In the step 3, the reinforcing texture is processed by using the anti-fracture mechanism 40 described in embodiment 1.

A broken hole plugging method of a degradable plastic bag blowing device is characterized by comprising the following steps: when a hole is broken in a material in a blow molding process, a blocking mechanism is adopted to isolate the hole broken area, the blocking mechanism comprises an annular air curtain device (20) and a sealing device (30) which are arranged above a blow molding die head (10), the blow molding die head (10) comprises a heating extrusion device (11) with an annular extrusion opening and an air blowing pipe (12) which is positioned in the center of the annular extrusion opening and protrudes upwards, molten plastic extruded by the annular extrusion opening expands into a cylindrical plastic film (1) under the action of air pressure of the air blowing pipe (12), the upper end of the cylindrical plastic film (1) is flattened by a guide mechanism and is pulled to downstream equipment, and an air pressure sensor (652) is arranged on the air blowing pipe (12); the sealing device (30) comprises two clamping plates (33) positioned at two sides of the cylindrical plastic film (1), the two clamping plates (33) are mutually opened and closed, the two clamping plates (33) are movably arranged up and down, and first hot sealing strips (34) are respectively arranged on the two clamping plates (33); also comprises a splint driving mechanism for driving the splint (33) to act, the splint driving mechanism and the air pressure sensor (652) are both connected with the controller, when the air pressure sensor (652) detects that instant decompression occurs in the cylindrical plastic film (1), the cylindrical plastic film (1) is broken, the controller sends a control instruction to the clamping plate driving mechanism, the clamping plate driving mechanism drives the two clamping plates (33) to be mutually folded and the two clamping plates (33) synchronously move upwards at the same time, the first hot seal strip (34) is assembled to be the first hot seal strip (34) on the two clamping plates (33) to be mutually folded after the two clamping plates (33) are mutually folded and clamp the cylindrical plastic film (1), and the first hot seal strip (34) carries out hot seal on the cylindrical plastic film (1) along the width direction of the cylindrical plastic film (1) so as to isolate the broken hole area of the cylindrical plastic film (1) from the cylindrical plastic film (1) formed by subsequent blow molding; annular air curtain device (20) are located between blow molding die head (10) and closing device (30), the air curtain device is including annular air outlet (21) that encircles tube-shape plastic film (1) and set up, and annular air outlet (21) and air supply intercommunication are equipped with valve (23) between annular air outlet (21) and the air supply, and valve (23) are opened when baroceptor (652) detect that tube-shape plastic film (1) is inside to appear losing pressure in the twinkling of an eye, make tube-shape plastic film (1) form one deck tube-shape air curtain around forming in order to prevent that tube-shape plastic film (1) from collapsing and swing.
