Technical Field

The purchased waste aluminum materials are generally transported to a discharging span of a pretreatment workshop in the form of a truck or a container, most vehicles do not have an automatic discharging function and need manual discharging; the carriage is long and is more than ten meters long, and waste aluminum materials need to be transferred to a carriage port from the inner side of the carriage and then unloaded; the unloaded waste aluminum materials are mostly transported to storage strides of all appointed storage bins by a forklift, and the types of the waste aluminum materials stored in the storage bins are marked manually.
The unloading and sorting storage method has the following defects:
1. the labor intensity is high, the efficiency is low, and a large amount of manpower is consumed;
2. the problem of mixing and storing is caused by the fact that information is input manually and is easy to make mistakes, and once mixing is carried out, the crushing and sorting efficiency and the product quality are seriously influenced.
