1. A domestic sewage treatment device comprises a shell (1), a separation plate (3), a flow guide table (4), a water inlet plate (5), a filter cylinder (6), a filter plate (7) and an ultrafiltration membrane cylinder (8); the shell (1) is provided with a water inlet pipe (2) and a water outlet pipe (9); the flow guide table (4) and the water inlet plate (5) are arranged in parallel inside the shell (1) and divide the shell into an upper filter chamber and a lower filter chamber; the separating plate (3) is arranged in the upper filtering chamber corresponding to the position of the water inlet pipe (2); the filter plate (7) is arranged in the lower filter chamber; the filter cartridge (6) is arranged at the lower end of the water inlet plate (5) and is positioned at one side of the filter plate (7); multiple groups of ultrafiltration membrane cylinders (8) are arranged in parallel, the multiple groups of ultrafiltration membrane cylinders (8) are positioned on the other side of the filter plate (7), one end of each ultrafiltration membrane cylinder (8) close to the filter plate (7) is a blind end, and the other end of each ultrafiltration membrane cylinder is communicated with a water outlet pipe (9); characterized in that it further comprises a first cleaning assembly (11); the first cleaning component (11) is arranged on the ultrafiltration membrane cylinder (8);
the first cleaning assembly (11) comprises a first driving motor (36), a first lead screw (37), a moving plate (38), a second lead screw (39), a moving sleeve (40), a first gear (41), a second gear (42) and a clamping piece (44); a first lead screw (37) driven by a first driving motor (36) is rotationally arranged in the lower filtering chamber; a horizontally moving plate (38) is in threaded connection with a first lead screw (37), and a first through hole for an ultrafiltration membrane cylinder (8) to pass through and a second through hole for a second lead screw (39) to pass through are formed in the moving plate (38); the second lead screw (39) is arranged in parallel with the first lead screw (37); the first gear (41) is rotatably arranged on the moving plate (38) and is communicated with the first through hole; the clamping piece (44) is arranged between the first gear (41) and the ultrafiltration membrane cylinder (8); the second gear (42) is rotatably arranged on the moving plate (38), is communicated with the second through hole and is meshed with the first gear (41); the inner wall of the movable sleeve (40) is in threaded connection with a second lead screw (39), and the outer wall key is connected with a second gear (42).

The domestic sewage treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the engaging member (44) comprises a mounting seat (43), a telescopic plate (46), a first cleaning brush (47) and an elastic pushing member (48); the mounting seat (43) is arranged on the first gear (41), and a mounting groove (45) is formed in the mounting seat (43); the elastic pushing piece (48) is arranged in the mounting groove (45); one end of the telescopic plate (46) extends into the mounting groove (45) and is connected with the elastic pushing piece (48), and the other end of the telescopic plate extends into the first through hole and is connected with the first cleaning brush (47); the first cleaning brush (47) is in sliding contact with the ultrafiltration membrane cartridge (8).

The domestic sewage treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the filter cartridge (6) is provided with an agitating assembly (10); the stirring assembly (10) comprises a second driving motor (31), a stirring rod (32), a lower stirring paddle (33), an upper stirring paddle (34) and a sewage scraping frame (35); a stirring rod (32) driven by a second driving motor (31) is rotationally arranged at the bottom of the lower filtering chamber, and the upper end of the stirring rod rotationally extends into the filtering cylinder (6); the upper stirring paddle (34) and the lower stirring paddle (33) are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the stirring rod (32); the scraping frame (35) is arranged on the stirring rod (32) and is connected with the filter cylinder (6) in a sliding way.

The domestic sewage treatment apparatus of claim 1 wherein the lower filtering chamber is provided with a second cleaning assembly; the second cleaning component comprises a third driving motor (12), a limiting plate (13), an extension pipe (14), a first bearing block (15), a mud suction head (16), a first traction rope (19), a first positioning wheel (20), a rotating rod (21), a third gear (22), a fourth gear (23), a second traction rope (24), a second positioning wheel (25), a cleaning piece (26), a mud pump and a mud storage box (49); the limiting plate (13) is arranged in the lower filtering chamber; the telescopic pipe (14) is arranged on the limiting plate (13), the upper end of the telescopic pipe is communicated with the sludge storage tank (49) through a sludge pump, and the lower end of the telescopic pipe is communicated with the sludge suction head (16); the first bearing block (15) is arranged on the mud sucking head (16); the fourth gear (23) is in key connection with the main shaft of the third driving motor (12); the third gear (22) is connected with the rotating rod (21) in a key way and is also connected with the fourth gear (23) in a meshed way; the first positioning wheel (20) is connected with the rotating rod (21) in a key way; the upper end of the first traction rope (19) is connected with a first positioning wheel (20), and the lower end of the first traction rope is connected with a first bearing block (15); the second positioning wheel (25) is arranged between the filter plate (7) and the telescopic pipe (14) and is positioned at the upper end of the lower filter chamber; a second traction rope (24) is wound on a second positioning wheel (25) and is always in an inverted V-shaped structure, and two ends of the second traction rope (24) are respectively connected with the first bearing block (15) and the cleaning piece (26); cleaning elements (26) are arranged on the filter plate (7).

A domestic sewage treatment apparatus according to claim 4 wherein the cleaning member (26) comprises a second bearing block (27), a slide block (28) and a second cleaning brush (29); the filter plate (7) is provided with a chute; one end of the sliding block (28) extends into the sliding groove and is connected with the sliding groove in a sliding way, and the other end of the sliding block is connected with the second bearing block (27); the second bearing block (27) is connected with the second traction rope (24); the second cleaning brush (29) is disposed on the second bearing block (27) and is in sliding contact with the filter plate (7).

A domestic sewage treatment apparatus according to claim 4 wherein the inner wall of the lower filtering chamber is provided with a guide plate (17); a positioning frame (18) is arranged on the guide plate (17); the telescopic pipe (14) is provided with a guide groove (30); the positioning frame (18) is connected with the guide groove (30) in a sliding way.
7. The domestic sewage treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the separation plate (3) is disposed to be inclined and higher at one end closer to the inlet pipe (2) than at the other end.
8. The domestic sewage treatment apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the housing (1) is provided with a sewage collection box (50) corresponding to the lower end of the separation plate (3).
9. A domestic sewage treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the upper filtering chamber is provided with a flow blocking member (51); the spoiler (51) is arranged below the separating plate (3).
10. A domestic sewage treatment method comprising any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by the steps of:
s1, domestic sewage is poured into the shell (1), the sewage flows along the separating plate (3), solid substances are retained on the separating plate (3), and liquid falls down and enters the filter cylinder (6) along the flow guide table (4);
s2, adding a purifying agent into the downward filtering chamber;
s3, the stirring component (10) is used for stirring the lower stirring paddle (33) and the upper stirring paddle (34), mixing sewage and a purifying agent, and the sewage scraping frame (35) is used for cleaning the filter cylinder (6);
s4, enabling the sewage to pass through the filter plate (7) under the action of the filter cartridge (6) and a purifying agent, enter the ultrafiltration membrane cartridge (8) for purification again, and finally flow out of the water outlet pipe (9);
s5, the first cleaning assembly (11) acts, the first lead screw (37) rotates through transmission of the first driving motor (36), the moving plate (38) moves horizontally, the moving sleeve (40) is pushed by the thread of the second lead screw (39) to drive the second gear (42) to rotate, the first gear (41) drives the clamping piece (44) to rotate synchronously, and the first cleaning brush (47) cleans the surface of the ultrafiltration membrane cylinder (8);
