4) hot melting and stamping: placing the honeycomb plate, the first reinforcing plate, the adsorption plate, the waterproof plate, the wear-resistant plate, the second reinforcing plate, the buffer plate and the base plate on a heating clamp in sequence of the wear-resistant plate, the waterproof plate, the adsorption plate, the first reinforcing plate, the honeycomb plate, the second reinforcing plate, the buffer plate and the base plate, then heating to carry out hot melting on the plates, and pushing a pressing plate by a punching cylinder to press a plurality of plates;
5) cooling and dedusting: placing the pressed plate into a freezing chamber for rapid cooling, wherein the cooling temperature is 0 ℃, the cooling time is 10 minutes, then washing the plate with water, and then heating and drying the plate by using a drying device, wherein the heating temperature is 70 ℃, and the drying time is 6 minutes;
6) paint spraying: the dye in the coating barrel is uniformly stirred and heated by using the stirring and heating device, and then the outer side of the laminated plate is uniformly sprayed and colored by using the spray gun, so that the automobile trunk plate with high strength and long service life can be prepared.

4) hot melting and stamping: placing the honeycomb plate, the first reinforcing plate, the adsorption plate, the waterproof plate, the wear-resistant plate, the second reinforcing plate, the buffer plate and the base plate on a heating clamp in sequence of the wear-resistant plate, the waterproof plate, the adsorption plate, the first reinforcing plate, the honeycomb plate, the second reinforcing plate, the buffer plate and the base plate, then heating to carry out hot melting on the plates, and pushing a pressing plate by a punching cylinder to press a plurality of plates;
