Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of nylon film processing, in particular to a flattening and finishing method for a nylon film processing semi-finished product, which has simple flow, enables a stretched film to retract in liquid, improves the deformation uniformity of the film and prevents wrinkles; the method comprises the following steps: s1, installing a containing box at an outlet of the stretching box, wherein the containing box is hollow and has an opening at the top, low-toxicity or nontoxic, low viscosity, difficult volatilization and no water-containing liquid is added into the containing box, N lower rollers are installed in the lower half area of the containing box and are all positioned in the liquid, N +1 upper rollers are installed in the upper half area of the containing box, and a height lifting section is arranged at a film outlet of the containing box; s2, arranging N-1 partition plates at the bottom in the containing box, and dividing the inside of the containing box into N areas; s3, the film from the stretching box passes through N +1 upper rollers and N lower rollers in an S shape, then the liquid on the surface of the nylon film is removed through a height lifting section, and the next procedure is carried out.

Background
The nylon film is a very tough film, has good transparency, good luster, high tensile strength and tensile strength, good heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance and organic solvent resistance, excellent wear resistance and puncture resistance, is softer, has excellent oxygen resistance, has poor barrier property to water vapor, has high moisture absorption and moisture permeability and poor heat sealability, and is suitable for packaging hard articles such as greasy food, meat products, fried food, vacuum packaged food, steamed food and the like.
In the production of a polymer film, biaxial stretching or uniaxial stretching is needed, the stretching temperature is high, the temperature needs to be reduced after the polymer film is taken out of a stretching box, and the wrinkles are formed on the surface of the film due to uneven film thickness, uneven temperature and the defects of equipment per se during temperature reduction; the mechanical type easily causes the film to be excessively pulled, so that the film is damaged; therefore, it is necessary to develop a method for smoothing and finishing nylon film processing semi-finished products to solve the above problems.

s2, arranging N-1 partition plates at the bottom in the containing box, dividing the inside of the containing box into N areas, and gradually reducing the temperature of the N areas to room temperature along the trend of the nylon film;
s3, the film from the stretching box passes through N +1 upper rollers and N lower rollers in an S shape, then the liquid on the surface of the nylon film is removed through a height lifting section, and the next procedure is carried out.
