one side of the fixed plate (11) is symmetrically connected with a second supporting rod (41), and a blanking frame (42) is connected between the upper parts of the second supporting rods (41);
the inner wall of the lower part of the blanking frame (42) is rotatably connected with the rotating blade (43);
a second transmission assembly (44), wherein the second transmission assembly (44) is connected between the rotating shaft of the rotating blade (43) and the rotating shaft of the wheel (13) on one side;
a material scattering pipe (45), a material scattering pipe (45) is connected to the bottom of the blanking frame (42), and bulk material leaves (46) are connected to the lower part of the material scattering pipe (45).

the upper parts of the third support rods (61) on the same vertical side are connected with the fixed frame (62) through the fixed frame (62);
the baffle (63) is connected between the lower parts of the fixing frames (62) in a sliding mode, and the top of the baffle (63) is connected with a handle (64).
