A two-in-one treatment system for municipal sewage and industrial sewage is characterized by comprising a sewage pool (1), a lifting filtering mechanism (2), a garbage separating pool (3), an industrial sewage tank (4), a mixing treatment mechanism (5) and a dosing mechanism (6), wherein the lifting filtering mechanism (2) is connected with the sewage pool (1), and the sewage pool (1) conveys the municipal sewage into the lifting filtering mechanism (2);
the lifting filtering mechanism (2) is respectively connected with the garbage separating tank (3) and the mixing treatment mechanism (5), sewage filtered by the lifting filtering mechanism (2) flows into the mixing treatment mechanism (5), and garbage flows into the garbage separating tank (3) in a lifting state of the lifting filtering mechanism (2);
the internally mounted of industry sewage jar (4) has clearance mechanism (7), and clearance mechanism (7) are used for clearing up filterable impurity on industry sewage jar (4) to industry sewage after the filtration flows into hybrid processing mechanism (5), installs on hybrid processing mechanism (5) with medicine mechanism (6), and the liquid medicine is in hybrid processing mechanism (5) through medicine mechanism (6) inflow, handles municipal sewage and industrial sewage.

The two-in-one municipal and industrial sewage treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the lifting filter mechanism (2) comprises a support frame (21), a support column (22), a cylinder (23), a reinforcing plate (24) and a lifting pan (25), the reinforcing plate (24) is fixed on the top end of the support frame (21), the support column (22) is fixed on the bottom end of the support frame (21), one end of the lifting pan (25) is connected with the reinforcing plate (24) through a pin shaft, the lifting pan (25) rotates around the pin shaft, the other end of the lifting pan (25) is movably connected with a telescopic rod of the cylinder (23), the cylinder (23) rotates around the support column (22), and the telescopic rod is driven by the cylinder (23) to stretch and retract to drive the lifting pan (25) to ascend or descend;
the lifting ware (25) is in under the lifting state, and the least significant end is used for discharging rubbish towards rubbish separation tank (3) to the through-hole that the filter screen covered in the middle part of lifting ware (25) is connected with mixed processing mechanism (5).

The two-in-one municipal and industrial sewage treatment system according to claim 2, wherein the sewage tank (1) is provided with a supporting plate (11), the supporting plate (11) fixes the pump body (111), and a pipeline of the pump body (111) connects the sewage tank (1) and the lifting vessel (25), wherein the pump body (111) is used for pumping the municipal sewage in the sewage tank (1) and conveying the municipal sewage into the lifting vessel (25).

The two-in-one treatment system for municipal sewage and industrial sewage according to claim 3, it is characterized in that a transverse plate (41) is fixed on the outer wall of the industrial sewage tank (4), a motor (42) is arranged on the transverse plate (41), a motor shaft of the motor (42) is inserted into the industrial sewage tank (4) and is connected with a lantern ring (53), the motor (42) drives the lantern ring (53) to rotate in the industrial sewage tank (4), and lantern ring (53) intussuseption is filled with filtration material (43), and clearance mechanism (7) are installed on lantern ring (53), and clearance mechanism (7) include motor (71), motor frame (72) and brush (73), and the one end of motor frame (72) is fixed on the terminal surface of lantern ring (53), and the other end and the motor (71) of motor frame (72) meet, and radially fixed brush (73) are gone out to motor (71), and brush (73) are under the drive of motor (71) clearance filtration material (43) impurity on the surface.

The two-in-one treatment system for the municipal and industrial sewage according to claim 4, wherein the mixing treatment mechanism (5) comprises a treatment tank (51), a gear (52), a collar (53), a sewage feeding mechanism (54), a gear ring (55) and a base (56), a groove for accommodating the treatment tank (51) is installed on the base (56), wherein the collar (53) is embedded and fixed in the groove, the adjacent treatment tank (51) is inserted into the ring groove of the collar (53), and the treatment tank (51) rotates around the collar (53) and is in a sealing state in the rotating process; the outer part of the treatment tank (51) is also sleeved with a gear ring (55), the gear ring (55) is meshed with a gear (52) on a main shaft (57), the main shaft (57) is connected with a motor (42) on the gear (52), the gear ring (55) is driven to rotate through the gear (52), the treatment tank (51) synchronously rotates along with the gear ring (55), and the dosing mixing degree is increased;

The two-in-one treatment system for municipal and industrial sewage according to claim 5, wherein the dosing mechanism (6) comprises a dosing main pipe (61), a dosing auxiliary pipe (62), an impeller (63) and a transmission mechanism (64), the dosing main pipe (61) penetrates through the treatment tank (51) along the radial direction of the lantern ring (53), the dosing auxiliary pipe (62) is located inside the treatment tank (51), the dosing main pipe (61) and the dosing auxiliary pipe (62) are communicated, the impeller (63) is installed inside the dosing main pipe (61), the impeller (63) is connected with the dosing auxiliary pipe (62) through the transmission mechanism (64), the impeller (63) rotates under the driving of the liquid medicine and is transmitted into the dosing auxiliary pipe (62) through the transmission mechanism (64) to drive the dosing auxiliary pipe (62) to rotate.

The two-in-one municipal and industrial sewage treatment system according to claim 6, wherein the transmission mechanism (64) comprises a conical tooth (641), a transmission shaft (642), a gear set (643) and an outer frame (644), the conical tooth (641) is fixed on the impeller (63), the conical tooth (641) is meshed with one end of the transmission shaft (642), the other end of the transmission shaft (642) penetrates through a bearing of the main dosing pipe (61) to be connected with the input end of the gear set (643), the bottom end of the outer frame (644) is fixed on the auxiliary dosing pipe (62), the top end of the auxiliary dosing pipe (62) is connected with the output end of the gear set (643), wherein the impeller (63) rotates through the transmission shaft (642) to change the power direction to drive the auxiliary dosing pipe (62) to rotate, and the liquid medicine of the auxiliary dosing pipe (62) flows into the treatment tank (51) in a rotating manner, so as to increase the diffusion degree of the liquid medicine.
8. The two-in-one treatment system for municipal and industrial sewage according to claim 7, wherein the main chemical-adding pipe (61) is provided with a groove for accommodating the impeller (63).
9. The method for implementing the municipal and industrial sewage treatment system according to claim 8, comprising the steps of:
s1: and (3) sewage discharge: respectively discharging municipal sewage and industrial sewage into a sewage pool (1) and an industrial sewage tank (4);
s2: primary treatment of sewage;
s21: municipal sewage is filtered: the pump body (111) pumps sewage in the sewage pool (1) and discharges the sewage into the horizontal lifting dish (25), solid impurities are left on the lifting dish (25) after being filtered, the solid impurities are lifted by the lifting dish (25) and slide into the garbage separation pool (3), and the filtered sewage flows into the treatment tank (51);
s22: treating industrial sewage: before treatment, the motor (42) drives the lantern ring (53) to rotate, one surface of the hairbrush (73) faces upwards, sewage flows into the treatment tank (51) after being filtered by the filter material (43), the motor (42) drives the lantern ring (53) to rotate 180 degrees, and the motor (71) drives the hairbrush (73) to rotate to sweep down impurities on the surface of the filter material (43);
s3: adding medicine treatment: the liquid medicine flows into the main medicine adding pipe (61), the impeller (63) is driven to rotate by the liquid medicine in the flowing process, the power direction is changed through the transmission shaft (642) to drive the auxiliary medicine adding pipe (62) to rotate, and the liquid medicine of the auxiliary medicine adding pipe (62) flows into the treatment tank (51) in a rotating mode, so that the diffusion degree of the liquid medicine is increased;
