The second side 30b of the consumable container 30 corresponds to a position of the second sidewall 20b of the consumable package 20, the bottom surface 30f of the consumable container 30 corresponds to a position of the second end wall 20f of the consumable package 20, the top surface 30e of the consumable container 30 corresponds to a position of the first end wall 20e of the consumable package 20, the third side 30c of the consumable container 30 corresponds to a position of the third sidewall 20c of the consumable package 20, and the fourth side 30d of the consumable container 30 corresponds to a position of the fourth sidewall 20d of the consumable package 20.
At least a portion of the consumable chip 330 on the first side 30a can be exposed from the first through hole 21 penetrating the first sidewall 20 a. Preferably, the first through hole 21 may expose the entire consumable chip 330. The second through hole 22 may expose a portion of the third side 30c of the consumable container 30. The consumable package 20 is made of copperplate cardboard, white cardboard or white cardboard.
Further, the consumable package 20 may be folded from a flat sheet of paper card. Further, the first through hole 21 and the second through hole 22 may be circular holes, square holes, elliptical holes, irregular holes, or the like.

When the consumable device 100 is used, the camera 1011 on the general controller 101 scans the two-dimensional code on the consumable package 20, and when the general controller 101 recognizes the corresponding two-dimensional code information, the general controller 101 controls the corresponding one of the executing mechanisms to execute the action. For example: when the two-dimensional code information on the consumable packaging component 20 corresponds to 4 consumable containers 30 of T1812C, an actuator is actuated to operate the consumable chip 330 on the consumable container 30.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, 3 mechanism outlets 1003, 1004, 1005, which are outlets of 3 actuators, are provided on the second surface 100 b. The positioning mechanism of the consumable device 100 can be inserted into the accommodating portion through the second through hole 22 of the consumable package 20, so as to fix and position the consumable container 30, thereby preventing the consumable device 100, which is caused by the unfixed position of the consumable container 30 in the consumable package 20, from being unable to upgrade, reset, rewrite or detect the consumable chip 330. Thereby realize not operating the consumptive material chip on the consumptive material container 30 under the circumstances of demolising consumptive material package 20, avoid causing scrapping of consumptive material package 20, reduce production or rework process, reduce cost, raise the efficiency. Further, the electrical connection may be in the form of direct contact between the two conductive members, or the two conductive members may be connected through a third member.
The following description will be made of one of the actuators 500, and the plurality of actuators 500 have the same structure and function and will not be described again. The structure and function of the actuator 500 will be described below by taking as an example a consumable package in which the first through hole 21 is provided on the first sidewall 20a and the second through hole 22 is provided on the third sidewall 20c and the fourth sidewall 20 d.
Fig. 5 is an overall schematic view of an actuator of a consumable part apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 5, the actuator 500 includes at least one positioning mechanism 51 and an operating mechanism 53.
The positioning mechanism 51 positions the consumable container 30 in the consumable package 20 through the second through hole 22 of the consumable package 20;
the operating mechanism 53 is connected to the consumable chip 330 on the consumable container 30 through the first through hole 21 on the consumable package 20.
In the above scheme, the actuator of the consumable device can operate, upgrade, etc. the consumable chip of the consumable container 30 accommodated in the consumable package 20 without removing the consumable package.
As shown in fig. 5, the actuator 500 is mounted on the main bottom plate 509, the actuator 500 includes at least one positioning mechanism 51, in this embodiment, the actuator 500 includes two positioning mechanisms 51 and 52 symmetrically disposed, and the two positioning mechanisms 51 and 52 are respectively configured with a first motor 501 and a second motor 502. The operating mechanism 53 is also provided with a third motor 503, and the operating mechanism 53 can move close to the consumable package 20 under the driving of the third motor 503 until the operating mechanism 53 is connected with the consumable chip 330.
Further, the actuator 500 further includes a pressing mechanism 54 and a fixing mechanism 55. When the printing consumable 200 is placed in the actuator 500 of the consumable device 100, the first end wall 20e of the consumable package 20 abuts against the limiting plate in the fixing mechanism 55, the first side wall 20a of the consumable package 20 is disposed opposite to the operating mechanism 53, the second end wall 20f of the consumable package 20 is disposed corresponding to the pressing mechanism 54, and the third side wall 20c and the fourth side wall 20d of the consumable package 20 correspond to one corresponding positioning mechanism 51 and 52, respectively.
Under the cooperation of two positioning mechanisms 51,52, hold-down mechanism 54, fixing mechanism 55 and operating device 53, can fix printing consumables 200 in actuating mechanism 500 to can realize that consumable chip 330 aims at the connection fast, accomplish processing such as upgrading, resetting, the modification of printing consumables.
Fig. 6 and 7 are schematic views of a positioning mechanism of a consumable device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6 to 7, the two positioning mechanisms 51 and 52 are a left positioning mechanism 51 and a right positioning mechanism 52, respectively, and the two positioning mechanisms 51 and 52 position the third side surface 30c and the fourth side surface 30d of the consumable container 30 along the X-axis direction (i.e., the first direction), respectively. The two positioning mechanisms 51,52 have the same structure and function, and the present embodiment will be described by taking the two positioning mechanisms 51,52 as an example. Of course, in other embodiments, the actuator 500 may have only one positioning mechanism.
When the printing consumable 200 is placed in the actuator 500 of the consumable device 100, the left positioning mechanism is abutted to the third side 30c of the consumable container 30 through the second through hole 22 on the third side wall 20c of the consumable package 20; the right positioning mechanism passes through the second through hole 22 on the fourth sidewall 20d of the consumable package 20 to abut against the fourth side 30d of the consumable container 30.
In this embodiment, the positioning mechanisms 51,52 are mounted on a positioning mechanism base plate 517 and are mounted on a main base plate 509 via the positioning mechanism base plate 517. In other embodiments, the positioning mechanisms 51,52 may also be mounted directly on the overall bottom plate 509.
As shown in fig. 6 to 7, taking the positioning mechanism 51 as an example, the positioning mechanism 51 includes a positioning mechanism translation plate 513 and a push rod 511. The positioning mechanism translation plate 513 is connected to the first motor 501, and the ejector rod 511 is mounted on one end of the positioning mechanism translation plate 513, which is far away from the first motor 501, through the ejector rod fixing plate 512. The ejector 511 is used for positioning the consumable container 30. In a specific implementation, the ejector pin 511 passes through the second through hole 22 of the consumable packaging component 20 to position the consumable container 30, i.e., the diameter of the ejector pin 511 is smaller than the diameter of the second through hole 22. In order to prevent the ejector pin 511 from damaging the consumable package 20 or the consumable container 30, the ejector pin 511 is smooth and burr-free.
The first motor 501 drives the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 to move until the top rod 511 abuts against the consumable container 30.
In some embodiments, the top bar 511 and the top bar fixing plate 512 and the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 may also be provided as an integrated structure, and in this embodiment, the top bar 511, the top bar fixing plate 512 and the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 are provided as separate structures. The ejector rod fixing plate 512 can adopt different thicknesses in different execution mechanisms, that is, the ejector rod fixing plate 512 can adjust its own thickness (i.e. the length along the X-axis direction) according to the distance between the moving range of the positioning mechanism 51 and the consumable package 20, for example, the left limit position of the left positioning mechanism 51 is far away from the consumable package 20, and the thickness of the ejector rod fixing plate 512 needs to be increased, so that the ejector rod 511 can reach the position of the consumable package 20. The comprehensive cost and the function of adjusting the distance of the ejector rod fixing plate 512 are combined, and the ejector rod 511, the ejector rod fixing plate 512 and the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 are of split structures.
Specifically, a first guide rail 5171 is disposed on the positioning mechanism bottom plate 517, and the positioning mechanism translational plate 513 is slidably connected to the first guide rail 5171 through a first slider 5131, that is, the positioning mechanism translational plate 513 can slide on the first guide rail 5171 along the first direction. In this embodiment, the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 of the positioning mechanism 51 can slide relatively along the first guide rail 5171 under the action of the first motor 501. The number of the first slider 5131 corresponds to the number of the first rail 5171, and may be one or more.
Further, the first motor 501 is mounted on the positioning mechanism base plate 517 through a first motor fixing plate 518. A through hole is formed in the first motor fixing plate 518, so that a first motor shaft 5012 of the first motor 501 penetrates through the first motor fixing plate 518 and extends to the positioning mechanism translation plate 513, and the first motor shaft 5012 is connected with the positioning mechanism translation plate 513. In a particular embodiment, first motor shaft 5012 of first motor 501 is threaded. One end of the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 close to the first motor 501 is provided with a U-shaped groove, the U-shaped groove is used for installing a first nut 516, the first nut 516 can be in threaded connection with the connecting end of the first motor shaft 5012, and the first nut 516 can axially move along the first motor shaft 5012.
When the first motor 501 is operated, the first nut 516 translates on the first motor shaft 5012 to move the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 and the top bar 511. Specifically, the first nut 516 is mounted in a U-shaped slot on the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 and is connected to a first motor shaft 5012 of the first motor 501.
In order to ensure the motor operation stability, a first bearing mechanism 515 is provided on the shaft end side of the first motor shaft 5012, and the first bearing mechanism 515 is fixed to a positioning mechanism base plate 517 via a first bearing fixing plate 514. The first bearing mechanism 515 includes a bearing, a bearing seat. The bearing is a standard component, such as 606ZZ bearing optionally mating with motor shaft 5012; the bearing seat is a part of the bearing, and the precision requirement is high. The bearing seat and the first bearing fixing plate 514 may be provided as an integral structure, and in this embodiment, the bearing seat and the first bearing fixing plate 514 are provided as separate structures. The bearing seat needs to be matched with the bearing, so that the precision requirement is high, and the manufacturing cost is high; the first bearing fixing plate 514 only plays a role in fixed connection, and the precision requirement is not high, so the split arrangement is favorable for reducing the total cost.
As shown in fig. 6, the positioning mechanism 51 further includes: a first proximity switch 519, the first proximity switch 519 being provided on the first motor fixing plate 518. The first proximity switch 519 makes it possible to recognize whether the left positioning mechanism 51 is in the initial position. The first proximity switch 519 is a distance sensor, and when the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 in the left positioning mechanism 51 approaches the first proximity switch 519, the first proximity switch 519 recognizes the approach of the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 within a recognizable distance range, and then sends a message instruction to the controller to inform the left positioning mechanism 51 that the left positioning mechanism is in the initial position.
Further, the first proximity switch 519 may also be provided as a sensor for identifying whether the positioning mechanism 51 is in the initial position. The sensor may be an optical sensor, such as an infrared sensor.
When the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 of the positioning mechanism 51 moves to the initial position in the direction of approaching the first proximity switch 519, the first proximity switch 519 recognizes the approach of the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 within the recognizable distance range, and then sends a positioning mechanism position signal to the controller, so that the controller can perform the next command operation. Specifically, the controller may be a self-controller of the actuator, or may be an overall controller 101 of the entire consumable device. When the controller is the self-controller of the execution mechanism, the controller is electrically connected with the general controller 101 of the consumable device, and signals can be transmitted mutually.
The top rod 511 and the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 can translate relative to the positioning mechanism bottom plate 517 to fix the consumable container 30 at a predetermined position, so as to prevent the consumable device 100, which is caused by the unfixed position of the consumable container 30 in the consumable package 20, from being unable to perform upgrading, resetting, rewriting or detecting operations on the consumable chip 330.
In this embodiment, the ejector rod 511 of the left positioning mechanism 51 passes through the second through hole 22 on the third side wall 20c of the consumable container 20 to abut against the third side surface 30c of the consumable container 30, and the ejector rod 511 of the right positioning mechanism 52 passes through the second through hole 22 on the fourth side wall 20d of the consumable container 20 to abut against the fourth side surface 30d of the consumable container 30, so as to position the consumable container 30, so that the position of the consumable container 30 relative to the consumable device 100 is uniquely fixed, and the situation that the consumable container 30 deflects and skews due to non-corresponding positioning positions is avoided.
In the specific embodiment, the number and the positions of the push rods 511 correspond to those of the second through holes 22, the number of the second through holes 22 is 3, and the number of the push rods 511 on the positioning mechanism 51 is also 3. That is, each of the lift pins 511 passes through a corresponding one of the second through holes 22 to abut against the side surface of the consumable container 30. Preferably, the second through holes 22 may be arranged in a special pattern such as a smiling face for aesthetic reasons.
In some embodiments, the ejector 511 of the positioning mechanism 51 is in direct contact with the consumable container 30. Correspondingly, the consumable container 30 may also have a fixing hole or a fixing groove matching with the top rod 511, which is not limited herein.
In other embodiments, the top bar 511 of the positioning mechanism 51 may also be in indirect contact. Illustratively, 4 consumable containers 30 are wrapped with plastic film and then packaged in the consumable package 20. When the consumable chip 330 needs to be operated by the consumable device 100, the ejector rod 511 of the actuator of the consumable device 100 directly props against the plastic film wrapping the consumable container 30 through the second through hole 22, and the consumable container 30 can also be positioned. In addition, 4 consumable containers 30 may be placed in the plastic bag, and the third side 30c and the fourth side 30d may be entirely covered with the plastic bag; the combination of plastic bag and consumable container are loaded into the consumable package 20. When the consumable chip 330 needs to be operated by the consumable device 100, the ejector rod 511 of the actuator of the consumable device 100 directly abuts against the plastic bag through the second through hole 22, and the consumable container 30 can also be positioned. Meanwhile, the plastic bag has an opening corresponding to the consumable chip 330, which ensures the electrical connection between the consumable chip 330 and the operating mechanism 53. Alternatively, the consumable package 20 may be filled after the consumable container 30 is wrapped or covered with another packaging material. The effect is the same when the printing consumables 200 are wrapped by a film or a plastic bag. The film can be wrapped on the outer surface of the consumable packaging component 20, when positioning is needed, the ejector rod 511 of the actuator of the consumable device 100 can penetrate through the second through hole 22 to extrude the film arranged on the third side 30c and/or the fourth side 30d, and the film has certain toughness, so that deformation can be generated in a certain range, and the consumable container 30 can be fixed, which is not limited herein.

The application provides a method for processing printing consumables, which comprises the following steps:
step S10, the controller controls the positioning mechanism to position the consumable container 30 in the first direction through the second through hole 22 on the consumable packaging 20;
in step S20, the controller controls the operation mechanism to connect with the consumable chip 330 on the consumable container 30 through the first through hole 21 on the consumable packaging member 20.
In the above scheme, under the condition of not unpacking, the controller controls the positioning mechanism to position the printing consumables, and then controls the operating mechanism to process the printing consumables, so as to perform the operations of upgrading, resetting, rewriting or detecting the consumable chip 330 on the consumable container 30; the scrapping of the consumable packaging piece 20 is avoided, the process is simple, the production efficiency is high, and the cost is low. Meanwhile, a plurality of consumable containers 30 (which may be one set) accommodated in the consumable packaging member 20 can be operated, and the process is simple and the production efficiency is high.
The specific steps of the above treatment method are specifically described as follows:
prior to step S10, the method may include:
the consumable device 100 is placed on a flat surface and the power cord socket 106 is plugged into the power cord, turning on the power switch 105. If necessary, the cable jack 107 plugs in an RJ45 cable for ethernet connection to facilitate updating of device programs or systems.
The two-dimensional code on the prepared printing consumables is aligned to the camera 1011 on the overall controller 101 for scanning, so that the overall controller obtains the two-dimensional code information on the printing consumables.
Further, before step S10, the method further includes:
step S01, the general controller receives the two-dimension code information on the consumable packaging part 20 of the printing consumable 200, converts the two-dimension code information into a serial number instruction, and controls the corresponding executing mechanism to execute actions according to the serial number instruction; the controller controls the fixing mechanism in the corresponding actuating mechanism to move the limiting plate from the initial position to the loading position, as shown in fig. 13.
In step S02, the printing supplies 200 are loaded into the storage portions of the position-limiting plates 551 of the fixing mechanism 55, and the controller 101 controls the movement of the position-limiting plates 551 until the printing supplies 200 move from the loading positions to the predetermined positions.
In a specific implementation process, when the camera 1011 scans the two-dimensional code information on the consumable packaging of the printing consumables, the overall controller 101 obtains the two-dimensional code information and matches the two-dimensional code information with the corresponding execution mechanism 500, the controller controls the fifth motor driver 5051 to drive the fifth motor 505 to work, the fifth motor shaft 5052 rotates, the fifth nut 556 moves in the-Y axis direction due to the rotation of the fifth motor shaft 5052, the fifth nut 556 drives the fixing mechanism translation plate 553 and the limit plate 551 to move in the-Y axis direction, the cover plate 308 and the limit plate 551 extend out of the second surface 100b of the consumable equipment 100, after the fifth motor 505 rotates for the specified number of turns, the limit plate 551 moves from the initial position to the pick-up position, and the motor driver 5051 controls the fifth motor 505 not to move continuously and maintains the state of the pick-up position.
As shown in fig. 14, step S02 specifically includes:
the printing consumables 200 are loaded into the accommodating parts of the limiting plates 551 of the fixing mechanism 55, and the controller receives a first signal sent by a photoelectric switch of the fixing mechanism, wherein the first signal is a signal indicating that the printing consumables 200 are installed in place;
the controller controls a fifth motor driver to drive a fifth motor to rotate, and the fifth motor 505 drives the limiting plate to move from the loading position to the preset position;
the controller controls the fifth motor 505 driver to stop operating and the printing consumables 200 reach a predetermined position.
Specifically, when the photoelectric switch 550 detects that the printing consumable 200 is installed in the containing portion 5512 of the limit plate 551, the controller obtains a first signal sent by the photoelectric switch 550, the controller controls the fifth motor driver 5051 to drive the fifth motor 505 to operate, the fifth motor shaft 5052 rotates in the opposite direction, the fifth nut 556 moves in the + Y axis direction due to the rotation of the fifth motor shaft 5052, and the fifth nut 556 drives the fixing mechanism translation plate 553 and the limit plate 551 to move in the + Y axis direction, so that the printing consumable 200 is brought to a predetermined position. The fifth proximity switch 558 signals the securing mechanism to a predetermined position to the controller to allow the controller to proceed to the next operation.
In step S10, the controller controls the positioning mechanism to position the consumable container 30 in the first direction through the second through-hole 22 on the consumable package 20. Specifically, step S10 includes:
the controller 101 controls the first motor driver 5011 to drive the first motor 501 to rotate, and the first motor 501 drives the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 and the ejector rod 511 mounted on the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 to move until the ejector rod penetrates through the second through hole 22 on the consumable packaging part 20 to abut against the consumable container 30;
the controller controls the first motor 501 driver to stop working, and the positioning mechanism 55 positions the consumable container 30.
Specifically, when the controller receives a signal that the fixing mechanism 55 reaches a predetermined position, indicating that the positioning of the printing consumable 200 can be started, the controller controls the motor driver 5011 to drive the first motor 501 and the second motor 502 to operate, taking the first motor 501 as an example, the first motor shaft 5012 rotates, the first nut 516 moves in the + X axis direction due to the rotation of the first motor shaft 5012, the first nut 516 drives the positioning mechanism translation plate 513, the ejector fixing plate 512, and the ejector 511 to move in the + X axis direction, after the number of turns specified by the rotation program of the first motor 501, the ejector 511 moves to the predetermined position, and the motor driver 5011 controls the first motor 501 and the second motor 502 not to continue to rotate, and maintains the positioning state. The first proximity switch 519 generates a signal to the controller to cause the controller to proceed to the next operation.
In step S11, when the controller receives the signal that the positioning mechanism 51 reaches the predetermined position, the controller controls the pressing plate 541 of the pressing mechanism 54 to move toward the end wall of the consumable package 20 until the pressing plate 541 abuts against the end wall of the consumable package 20, which intersects with or is perpendicular to the side wall of the consumable package 20.
Specifically, when the controller receives a signal that the positioning mechanism 51 reaches a predetermined position, it indicates that the second end wall 20f of the consumable package 20 can be positioned, the fourth motor driver 5041 is controlled to drive the fourth motor 504 to operate, the fourth motor shaft 5042 rotates, the fourth nut 546 moves in the-Z axis direction due to the rotation of the fourth motor shaft 5042, the fourth nut 546 drives the pressing mechanism translation plate 543, the pressing plate fixing plate 542, and the pressing plate 541 to move in the-Z axis direction, and after the pressing plate 541 moves to the predetermined position after the fourth motor 504 rotates for a predetermined number of turns, the motor driver 5041 controls the fourth motor 504 not to continue to rotate, and the pressing state is maintained. The fourth proximity switch 548 will signal the controller to allow the controller to proceed to the next operation.
In step S20, when the controller receives the signal that the pressing mechanism 54 reaches the predetermined position, the controller controls the operation mechanism 53 to connect the consumable chips 330 on the consumable container 30 through the first through holes 21 on the consumable packaging member 20, as shown in FIG. 16.
Specifically, the step S20 includes the specific steps of:
the controller controls the third motor driver 5031 to drive the third motor 503 to rotate, and the third motor 503 drives the operating mechanism translation plate 533 and the probe assembly 531 mounted on the operating mechanism translation plate 533 to move until the probe assembly 531 passes through the first through hole 21 on the consumable packaging part and is connected with the consumable chip 330 on the consumable container 30;
the controller controls the third motor driver 5031 to stop working, and the operation mechanism 53 processes the consumable chip 330 on the consumable container 30.
In an embodiment, when the controller receives a signal indicating that the hold-down mechanism 54 reaches a predetermined position, the controller may operate the printing consumables 200, and receives an instruction for operating the chips 330 of the printing consumables 200, the controller controls the third motor driver 5031 to drive the third motor 503 to rotate, the third motor shaft 5032 rotates, the third nut 536 moves in the-Y direction due to the rotation of the third motor shaft 5032, and the third nut 536 drives the operating mechanism translation plate 533, the probe fixing plate 532, and the probe assembly 531 to move in the-Y direction, during the movement of the probe assembly 531, the probe of the operating mechanism 53 pierces the heat-shrinkable film wrapped on the surface of the printing consumables 200, and then contacts the consumable chips 330 on the consumable container 30 through the first through holes 21 of the consumable packaging 20. After the third motor 503 rotates for the number of turns specified by the program, and the probe assembly 531 moves to the predetermined position, the motor driver 5031 controls the third motor 503 not to rotate continuously, and maintains the operation state. The third proximity switch 538 will generate a signal to the controller to cause the controller to proceed to the next operation.
In step S30, when the probe of the operating mechanism 53 is connected to the consumable chip 330, the controller performs an operation of upgrading, resetting, rewriting or detecting the consumable chip 330 via the operating mechanism 53.
In this embodiment, when the processing of consumable chip upgrading of consumable equipment to the printing consumables is successful, can show successful typeface on the display screen of consumable equipment, if handle the unsuccessful, also can show typeface such as upgrading failure.
Step S40, the controller receives the processing completion signal, and the controller controls the operating mechanism 53 and the positioning mechanisms 51 and 52 of the pressing mechanism 54 to respectively reset, so that the operating mechanism 53, the pressing mechanism 54 and the positioning mechanisms 51 and 52 respectively move to the initial positions;
step S50, the controller controls the movement of the position-limiting plate 551 of the fixing mechanism 55 to move the printing supplies 200 from the predetermined position to the loading position;
in step S60, the controller receives a second signal sent by the photoelectric switch of the fixing mechanism 55, where the second signal is a signal indicating that the printing supplies 200 have been taken out of the fixing mechanism 55, and the controller controls the fixing mechanism 55 to reset so that the fixing mechanism 55 moves from the loading position to the initial position.
Specifically, step S40 includes:
the controller receives the processing completion signal, and controls the third motor driver 5031 to drive the third motor 503 to rotate, the third motor 503 drives the operating mechanism translation plate 533 to move, and when the controller receives a third position signal sent by the third proximity switch 538 of the operating mechanism 53, where the third position signal is a signal for indicating that the operating mechanism 53 moves to the initial position, the controller controls the third motor 503 driver to stop working.
The controller controls a fourth motor driver 5041 to drive the fourth motor 504 to rotate, the fourth motor 504 drives the compressing mechanism translation plate to move, and when the controller receives a fourth position signal sent by a fourth proximity switch of the compressing mechanism, the fourth position signal is a signal for indicating that the compressing mechanism 54 moves to the initial position, the controller controls the fourth motor driver to stop working;
the controller controls the first motor driver 5011 to drive the first motor 501 to rotate, the first motor 501 drives the positioning mechanism translation plate 513 to move, and when the controller receives a first position signal sent by a first proximity switch of the positioning mechanism 55, where the first position signal is a signal for indicating that the positioning mechanism moves to an initial position, the controller controls the first motor driver 5011 to stop working.
In an embodiment, when the controller receives a reset command of the operating mechanism 53, the controller controls the third motor driver 5031 to drive the third motor 503 to operate, the third motor shaft 5032 rotates in the opposite direction, the third nut 536 moves in the + Y direction due to the rotation of the third motor shaft 5032, and the third nut 536 drives the operating mechanism translation plate 533, the probe fixing plate 532, and the probe assembly 531 to move in the + Y direction, thereby completing the movement away from the consumable packaging assembly 200, and returning the operating mechanism 53 to the initial position. When the third proximity switch 538 senses that the corresponding actuator translation plate 533 is within the recognizable distance range, a position signal is sent to the controller, and the controller controls the corresponding third motor 503 to stop rotating.
When the controller receives a reset command of the pressing mechanism 54, the controller controls the fourth motor driver 5041 to drive the fourth motor 504 to operate, the fourth motor shaft 5042 rotates in the reverse direction, the fourth nut 546 moves in the + Z direction due to the rotation of the fourth motor shaft 5042, the fourth nut 546 drives the pressing mechanism translation plate 543, the pressing plate fixing plate 542 and the pressing plate 541 to move in the + Z direction, and thus the pressing mechanism 54 returns to the initial position. When the fourth proximity switch 548 senses that the corresponding pressing mechanism translation plate 543 is within the recognizable distance range, a position signal is sent to the controller, and the controller controls the corresponding fourth motor 504 to stop rotating.
When the controller receives the reset command of the positioning mechanisms 51 and 52, taking the left positioning mechanism 51 as an example, the controller controls the first motor driver 5011 to drive the first motor 501 to operate, the first motor shaft 5012 rotates in the opposite direction, the first nut 516 moves in the-X axis direction due to the rotation of the first motor shaft 5012, and the first nut 516 drives the positioning mechanism translation plate 513, the ejector rod fixing plate 512, and the ejector rod 511 to move in the-X axis direction, so that the left positioning mechanism 51 returns to the initial position, and meanwhile, the right positioning mechanism 51 also returns to the initial position. When the first proximity switch 519 and the second proximity switch sense that the corresponding positioning mechanism translation plates are located in the recognizable distance range, position signals are sent to the controller, and the controller controls the first motor 501 and the second motor 502 to stop rotating.
When the controller receives a reset instruction of the fixing mechanism 55, the controller controls the fifth motor driver 5051 to drive the fifth motor 505 to operate, the fifth motor shaft 5052 rotates in the opposite direction, the fifth nut 556 moves in the + Y direction due to the rotation of the fifth motor shaft 5052, and the fifth nut 556 drives the fixing mechanism translation plate 553 and the limit plate 551 to move in the + Y direction, so that the fixing mechanism 55 is at the initial position. When the fifth proximity switch 558 senses that the corresponding stationary mechanism translating plate 553 is within a recognizable distance range, a position signal is sent to the controller, which then controls the corresponding fifth motor 504 to stop rotating.
In step S70, the controller controls the fixing mechanism 55 to extend the position-limiting plate 551, and the printing supplies 200 are sent from the initial position to the loading position; the user takes out the processed printing consumables 200.
Step S80, another consumable packaging component of the same product is placed in, and steps S70-S80 are repeated.
In step S90, when the last consumable packaging set is upgraded, reset, rewritten or detected, the position-limiting plate 551 is extended, the consumable packaging set is removed, the reset button 103 is pressed, the consumable device 100 is returned to the initial position, and the positioning mechanisms 51 and 52, the operating mechanism 53, the pressing mechanism 54 and the fixing mechanism 55 are all returned to the initial position.
In step S101, if the consumable packaging component of another product needs to be replaced, the two-dimensional code needs to be rescanned, and the operations S01-S90 are performed.
In step S102, if the operation is not required to be continued, the reset button 103 is pressed, and the actuator is reset to the initial position, at which time it stands by until the next code scanning is started.
Further, during the above steps, if an emergency situation is encountered, the user can press the emergency stop button 102 (typically a red button) to pause all operations of the consumable device.
In addition, the consumable device 100 may be connected to an image forming apparatus (e.g., a printer). After the consumable device 100 finishes operating the printing consumables 200, the master controller sends a signal to the image forming apparatus, the image forming apparatus prints an information label corresponding to the printing consumables, and the user attaches the information label to an outer package of the printing consumables. When the operation of the consumable device 100 on the printing consumable 200 fails, the printing order is not executed.
The information tag may be used to cover the first through hole 21 on the consumable package 20, preventing dust from entering onto the consumable chip 330 or inside the consumable container 30. Further, the information label may also cover the second through hole on the consumable package 20, preventing dust from entering the interior of the consumable package 20.
Further, when the consumable device 100 is in the standby mode, the reset button is pressed for five seconds, and all the limiting plates of the actuators 300 and 500 are extended, which is an engineering mode, so that the damaged probe assembly can be conveniently replaced. In other embodiments, ten seconds, three seconds, etc. are also possible.
When the consumable device 100 is in the engineering mode, there is no action for placing the printing consumables 200 and scanning the two-dimensional code until the reset button 103 is pressed again, and all the actuators 300 and 500 are reset to return to the standby mode.
In summary, the processing steps of the consumable device are as follows:
