A machine tool blowing slag discharging device considering reliability guarantee of a machining process comprises a supporting frame (1), wherein an impurity storage cavity (8) is formed in the bottom end inside the supporting frame (1), push plates (11) are arranged at the left end and the right end inside the impurity storage cavity (8), a filter screen port (12) is embedded in the upper end and the lower end of each push plate (11), a connecting frame (13) is fixedly installed on the outer side of each push plate (11), a second one-way threaded rod (43) is connected to the connecting block (13) in a threaded mode, a second motor (14) is installed on the outer side of each second one-way threaded rod (43), and the second motor (14) is arranged on the inner wall of the impurity storage cavity (8); the device is characterized in that the left end and the right end of the upper side of the impurity storage cavity (8) are provided with mounting blocks (21), a first bidirectional threaded rod (20) is arranged between the mounting blocks (21), the left end and the right end of the first bidirectional threaded rod (20) are in threaded connection with a second sliding block (19), the upper side of the second sliding block (19) is provided with a blowing cover (18), the outer side of the lower end of the blowing cover (18) is provided with a second exhaust pipe (17), the outer side of the second exhaust pipe (17) is connected with a first exhaust pipe (15) through a first connecting hose (16), the first exhaust pipe (15) is arranged at the left end and the right end of the upper side of the impurity storage cavity (8), the left end of the upper side of the support frame (1) is provided with a fourth motor (23), the upper end of the fourth motor (23) is provided with a first gear (24), the right side of the first gear (24) is engaged with a second gear (25), and a rotary pipe shaft (26) is fixedly arranged in the second gear (25), a first exhaust hood (27) is arranged at the upper end inside the rotating tubular shaft (26), a first exhaust pipe (28) is arranged at the upper side of the first exhaust hood (27), the lower end of the first exhaust pipe (28) is connected with the middle part of the upper end of the rear side of the impurity storage cavity (8), an exhaust pump (29) is arranged on the first exhaust pipe (28) inside the rotating tubular shaft (26), a connecting frame (30) is fixedly arranged at the lower side of the rotating tubular shaft (26), fifth motors (31) are arranged at the front side and the rear side of the right end of the connecting frame (30), a second bidirectional threaded rod (32) is arranged at the left side of the fifth motor (31), sliding plates (44) are in threaded connection with the left end and the right end of the second bidirectional threaded rod (32), a second exhaust pipe (33) is fixedly arranged inside the sliding plates (44), and the upper side of the second exhaust pipe (33) is connected with a third exhaust pipe (35) through a second connecting hose (34), the left and right sides at rotatory hollow shaft (26) is installed in third exhaust column (35), be located and be provided with fixed plate (36) on second exhaust column (33) of connecting frame (30) downside, sixth motor (37) are installed to both ends about fixed plate (36) downside, third one-way threaded rod (38) are installed to sixth motor (37) downside, third one-way threaded rod (38) outside threaded connection has mounting (40), second suction hood (41) are installed to the lower extreme between mounting (40), second suction hood (41) upside is connected with second exhaust column (33) through third coupling hose (42).

The air blowing and slag discharging device of the machine tool considering the reliability guarantee of the machining process as claimed in claim 2, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the connecting piece (4) are in threaded connection with a first one-way threaded rod (5), a first motor (6) is arranged on the inner side of the first one-way threaded rod (5), and the first motor (6) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the supporting frame (1).
4. The blowing and deslagging device of the machine tool considering the reliability guarantee of the machining process as recited in claim 3, wherein a first limiting block (7) is installed outside the first one-way threaded rod (5).
5. A machine tool blowing and deslagging device with consideration of machining process reliability according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a discharge pipe (9) is arranged in the middle of the lower side of the impurity storage chamber (8), and a control valve (10) is mounted on the discharge pipe (9).

A blowing and tapping device for machine tools with consideration of reliability guarantee of machining process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the third motor (22) is installed at the right side of the first bidirectional threaded rod (20), and the third motor (22) is arranged on the installation block (21).
7. The blowing and deslagging device of the machine tool considering the reliability guarantee of the machining process as recited in claim 1, wherein a third limiting block (39) is installed at the lower side of the third one-way threaded rod (38).
