the eccentric swinging grid reaction system 722 and the self-rotating grid reaction system 723 form a coagulation reaction system of the coagulation reaction second zone 72; the third coagulation reaction zone 73 is a reaction zone with a diversion flap, and the diversion flap 731 is a coagulation reaction system in the third coagulation reaction zone 73. A multi-layer grid reaction system is arranged in the coagulation reaction second area 72, source water and a coagulant are fully mixed and then uniformly flow into the coagulation reaction second area through a perforated water distribution pipe, and an eccentric swinging grid reaction system and a self-rotating grid reaction system in the multi-layer grid reaction system continuously change the flow velocity and the flow direction of water to be treated, so that the contact between a flocculating body and a solid suspension in the water is enhanced, the flocculating body formation and the interaction between the flocculating bodies are promoted, and meanwhile, the source water can continuously swirl and impact along a mountain environment; the water to be treated flows into the third area of the coagulation reaction through the multi-layer grid reaction system, the section area of the reaction area of the anisotropic folded plate is reduced along with the gradual rise of the reaction water flow, the interaction probability among the flocculating constituents is increased, the flocculation reaction effect is further stabilized, and the water to be treated enters the precipitation area through the reaction area of the anisotropic folded plate.
As shown in fig. 4, the settling zone 35 is a tilting double-layer inclined tube settling zone; the device comprises a first settling zone 351 and a second settling zone 352, wherein the first settling zone 351 is obliquely arranged at the upper part of an inner cavity, and a large-distance inclined pipe 353 is arranged in the first settling zone; the second settling zone 352 is internally provided with a small-pitch inclined tube module 354 which is opposite to the inclination direction of the first settling zone 351. The settling zone 35 is provided with a first settling zone 351 and a second settling zone 352, a double-layer inclined tube settling process is adopted, a flocculating constituent gradually descends to a settling chamber 33 through an inclined plate 331 and a settling tube 332, clear water overflows to an automatic backflushing filter through an upper water outlet pipe, the distance between the bottom inclined tubes of the double-layer inclined tube is large, the dirt holding capacity is strong, a sludge suspension layer zone is formed beneficially, the mutual adhesion effect of the flocculating constituent on solid suspended matters and flocculating constituents in water is improved, and the load capacity of the settling system is greatly improved. The inclined pipe on the upper layer adopts a small diameter and is installed in a modular mode, fine alum floc and other impurities can be further precipitated, and the quality of precipitated effluent is improved.
As shown in fig. 5, the automatic back-flushing filter 4 includes a filter housing 41, a first filtering section 42, a second filtering section 43 and an automatic back-flushing device 44; as shown in fig. 6, a water distribution baffle 45 communicated with the water inlet is arranged at the bottom of the filter shell 41; the first filtering area 42 and the second filtering area 43 are arranged upwards from the bottom of the filter shell 41 in sequence; first filtering area 42 be the fibre filtering area, second filtering area 43 be ventilative filtration sand district, ventilative filtration sand raw materials that ventilative filtration sand district 43 adopted adopt the drainage sand in desert, ventilative filtration sand district 43 includes big grained layer, mixed grained layer and tiny particle layer, and big grained layer sets up in the top of first filtering area, and tiny particle layer sets up in the top of big grained layer, mixed grained layer sets up between big grained layer and tiny particle layer. The filter device 9 comprises filter fibers in a first filter area and air-permeable filter sand in a second filter area. The automatic backflushing filter comprises a filter shell, a first filtering area, a second filtering area and a backflushing device, source water after coagulation reaction enters the automatic backflushing filter and firstly passes through the fiber filtering area of the first filtering area, fibers in the fiber filtering area adopt fiber bundles meeting the sanitary requirements of the national ministry of health as filtering materials, the fiber bundle filtering materials are arranged at a certain density to form a loose deep layer filtering material with a large specific surface area, a set of traction type density adjusting device and a limiting device of the relative positions of the fibers are arranged in the automatic backflushing filter, and effluent of the flocculation process passes through a compacted filtering material layer from bottom to top to obtain filtering purification. When the filter material is backwashed, the fiber bundle is automatically relaxed under the action of water power and scrubbed by using air water, and then the cleaning and regeneration are obtained. The fiber filtering area can effectively remove suspended matters in water and has a certain removing effect on organic matters, colloid, iron, manganese and the like in water. The arrangement of the fiber filtering area is like natural filtering of spring water in natural environment, so that not only are impurities removed, but also effective mineral substances of source water are effectively reserved. The source water enters the second filtering area through the first filtering area, the raw material adopted by the second filtering area is filtered water sand selected from desert high-quality source areas, the raw material filtered water sand is subjected to detection treatment meeting the sanitary standard, and the source water is filtered through the second filtering area just like natural filtration in natural sandy soil, so that the filtered source water is pure and natural as the water produced from the high-quality source areas.
The water purification method of the water purification equipment comprises the following process steps:

5) natural filtration: firstly, the source water after coagulation reaction enters an automatic backflushing filter and firstly passes through a fiber filtering area of a first filtering area to remove suspended matters, organic matters, colloid, iron, manganese and the like in the water; secondly, the source water enters a second filtering area through the first filtering area, the second filtering area adopts filtered water sand which is selected from desert high-quality source areas as raw materials, and the source water is filtered through natural filtered water sand in the second filtering area to obtain filtered water with the taste of the water of the natural high-quality source areas; thirdly, automatic backwashing is carried out;
6) and outputting filtered drinking water and discharging and treating precipitates.
The purification process flow of the water purification device is detailed as follows:

The source water enters a second filtering area through the first filtering area, the second filtering area adopts filtered water sand which is selected from desert high-quality source areas as raw materials, the raw material filtered water sand is subjected to detection treatment meeting the sanitary standard, and the source water is filtered through the second filtering area, for example, natural filtration is carried out in natural sandy soil, so that the filtered source water is pure and natural as the water produced from the high-quality source areas.
During backflushing, water in a clean water tank of the equipment is adopted for backflushing, no additional power consumption facilities such as a backflushing water pump are needed, during backflushing, clean water in the clean water tank enters the interior of the filter material from top to bottom through a backflushing water distribution tank to flush the filter material, and a valveless filter chamber siphonage backflushing control system is adopted, so that the unstable action of a filter chamber siphonage damage bucket can be effectively prevented, the water resource waste is reduced, and the backflushing effect is improved.
Coagulant added by the water purification equipment generally selects PAC (powder or liquid) and aluminum sulfate (block), and can be specifically selected according to the actual water quality condition of the project; the disinfectant is generally sodium hypochlorite solution, chlorine dioxide solution, bleaching fine powder or block; the demander should be aware that in the process of selecting flocculants and disinfectants, products with health approved lots must be selected to ensure the safety of the water supply project. According to the water purifying device, when source water flows into a water inlet of the chemical water purifying equipment by virtue of a river water lifting pump, the water inlet pressure is kept to be higher than the elevation of a basic water inlet of a reactor of the water purifying equipment by more than 8m, so that the water supply condition can be met, the water quantity can be adjusted by utilizing the original pipeline and the valve, the flow of the water purifying equipment is selected to be 2.5-25 m3/h, and the water source water head is utilized for low-water-level automatic backwashing after the water purifying equipment fully purifies the water.
The precipitated sludge is collected in a sludge hopper, and the sludge is further concentrated and drained in the sludge hopper, so that the sludge concentration is improved, and the water consumption is reduced. The sludge is discharged by adopting a control sludge discharge valve, and can be directly discharged to a sewage pipe network or used for irrigating farmlands by utilizing wastewater recovery.
The water purifying equipment aims at the defects of the existing water purifying device, forms purifying conditions and purifying principles according to natural drinking water such as natural mineral water, mountain spring water and the like, and leads the source water to be restored and processed by imitating natural environment in a series of processes of mixing, rough filtering, reaction precipitation, filtering and the like of the water purifying equipment through the structural improvement of the water purifying equipment, so that the drinking water purified by the water purifying device not only removes impurities and harmful substances, but also keeps the taste of the natural water. The design of the water flow path in the equipment such as mixing, rough filtering, reaction sedimentation, filtering and the like imitates the bending long flow path of mountain spring water and the conditions generated by natural mineral water, a water flow spraying micro-resistance impact area is arranged in the micro-resistance vortex pipeline mixer, the water flow spraying micro-resistance impact area is used for leading the water source water entering the micro-resistance vortex pipeline mixer to realize the instant mixing with coagulant, coagulant aid, disinfectant and the like and also realize the physical impact on the water source water, thereby realizing the natural impact on the water source water, then leading the mixed water source water to enter the rough filter, a filter body with adjustable filter holes is arranged in the rough filter, when the water source water passes through the filter body, the size adjustment of the filter body filter holes can be realized according to the water pressure, leading the water source water to pass through the rough filter through the fluctuation type, and realizing the rough filtering of large-particle impurities in the water source, meanwhile, the design of a hole-type flow path of the water source water is realized, after the water source water subjected to rough filtration enters a reaction precipitator, the flow velocity and the flow direction of the water source water are continuously changed through various reactions in a multistage coagulation reaction zone, so that the water source water not only improves the flocculation effect, but also can effectively remove suspended matters, organic matters and colloids in the water, and original mineral substances of the water source water are reserved, and meanwhile, the principle of the flow path of the spring water of Jiuqu eighteen gulf is fully utilized, so that the water source water can have a longer reaction path in the reactor; the water source water after reaction enters the automatic backwashing filter, natural filtration is carried out in the automatic backwashing filter through a filter device with the natural filtration function of purified water, impurities and harmful substances are removed from the filtered drinking water, original mineral substances can be reserved, and the taste of natural water is reserved. The water purifying device can meet the water quality purification requirements of different areas, and achieves the design purposes of generalization and naturalization.

a multistage coagulation reaction zone (7) is arranged in the reaction precipitator (3); a coagulation reaction system (8) for changing the flow speed and the flow direction of water is arranged in the multistage coagulation reaction zone (7);
the reaction precipitator (3) comprises an outer cavity (31), an inner cavity (32) and a precipitation cavity (33) at the bottom; wherein the bottom of the outer cavity is communicated with the bottom of the inner cavity through a perforated water distribution pipe (34);
the multistage coagulation reaction zone (7) comprises a coagulation reaction first zone (71), a coagulation reaction second zone (72) and a coagulation reaction third zone (73); the coagulation reaction system (8) is respectively arranged in a coagulation reaction first area (71), a coagulation reaction second area (72) and a coagulation reaction third area (73);
wherein, the first coagulation reaction zone (71) is arranged in the outer cavity, the second coagulation reaction zone (72) is arranged at the lower part of the inner cavity, and the third coagulation reaction zone (73) is arranged above the second coagulation reaction zone (72);
the first coagulation reaction area (71) comprises a folded plate cutting and stirring area (711) arranged at the upper part of the outer cavity and a combined filling reaction area (712) arranged at the lower part of the outer cavity; the flap cutting and stirring area (711) comprises a plurality of single-side fixed different-direction tampering flaps (713) arranged on the inner wall of the outer cavity and the outer wall of the inner cavity; the combined filler reaction zone (712) comprises hollow sphere fillers (714) and suspension sphere combined fillers (715) which are arranged in a combined mode; the heterodromous tampering folded plate (713), the hollow sphere filler (714) and the suspension sphere combined filler (715) jointly form a coagulation reaction system of a coagulation reaction first area (71);
the automatic backwashing filter (4) is provided with a filtering device (9) for realizing the natural filtering function of the purified water.
