The point switch is a basic device beside the rail of railway and urban rail traffic, and is used for reliably converting the position of the turnout, changing the opening direction of the turnout, locking the switch tongue of the turnout and reflecting the position of the turnout. The point switch not only ensures the driving safety, but also improves the transportation efficiency and the labor intensity of the driving personnel. At present, most of existing switch machine control schemes are centralized interlocking schemes, namely, an interlocking system is deployed in a control center and is connected with a switch machine beside a track through a large number of outdoor cables. However, along with the rapid development of rail transit in China, new requirements on the design of a railway system are provided for shortening the construction period, reducing the construction cost, reducing the later-stage field maintenance cost and improving the operation efficiency.
The existing full-electronic interlocking system generally adopts a centralized control framework installed in a cage type, and is not beneficial to a scene with low distribution density of point switches.
The centralized architecture is characterized in that: the safety power panel, safety control panel and safety input and output panel of the system are all placed in a cage, and the output of the switch board is connected with the switch machine through long-distance wires, as shown in figure 1.
In order to solve the problem of long distance routing of a control line of a point switch, the prior art also provides a better solution: "trackside switch machine control units" are used. As shown in fig. 2, the biggest difference from the method 1 is that long-distance cabling is changed into a communication unit, and the method can break through the limit of the length of the output control line of the output board of the switch machine, and change the long-distance communication into a method of network and the like, so that the usage amount of outdoor cables is reduced. Whether the external full electronic interlocking unit fails or the internal failure of the remote switch machine control unit occurs, the safety monitoring unit cuts off the output of the switch machine control safety power supply and simultaneously transmits a signal back to the full electronic interlocking control unit through the safety controller. And when the safety monitoring unit 1 and the safety monitoring unit 2 are both in the valid state, the output of the safety power supply is in the valid state. When the safety monitoring power supply has a fault, the safety power supply stops outputting.
In conclusion, through various safety mechanisms, the safety is high, and the requirement of the safety integrity level SIL4 is met.
4. In addition to the above-described safety mechanism of "safe power down", the correct acquisition and transmission of switch machine representative circuits is also very important. In the aspect of representing circuit acquisition, the system adopts an independent safety acquisition unit 1 and an independent safety acquisition unit 2 to respectively and independently acquire representing signals of the switch machine so as to ensure the acquisition independence. The safety monitoring unit is the core for guaranteeing safe driving of switching, and no matter whether an external full-electronic interlocking unit fails or an internal failure of a remote switch machine control unit, the safety monitoring unit can cut off the output of a switch machine control safety power supply and simultaneously returns a signal to the full-electronic interlocking unit through the safety controller.
And when the safety monitoring unit 1 and the safety monitoring unit 2 are both in an effective state, the output of the safety power supply is in an effective state. When the safety monitoring power supply has a fault, the safety power supply stops outputting.
The safe power supply is the core of the safe driving power supply, only when the safe power supply is effective, the driving unit can normally respond to the instructions of the safe controller 1 and the safe controller 2, and when the safe power supply is cut off, the switch machine driver cannot rotate, so that the switch machine can be prevented from generating unexpected actions.
Meanwhile, the safety acquisition unit 1 and the safety acquisition unit 2 both acquire the safety state with the information of 'abnormal'.
The safety acquisition unit 1 and the safety acquisition unit 2 respectively and independently acquire the indication signals (turnout position information) of the point switch and respectively upload the indication signals to the full electronic interlocking control unit through the communication channel 1 and the communication channel 2 in real time. And the all-electronic interlocking control unit considers that the acquisition result is correct and reliable if and only if the acquired information of the safety acquisition unit 1 is consistent with that of the safety acquisition unit 2.
The safety controller 1 and the safety controller 2 respectively receive control signals of the all-electronic interlocking control unit to the switch machine, control the positive end and the negative end of the switch machine, and only when the control signals are effective at the same time, the switch machine can be normally driven.
